A dealership that knows how to operate in the Internet Age - calcio109
I just wanted to pass along some feedback based on my recent experience when purchasing a new GTI from Mark. I have left a review at DealerRater but wanted to personally email you as well. The review on the website is as follows:
A free market only promotes competition when there is an equity of knowledge between transacting parties, and so for decades, auto dealerships held most of the power. This was my first new car buying experience since 2011. In that time, car magazines have reached a broader audience, video car review "YouTube personalities" have popped up all over the website, and car shopping sites like Autotrader, Cars.com, and CarGurus have exploded in popularity. Edmunds, KBB, NADA, and others have also made it easier to estimate the fair purchase price of a vehicle. It's all been a tremendous boon for the buyer who can price shop across local and regional dealerships and approach a sale with much more information at their disposal.
Many dealerships have resisted this change and employed a number of tactics to conceal information from, confuse, or outright deceive the buyer. Tactics such as placing adds for vehicles not in their inventory, refusing to honor online pricing once in store, non-standard fees, gimmick perks, and predatory lending have all left a stain on the reputation of dealerships. It's part of the reason why Tesla, with its direct to customer sales, and guaranteed "no-haggle" dealerships like CarMax and Vroom have found recent success.
I am happy to say that Pete Moore does not appear to engage in any of these practices. This is a dealership, with the appropriate leadership and sales staff, that understands the modern car shopper and deals with them honestly.
When shopping for a GTI, I first reached out to Pete Moore by email to inquire about a specific vehicle they listed as being in stock. A reply came within minutes, not with a generic automated response or a plea to come into the store for more details, but with a genuine introduction and request for more information on a car I was looking to trade in. I was transferred over to a member of the sales team - Mark Torelli - who was friendly and very communicative. In that first day, we exchanged about 4 emails and not once did he pressure me to come into the store to discuss further. Over the course of the next few days, Mark and I communicated exclusively by email and text. Through this medium, I provided him with information and pictures of my vehicles, and he returned with financing information and hard quotes and a disclosure of fees and related costs. Of course we negotiated on the price and value of the different cars, but we did it entirely by text. When I mentioned I was cross shopping the vehicle against a couple other dealerships, and provided him with their bids, he didn't bristle, get insulted, or chastise me that I was undermining the negotiation (I mention that because it's something other sales reps from unnamed dealerships have done). Once again, he never suggested that I needed to come into the dealership to continue negotiations.
After settling on a price for the trade-ins and the new car, we made an appointment to finalize the sale. Before meeting him on the day of the sale, I had never spoken to Mark on the phone or knew what he looked or sounded like. Once there, he was just as courteous and professional as he had been "online." The final price we had agreed to was the final price of the sale. There were no surprise fees or taxes, and Mark did not try to sell me anything else that day.
My experience doesn't quite end there though. Over the first 2 days of owning the vehicle, a couple service items became apparent that aren't always obvious during a test drive and initial inspection. I brought these up to Mark who encouraged me to bring in the vehicle the following day. When I did, Mark met me at the service station and introduced me to Cody Lonon, who worked with me over the next couple of days to address my concerns. Because the service would require ordering a part that was not immediately in stock, I was given a courtesy vehicle to use. 30 hours later, I had my car back with all my concerns addressed. During this time, Cody was just as professional and communicative as Mark and I greatly appreciated his assistance as well.
BLUF: Mark was the consummate professional, respectful of my time and completely honest and fair in his dealings with me. If you're looking for a new VW anywhere between here, Mobile, Panama City, and ATL, I can unequivocally recommend focusing your efforts on Pete Moore.

Salesman friendly and knowledgeable - Shara
Bob Green was very helpful. His knowledge of the vehicle and its features was spot on. This helped with our decision to purchase this vehicle. His personal approach made us feel comfortable and not creepy like most car salesmen. do. He thoroughly covered the vehicles features for us before we left the dealership. It was an overall great experience. Please give Bob our sincere thanks!

Best dealership Ive ever dealt with!! - Ab777
This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I bought a car for my son who needed one. He made $400 a week. He had no credit. We got in a brand new car with a 10 year warranty and he could not be happier. They get everybody done and it’s a very quick process. If anybody needs a car I would recommend this dealership more than any other. You will leave in a car and you will be happy.
Outstanding Customer Service - olds,barbara
I can only tell you that I dreaded to have to go car shopping because my previous experience has been horrible. From the moment we got out of our car at Bonita Springs Mitsubishi we were greeted with the most warm welcome from both Diego Espinal and Michael Jackson. Diego was our sales associate and he was very eager to please and listened to what we wanted, then did his best to accomplish it. Michael Jackson also went above and beyond to listen to what we wanted and made it happen. We never felt pressured or overrun by either gentlemen, only that they wanted to make what we wanted to happen, and they did. We came away from the dealership with all positive feelings and will be sure to share our experience with everyone. Thank you Diego and Michael for giving us the most positive experience
Greatest Experience - DollB1952
The salesman, T. J. greeted me when I arrived at the dealership, and asked that I be seated while he completed his present task.
Afterward we talked and he took me out to see what they had new for me to check out. He showed me the Eclipse Cross SEL and offered that I could take it home to show to my husband. I returned totally sold on the vehicle. TJ did not pressure or insist that I needed to make the purchase. He truly allowed me to make the decision without any coercion from him.

Reacalls thru service center - Cjb345
I received a text to review this dealership, and each time I tried to access the survey, it said “oops!” Not here. So I figured out how to write A review on my own, because they really deserve one. Most people only take a minute to write a review when it’s bad news. My experience with them to have my recalls performed was nothing but great! They took me in promptly when I arrived, I got there a little early so that I could get in quickly. It’s been a week now so I don’t remember my service writers name, could have been Brad or John, but he was excellent and friendly. They made a new service waiting room which was very comfortable, they provided Wi-Fi, and a very large TV. I waited a little over an hour, and he came in had me sign the paperwork and had my car ready to go for me. They were all very friendly and kind. I would say this was excellent service!

I don’t usually write a review, but I have to give a review of this dealer.
I was in the auto business many years ago and here’s my comments.
They absolutely beat the competition by a huge amount. They gave me top dollar for my trade.
No funny business, the price they quoted me was the price I paid.
Rick, my sales person was very pleasant and accommodating.
When lead into the finance closers office, usually a high pressure salesman, absolutely no pressure to buy anything, just an honest description of what’s available.
So Schumacher of West Palm Beach, you get 5 stars from me and I will definitely recommend your dealership
to my friends.
Not your typical salesman - NH831
Kurt is a very patient and understanding salesman. He’s not your typical overbearing and pushy salesman. He gave us all the time we needed to make our decision on the vehicle that we wanted. That made it so much easier to make our decision. Thank you, Kurt, for everything!

Best ever!!! - Happy bill
Never like car shopping but Robert lopez & Scott Paynter made it an enjoyable day. Robert showed us what we wanted not what they may have wanted to sell. Scott took the time to explain the numbers to us until we clearly understood what for most buyers gets pretty foggy and complicated. Robert also helped us with connecting our phones etc. I had to go back the next day to get a second key made as it had gotten lost l guess. John Kidd took care of that very quickly even though they were quite busy. Thanks guys for a very low stress experience.
No hassle, no harrassment. Not pushy. Honest people - Aine
Bought a car there this week and it was a pleasant experience all around. No hard sell. No pushiness. Didnt get that worrisome feeling I was expecting. Got a more than fair deal. Go there. They're just nice hardworking people.
Excellent Service and Excellent Car - Michelle
Israel and Michael were great! They were both very helpful and informative. We love the car as well. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to lease a car!
Waste of time - No
I made an appointment at 8am for two recall issues on my 2018 Dodge Ram. I explained at the time that i would have to wait for the repair and was told it would take an hour to complete. My vehicle sat for over an hour before anyone looked at it. Apparently the appointments are to make life easier for Bay Dodge ant NOT the customers

Found my dream car! - Donna
I have been wanting a BMW since I was younger. I have looked for several months online. As I was looking at City Mitsubishi dealership I found they had a nice selection of luxury vehicles like BMW, Lexus, and more. I found about 4 BMWs that was within my price range and style. I went up on a Sunday evening after they were closed assuming I wouldn't get hassled by a typical cars salesman. My husband and I looked and found some that we were interested in test driving. I then emailed Jasmine about coming down possibly test driving some vehicles and made her aware I was interested in the BMWs. My husband had to work late 2 days in a row so I never made it in until the 3rd day. Jasmine continued to keep in contact with me via email. On my way down to Jax, Jasmine called and I told her we were finally on the way. When I got there, I walked in and she said hello and then turned me over to Ryan. He already had the BMWs parked on the side awaiting for the test drives. Ryan was very patient and listened to what I was looking for. There were certain bells and whistles that I preferred over the others. Ryan was also honest in the upkeep of a car like a BMW and was also honest about the different ones we test drove. He was not pushy what so ever. I still liked the first one I drove but it was out of our price range and I didn't think we could afford it. However, Ryan sat us down along with the finance manager and we were approved and for our price range! I now have my dream car with all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend City Mitsubishi for anyone looking for a vehicle.

take your money and run - abc1951c
bought a new mirage that came with a window sticker that included 3 years service (as well as nitro in tires and a wax job). after i got home i was informed i didn't purchase that package for the bargain price of 3 thou. i emailed twice ( a week apart) and didn't hear squaduce. i texted to get informed i don't get package (i guess they will want the nitro back from my tires..lol). i was told they would have my equity check to me in 7 to 10 days. i called today 13 days later and the billing had to look me up to find they owed me money (over 12 k). now i have to drive over an hour each way to pick up the check ( or wait another 12 days to see if it comes in the mail). i have averaged over 3 cars per year for 51 years. none of the future ones will come from hanania.
Worst experience ever!!! Humiliating!!! - Joel Rivera
On August 8, 2018 I experienced the worst experience since I am buying cars for myself or my family in the last 18 years. After spending almost 4 hours watching the different models, doing the driving tests and negotiating the prices several people in this dealership disrespected us. The salesman who took care of us was very kind and professional at all times, everything changed when fighting to the last cent to get a good deal that benefits you and not them. The time came when after negotiating with the seller several times the different absurd prices that they bring you at first, we got close to the deal that we wanted to obtain, we were willing to move to a car that already had 4k miles to reach the final price. The sales manager came back and bring the absurd numbers, higher than we already squared with the vendor to make you see that he is helping you when the price goes down but you already had that price set with the vendor 1 hour ago. I show him that our credit is almost excellent over the 750+ and he insists on running the credit to see the final numbers. People everywhere I've bought a car and they know that the customer has a certain score, they know the type of loan that the banks are offering and their interests and they can bring you some numbers that you say, OK we're going to do the deal. The sales supervisor (Geoff "Tennessee"Johnson) keeps insisting on the altered numbers when we know that they still have room to play with their numbers, I say we are already tired of this, if you do not assure us that the payment of the car will be at $ 350.00 for 72 months including the GAP insurance and the cover of the tires and wheels we're leaving right now. He says give me 1 more minute to speak with the manager of the dealer and comes back and says I have to run the credit!!!! And I tell him that he will not run the credit until the final numbers are guaranteed.... and the sales supervisor (Geoff "Tennessee" Johnson) tells me " That price is guaranteed, I give you my word, count on that "and after everyone shaking hands, make the fake signatures that make you sign on the papers where you are fighting for the prices as if that had some value we proceeded to fill the request for credit to finish the process ... I hand him the paper and I tell him I do not want surprises with the numbers, I trust your word, he looks me in the eyes and he says "You have my word". Five minutes later after running the credit comes with the papers to our surprise the supervisor tells us this is our offer of a payment of $ 402 for 72 months or $ 368 for 84 months !!! I wanted to do a thousand things but we as customers have to show them, that they are not better than us, so I got up from the table and said goodbye to the vendor because he is not to blame. I ask for a card with the supervisor name and he tells me I have one in my office let me look for it. He goes to the office, he sees like he's making comments in the office about us and he comes to where we were, my wife asks for the card and he says "I thought I had but I dont have any more" my wife frustrated with the process says "You gave us your word, we trust you, they make us lose our offday for nothing and now you do not want to give us your card!!! Respectfully I ask the vendor to write on the back of his card the name of the supervisor and his position, the vendor start writing the info and the supervisor take from him and write his info (Geoff "Tennessee" Johnson) when he finish he throws it on the desk and says, "Incredible that they will not do the business for $ 18, with that $ 18 I'm going to eat a big steak tonight on your behalf! I kept my composure and leave quietly from that place .... Learn from my mistakes and never trust the sharks that work in these dealers, many times they force us to sign the deal that suits them and we as customers also have our budget and we have the right to get the best deal that suits us. From me and my family we are not going to sponsor the way that Jenkins Mitsubishi in Lakeland, FL does business, deceives their customers and treats their customers !!!
run away !!! - hybrid rules
Eagerly awaiting the Outlander PEHV. None on their website but when I called they said they had 2 in stock. Went in next day with questions and was told by the salesman he was the resident hybrid expert. Told him we were buying one but not for 3 months when our current lease runs out. Salesman immediately lost interest and told us we could not take one for a test drive. Asked to at least look at one to check out comfort etc. but was told we could not turn it on to look at the instrumentation display because it would fill the showroom with exhaust!! It's an ELECTRIC CAR for goodness sake there is no exhaust. Salesman then walked away and never acknowledged us again. Called me at home asking when he could do the paperwork. NOT AT THIS DEALERSHIP
You don’t get your money back - kathyl
My husband and I visited this dealership on Monday morning, June 11. We were ready to buy a car as we had done our homework. The salesman said they did not have the car on premise (2018 MDX Advance) but could locate one at another dealership. We reached an agreement based upon them locating the vehicle. I was asked to make a $500 deposit which would be returned if they were not able to locate a vehicle. They had until the end of the day, Thursday June 14. They were to keep me informed throughout the process. I did not hear from them so on Tuesday evening I called. The salesman said they think they located one - I reiterated the deadline. I heard nothing except for a text to my husband asking if we would take a AWD instead of FWD. I was buying the car but he texted him. I said no. I heard nothing again so on Thursday I called. The salesman said they would not be able to locate the car. I asked when my deposit would be returned to me and he said by 5:00 pm and would email my receipt. I also said that we would buy a 2019 when they came in since it was obvious there were no 2018 and keep me posted. Nothing was done and I called the Sales Manager Friday afternoon. After explaining it all over again he said he would return the deposit and text me when completed. It is Saturday night and still no deposit returned. This is the worst service ever. Don’t trust your money with Fountain Acura in Orlando.
Just Great! - Dfishman10
Great yeah and great service. They gentlemen there even pointed out how to get a couple of discounts that I didn't know about. I understand it was only $500 or $600 in saving, but hey...that's in my pocket. Thank guys!

Ran our Credit 9 times 100 point drop in score - Gablerj66
CROOKS OF THE YEAR A WARD WINNER" ran my sons credit 9 times in one day his score dropped from 720 to 620. I submitted a application to CarsDirect and received a call from Miami Mitsubishi " stating that I was approved for financing a Mr. Ignacio the Finance manager. I ask him if I was approved of did he need think I would be approved he said I was 100% approved. LIE
When we arrived Loius the other crook took our application and came back to me with a request of 5000 down, he stated that the only way I could be approved with out 5000 down is to get a cosigner if i could get my son to co sign we would be 100% approved with zero down LIE , after 5 hours and my son co sign I cannot be approved but my son could his score was 750 and no negative marks .

We are Mr. Davis and Mr. Bautista
would have given it a 5 rating but... - John S. and Family
...you would have thought I was an employee. I have so-so credit (unavoidable bankruptcy now discharged... ugg) and really needed someone to give me a break buying a car for my 16 year old daughter. I really didn't expect much because typically when they hear "bad credit" they won't give you the time of day. NOT SO at Coastal! #`1 great experience, my salesman, ROBERT, was more than eager to listen and found, with the help of the sales manager whose name escapes me, (sorry, even though you were awesome...) got me not only approved but, got me the car I wanted at the payment I need to have with the down payment I could comfotably put down. Easy Stuff no problems! #2 great experience, the finance manager BRAD. He had My back. Period. Came in the next day to finalize my down payment and he says "good news, I got you a lower % rate and your payment dropped by $25 a month". That's not good news, thats GREAT news! I have bought many cars prior to this (I'm 56 years old) from various dealerships and have NEVER found an overall buying experience to beat the one I had at COASTAL (even when I had great credit). I needed a break, I GOT ONE! I NEVER write in about stuff like this but I feel that strongly about how this went! This felt more like a family group than a factory assembly line dealership. Cheers to you guys and I would not for a second hesitate to recommend Coastal to anybody. I'll be a repeat customer when I can buy something new. Book it!
