Pleasant service experience. Jorge was very nice and had the car ready exactly when he said it would be. If we had needed to use the waiting area it was comfortable, clean, offered refreshments, and was dog friendly. All around it was a nice environment.

It is always easy to bring my car in to service, and they are responsive when I arrive. I had already expected that I would need a new tire and most likely would need to wait a few days since this has happened before. However, Daniel was in communication with me the entire time which was very different than my previous experience. He made it very seamless updating me and making sure I was being accommodated appropriately. He went above and beyond to get two new tires approved when I assumed I’d only get one like the last tire service. He even made sure to clean my car before I picked it up, which was a nice surprise since that didn’t happen in the previous service either. So overall, my experience this time far surpassed the poor service I had a few years ago with a different service employee. Thanks again Daniel

Excellent service department. Well organized, courteous and professional personnel. Good communication and clean and pleasant service area. My customer experience over the last 10+ years has been consistent. A good family owned business. I did, however, notice that my last service was slightly too expensive. Otherwise a good place to do business.
