I would love to give them 0 stars. Do not buy from this dealership. They will constantly try to renegotiate with tacked on fees like $1,000 extra if you do not finance and $1500 for dealer fee. I had negotiated a fair price only to have the Sales Manager David, renege on the deal. When I confronted David with the situation he basically called me a liar when I relayed the conversation I had with his sales rep, denying his rep confirmed the deal. To add insult to injury, he said said since I am an attorney, he was not surprised I would lie. All of this took place over the phone as it was an out of state purchase. I would write what his rep said but I don't want to get him fired.

I purchased my Subaru here a couple of years ago and have used them for all of my vehicle’s service needs since then. Last year, I also bought a brand-new set of tires from the dealership. I've been very happy with their service. Recently, after driving, one of my tires suddenly went completely flat—likely due to a puncture. Fortunately, I was near a gas station, so I filled it with air and carefully drove it straight to the dealership. Since the tires were still under warranty, I brought it in expecting the repair to be covered. I was initially told that although the tire was punctured and still under warranty, the claim would not be honored because I had “driven on it while flat.” I was very disappointed by this decision and felt it was unfair, especially as a loyal customer. However, the service advisor, Sophia, was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire interaction. She listened to my concerns, brought my reasoning back to management, and ultimately returned with the great news that the dealership would honor the warranty and replace the tire at no cost. I truly appreciate the dealership reconsidering their position, and I especially want to commend Sophia for her professionalism, communication, and customer care. She made a frustrating situation end on a very positive note.

Very cooperative prior to sale. Purchased 2024 Genesis GV80 at a fair price. Drove over 3 hours to pick up car. Everything was resolved before I got to dealership. I dealt with A.J. Borges and sales rep Devon. Waited at dealership over four hours to close deal and car detailed. When I got home, realized front mats were missing. Waited to Monday to talk to A.J. Advised he would check with detailing for mats. I called back later pm Monday. He advised detailing did not have mats. I asked him how were we going to resolve. The printed official vehicle description specifically showed “ carpeted floor mats”. He said that was for a new car and hung up on me. If you buy from Wallace Genesis make certain the car is exactly as described as they will not stand behind their representations.

I called ahead to confirm a vehicle was available, was told it was on-site, and was encouraged to come in. When I arrived, I was informed the car was not even there because a manager had taken it home. That’s unacceptable and a complete waste of a customer’s time. The pricing was even worse. A vehicle listed at $35,790 somehow turned into a $44,000+ out-the-door quote. That $9,000 jump came from inflated fees and unwanted add-ons like LoJack, paint protection, and other charges that were never requested. Even the tax figures didn’t align with the advertised price. This is a classic bait-and-switch operation—low advertised prices used to lure customers in, followed by heavily padded final numbers. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership.

When vehicle was ready for pick up, I mentioned I would like a price to sell and was advised Cameron would be calling me back shortly. Once again, he never did. I ended up selling the vehicle later that day to AutoNation.

Tire problem. Fixed - excellent service. However, In Feb I came in with a broken passenger-side windshield wiper. It was temporarily fixed & a part ordered for permanent repair. I was told I would be called when part arrived. NEVER CALLED. Last week I checked with Chandler Nelsen of your Parts Dept. He indicated that the part had come in and then sent back. He said he'd have to do further research and would call me with results. NEVER CALLED. So, I have a temporary fix and don't know what's going on. Can you help?

The reason for my recent visit was to have work re-done on my car. Previous trip involved an oil change per A17 maintenance code. Not all work was done that was required by A17 code because of conflict with service writer. Over the weekend, my car started leaking oil onto my garage floor. I spoke with the service General Manager who ensured that the work be done properly. Supervisors in the service department were very professional and work was done quickly. They even did the work items that were not done at previous appointment. I appreciated the meaningful gesture provided by the Service General Manager and Service Supervisors.

I have loved my 2019 Sante Fe xl. At 100k miles, it immediately started having issues. When I went to pick it up after a $1300 service bill, the vehicle was not fixed. The dealership has had the car for over a week and is currently throwing their hands up as to what is causing it to idle rough and want to sputter out at stops. I have to say, I have loved the vehicle, but the service department has been a disappointment from the get go. They have terrible scheduling and, although I think they have tried to improve their service team, Though Tristan has tried, I have had service managers in the past that were nothing short of rude and condescending. Some of the employees are extremely awesome and go the extra mile to help, but mainly the service department leaves a lot to be desired.
