minutes later AC quits and engine overheats. Fan belt is still on.My guess is pre delivery at King left something on top of engine that fell and wiped out AC clutch and waterpump? I call King. They said call Hyundai roadside assistance. Roadside says about 90 minute wait? I would have thought King would have sent someone with a loaner and their person would await roadside assistance? Nope, apparently at King Hyundai once they have your money, all those service promises turn to dust. As an aside, our sales person, Harry was courteous and professional. It is the management that falls short. I would recommend avoiding King Hyundai in Deerfield Beach.

We have been long time Mitsubishi leasers from NYC and Longwood Mitsubishi is the WORST dealership we have ever encountered. We have a 2010 Galant with 23,500 miles. It was a car leased for my husband's job and, when he retired, he liked the car so much he bought it. It is in pristine condition but, like all cars, needs maintenance. We brought it to Longwood Mitsubishi because the shift locked up. We dropped the car off on 10/30 and, since they could not work on it until the next day, we left it. James was to be our "contact person". The next afternoon, since no one had called us, we called to speak with James about the car. When I called, James was among the missing but I was assured that he would call back. James apparently never reappeared because he never called back. Nor did anyone else. So, the next afternoon, since no one called me, I called again. Again, no one called back. Now I am getting annoyed. The next day I call again and told the service department representative my issues. She asked me to hold while she tried to get some answers for me. I wind up holding on for 45 minutes. She gets back to me every now and then to let me know that she is still working on my problems. Somewhere in this mess the all knowing Chris takes over for James and is trying to find out what is going on with my car. I am now done with them. I tell them that I am coming tomorrow (day 4) to pick up the car. Next day we drive (we have 2 cars) to get the car. I arrive and discover that NOTHING has been done to my car in 4 days (which explains why no one ever called me back!) since first they had trouble locating the key and then they had trouble locating the car which was randomly parked in their lot. Chris then ASSURES me that the car WILL POSITIVELY NOT START. My husband gets the car started in 5 seconds!! So much for Chris's experience and opinion. I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything having to do with cars. In my opinion, when Ringling Brothers Circus closed, some of the clowns were hired by this dealership.

Joe offered a extended protective warranty for 3 yrs that I declined but He said the warranty is a must and the deal cannot happen without this BS warranty. i asked what if I trade or sold car he said the warranty is transferable and I can get a refunded for the balance. I went by to the dealership on 07/2020 as i trade in the car. I spoke to Joe about a refunded for the balance of the warranty. He acted like he didn't care. He walk off and said there's no refunded on the balance of the warranty. So basically I pissed away $500 for nothing. this dealership is miss leading to customers to get their sales. Joe is a liar and a horrible person. this dealership is stealing for honest hard working people during a world wide pandemic !! DON NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Jacksonville fl City Mitsubishi on June 13, 2020 an everything went as planed. Over three weeks later I was contacted and was told that I owe an existing balance on a trade in. Now my bank worked with the sales manager and Finance manager on finalizing the deal before I purchased the vehicle. I was rudely called and told that I owe a balance and that they will put a lien on my registration and keep my banks title for the car; because of their mistake on the payoff amount. But the finance department cashed the check on June 17, 2020. So i have been harassed about more money after the deal has been done, and the money is in their account. They are refusing to send payment on the payoff lien holder and making me have to pay on a vehicle that i no longer have possession of. Also the vehicle had previous damaged, so they really got more than what the vehicle was worth. I was just trying to help the business make money during this COVID-19 Pandemic. Now Mrs. Morales said that she is going to make an example out of me; knowing that I can’t afford a Lawyer. Yes I am an African American also! I worked with Finance Manager Sonya Morales

I really didn't expect much because typically when they hear "bad credit" they won't give you the time of day. NOT SO at Coastal! #`1 great experience, my salesman, ROBERT, was more than eager to listen and found, with the help of the sales manager whose name escapes me, (sorry, even though you were awesome...) got me not only approved but, got me the car I wanted at the payment I need to have with the down payment I could comfotably put down. Easy Stuff no problems! #2 great experience, the finance manager BRAD. He had My back. Period. Came in the next day to finalize my down payment and he says "good news, I got you a lower % rate and your payment dropped by $25 a month". That's not good news, thats GREAT news! I have bought many cars prior to this (I'm 56 years old) from various dealerships and have NEVER found an overall buying experience to beat the one I had at COASTAL (even when I had great credit). I needed a break, I GOT ONE! I NEVER write in about stuff like this but I feel that strongly about how this went! This felt more like a family group than a factory assembly line dealership. Cheers to you guys and I would not for a second hesitate to recommend Coastal to anybody. I'll be a repeat customer when I can buy something new. Book it!

Mike the the manager was polite ,kind ,and helpful. My saleman Mr. Joseph Gary Joseph very honest , did an excellent job the proceuss was very simple and easy I was out of there in 1 hour and 15 minutes.
