They absolutely beat the competition by a huge amount. They gave me top dollar for my trade.
No funny business, the price they quoted me was the price I paid.
Rick, my sales person was very pleasant and accommodating.
When lead into the finance closers office, usually a high pressure salesman, absolutely no pressure to buy anything, just an honest description of what’s available.

That gave me the bum’s rush at clouding .when I got home I found out that slip in three things I didn’t want crusting an extra $1397.00 one was a Kanu tracking system that doesn’t work. The other two were interior and exterior protection that’s all ready covered by the warranty. They didn’t tell me I had theme I found them myself.when I went back to the dealership and asked about them they were very vague about what they were and how to use them. Bottom line this dealership sucks don’t buy a vehicle from them that will screw you.

Dont buy used vehicle, they don't inspect and service them, instead coverup blemishes and problems. And sell you a warranty for the problem that's not worthy. Realizing that they took advantage of me from the date of purchase 4months later ,I took my car in basic service oil change, I had already bought and replace old tires with was bad, they came back to tell me the brakes are bad ALREADY and I need a alignment. When I left my started car driving rough, 4 day later the car started shaking check the oil ,dip stick low and dirty. Call them put on hold no answer.

The salesman acknowledged that something was funny with brakes. Said no problem to getting it resolved, but it was not in writing. Kahn and sonny are whiners about profit then expect you to not have concerns. They want me to pay $300 for new brakes on a car I haven’t even made a payment on. He said that he would have the salesman pay for the brakes before the dealership. What a snake.

We have been long time Mitsubishi leasers from NYC and Longwood Mitsubishi is the WORST dealership we have ever encountered. We have a 2010 Galant with 23,500 miles. It was a car leased for my husband's job and, when he retired, he liked the car so much he bought it. It is in pristine condition but, like all cars, needs maintenance. We brought it to Longwood Mitsubishi because the shift locked up. We dropped the car off on 10/30 and, since they could not work on it until the next day, we left it. James was to be our "contact person". The next afternoon, since no one had called us, we called to speak with James about the car. When I called, James was among the missing but I was assured that he would call back. James apparently never reappeared because he never called back. Nor did anyone else. So, the next afternoon, since no one called me, I called again. Again, no one called back. Now I am getting annoyed. The next day I call again and told the service department representative my issues. She asked me to hold while she tried to get some answers for me. I wind up holding on for 45 minutes. She gets back to me every now and then to let me know that she is still working on my problems. Somewhere in this mess the all knowing Chris takes over for James and is trying to find out what is going on with my car. I am now done with them. I tell them that I am coming tomorrow (day 4) to pick up the car. Next day we drive (we have 2 cars) to get the car. I arrive and discover that NOTHING has been done to my car in 4 days (which explains why no one ever called me back!) since first they had trouble locating the key and then they had trouble locating the car which was randomly parked in their lot. Chris then ASSURES me that the car WILL POSITIVELY NOT START. My husband gets the car started in 5 seconds!! So much for Chris's experience and opinion. I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything having to do with cars. In my opinion, when Ringling Brothers Circus closed, some of the clowns were hired by this dealership.

Sold me a modded car that had a bad transmission and an oil leak. And it had a tire that undid; ready to blow. In addition, they sold me a warranty, which I put $1,200 down on that I cancelled a week later because they would not cover what I just described...never got the money back! On 5 occasions, I went back and tried to reclaim my $1,200. The just kept reshuffling the deck, and kept telling me it was on the way. They use the Mitsubishi franchise to sell used high-end cars with problems. Stay away!
Sold a car iwth Structural Damage - MarioPorres
I bought a car with them and 4 month later i found out that the car has structural damage, that means the car's worth NOTHING. I went there and told them that i knwo the car was sold "as is" but it doesn't mean that they can cheat me like that. They where rude and basically told me they won't do NOTHING to solve the problem... They keep showing me values of the same make and model stating that the car's worth more than what they sold it to me, like saying "you got it cheap so shut up!".. they "offered" trading it for a new car, but they would give me like $3000 for the car BECAUSE IT HAS STRUCTURAL DAMAGE!! it is pathetic how they deal with bussines and don give a f about the customers once they leave the showroom.

I have purchaed 2 vehicles from here awesome experience i had suspect credit a few years ago had tried everywhere and pretty much given up but Jean Carchi told me to come in he made it happen for for little down payment got my 2008 used outlander in2013 of course when they changed the body style 2016 i was a kid in a candy store called Jean again told him what color i wanted how much down i wanted to put down 2 hours later i arrived my brand new Outlander was outside washed hard licence plate on the truck i signed in 5 mintues got my 2nd key owners manual and i was gone this is the only place i will every by a vehicle from first class all the way And Eugene is service is a rock star he always gets me in and out

I would like to share the worst experience I have ever had with Fountain Auto Mall Service Center. I brought my Denali truck up to Fountain Auto Mall Service Center for a sensor replacement that was under warranty. It took almost 3 weeks to replace. Kevin Rivera was the assistant Service Manager or at least that is what his title says. When I dropped my truck off with Kevin, he said it would be a couple of days. Well, that turned into weeks and the only way I could find anything else out about my truck is to drive up there since Kevin does not return phone calls. I had to drive to the dealership 5 times just to find out what is going on. I got tired of dealing with the lack of customer service or the decency to return a call. So, I asked for his manager Nestor Diaz. After almost 3 weeks Nestor tells me that my truck will finally be ready at noon on a Friday. That Friday when I show up to the dealership after I was promised my truck would be ready at noon. At 3 they started to work on my truck to finish so I can get my vehicle back.
When the tech finally brought my truck back after waiting over an hour and half. I was told that it was not fixed yet and I would have to bring my truck back in. I get in my truck to go home and look for my prescription sunglasses. They were not there and after looking around with what else is missing from my truck. The employees at Fountain Auto Mall Service Center did NOT even have the decency to LOCK my truck. They should have put a big sign that says “we are not smart enough to lock our customer $80,000 truck come steal what you want”.
After I found out that my truck was broken into, I called Nestor Diaz the Service Director at Fountain Auto Mall. I informed him of my terrible experience with Kevin and the item stolen out of my truck. His response to me was. “sorry we are not liable for item stolen out of vehicles here”. I would understand if my window was broken and items were stolen but due to Fountain Auto Mall carelessness and incompetence.
Now after that whole ordeal, I need to now take my truck to another mechanic to fix a couple of other minor issues that Fountain Auto Mall broke on my truck. This is exactly what I do not want to do is to have to fix more issues from Fountain Auto Mall.
Please DO NOT take your vehicle to Fountain Auto Mall unless you want to leave there with over $800 in stolen items, no return calls, no loaner vehicle for 3 weeks, items stolen and now more repairs from this place. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and they do not seem to even care.

They tried to sell me a convertible that had either been submerged or left in the rain with the top down, would not accept a valid check, and the manager (not salesman Charlie) attempted to shame me talking loudly in front of other customers about my finances. Truly bad salesmanship and manners.

I had a terrible experience. I came in by myself, my lease was up, and I needed a new car. The way everything was handled was very unprofessional. The way I was treated was unacceptable and the staff were on their phone, taking personal calls, while doing business with me. I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. I've been a loyal mitsubishi customer for over 13 years and I just switched to Nissan after this.
