He listen to what I had to say about what I was looking for and use my wants for a car and able to put me in a new car better than what I was looking for and within my budget. Every question I asked about the vehicle, the reply was no problem, no problem. We had a concern about the vehicle possibly being in a flood. There was no visible indication and the Carfax was clean, but everything was to clean and pristine for a 2015 vehicle, almost like everything had been recently replaced. When I pressed the issue the reply was no problem, we can run the Vin number through a website that lists flood damaged cars. Then we started getting strange answers like after trying for 10 minutes with not positive facial expressions, the gentleman said I'm sorry only the manager can access this website? The manager was appraising my vehicle and we waited for him to return to access the flood website, but when he returned he walked right past us and never even acknowledged our presence. On top of everything else, they only offered 30 day warranty on a $50,000 car. Sorry no can do!! As I said in the title, this experience was very disappointing.

This dealership is the total worse ,never ever buy a car there. They give their seal of approval from their parts department stamping it from the mechanics that the used cars are safe. We almost crashed our brand new vehicle 10 minutes after leaving the dealership due to the rotors and pads were completely worn out on the front of the vehicle. 28 days later we're trying to find out where our permanent tags are the DMV doesn't have any information . I called the dealership the girl was at lunch for over an hour only one person handles titles, spoke with the lady in financing that hung up on me. Then spoke with SHawn Rodney who never called me back and said that he would. Then spoke to another in competent employee never got any information from them they transferred me to Amanda who is a very hostile angry staff member that is going to overnight another temporary tag because of the oversight on the lady that was at lunch for 28 days never mailed in our information with the monies we paid for our tags and registration at the DMV office . Freddy Jenkins , owner, should be informed of these horrible employees that obviously only care about a pay check, NOT customers

Worst experience ever ..... first a lady with the name of Olga calls you and tell you ..you are pre-approved. . Then a guy by the name Ignacio which is the finance guy tell you ... you're approved for 20,000 the a guy by the name Joseph Wichita is the worst sales person you can get ... comes and show you a 37.000 car ... supposedly cause is better... then after that.... comes and says credit is bad and you have to put 6000 dollars down. .. of course I didn't want no 37000 dollar car.... and to end today 05/29/2018 I called and ask for the manager or ownet of the dealer ... they put this guy by the name of Richard claiming he's the owner and totally gave me a bad attitude and stated that they we're actually doing me a favor just by looking at me because of my credit score .... and he just hang up on me..... so people In Miami , Florida. ... don't ever go to this dealer.... is horrible beginning from so call owner all the way down.... sad that people discriminate you ... by your credit score .... and make fun of you like that....

Eagerly awaiting the Outlander PEHV. None on their website but when I called they said they had 2 in stock. Went in next day with questions and was told by the salesman he was the resident hybrid expert. Told him we were buying one but not for 3 months when our current lease runs out. Salesman immediately lost interest and told us we could not take one for a test drive. Asked to at least look at one to check out comfort etc. but was told we could not turn it on to look at the instrumentation display because it would fill the showroom with exhaust!! It's an ELECTRIC CAR for goodness sake there is no exhaust. Salesman then walked away and never acknowledged us again. Called me at home asking when he could do the paperwork. NOT AT THIS DEALERSHIP

My husband and I visited this dealership on Monday morning, June 11. We were ready to buy a car as we had done our homework. The salesman said they did not have the car on premise (2018 MDX Advance) but could locate one at another dealership. We reached an agreement based upon them locating the vehicle. I was asked to make a $500 deposit which would be returned if they were not able to locate a vehicle. They had until the end of the day, Thursday June 14. They were to keep me informed throughout the process. I did not hear from them so on Tuesday evening I called. The salesman said they think they located one - I reiterated the deadline. I heard nothing except for a text to my husband asking if we would take a AWD instead of FWD. I was buying the car but he texted him. I said no. I heard nothing again so on Thursday I called. The salesman said they would not be able to locate the car. I asked when my deposit would be returned to me and he said by 5:00 pm and would email my receipt. I also said that we would buy a 2019 when they came in since it was obvious there were no 2018 and keep me posted. Nothing was done and I called the Sales Manager Friday afternoon. After explaining it all over again he said he would return the deposit and text me when completed. It is Saturday night and still no deposit returned. This is the worst service ever. Don’t trust your money with Fountain Acura in Orlando.

Almost at the end of last year I decided to buy a vehicle, compared between a Mazda 6 and a Honda Accord. After a couple of visits to the Precision Mazda, Daniel Castrillon which is an awesome salesman showed me the car, explained to me how safe it is and I decided to go for it. After a few months I decided to take a look at the contract and noticed there was a dealer's fee that was supposed to be waived and it seemed like my car will end up costing $33 thousand. It didn't make any sense to me since the car initially was $24k and I gave them $6k down. Everywhere I asked I have been told the money down is taken from the original price of the car before taxes. Went back and spoke to the Sales Manager and from the beginning he started raising his voice saying that we can take that contract to a lawyer and they will agree that the contract is right. Explained to him that I was told the money down should be taken from the price before taxes. The sales manager very rude said that whoever said that the money down is taken before taxes is stupid, and that he has 15 years experience. Explained the person who told me that has 25+ years of sales experience. He asked us to leave immediately, no explanation or trying to break things down to make sure where the money went. Even after i told him it doesn't make sense because I'm paying taxes and fees for money I gave them. He said he was going to call the police, i told him that all I needed was a simple explanation. He gave the most vague explanation and after all the frustration we ended up leaving. The sales personnel is great but the sales manager is the most rude and unpleasant person they could have ever hired. He started mentioning lawyers and calling the police without even listening, I never said that they stole money from me but all I needed was an explanation. Very rude sales manager, I'm a manager too and I don't treat people the way he treated my fiancée and I, very unprofessional and disrespectful.
