My appointment was set the day before with D.M.. The day of my appointment, I drop off my car an hour & a half before my appointment time. The day goes on no communication from D.M, I called to get an update on my car, told me he does knows has reach to the technician this about 1pm. I called back after 3pm. D.M is busy helping another customer. So I speak with a lady named Katie..she just tells me they ran a smoke test about 12ish that all she could see in the computer...(remind you its after 3pm ) & D.M would have the rest of my car results. I asked about car rentals & closing hour. She answered my questions then put me on hold, then transferred the called. Someone picked the call then hungs up. About 20 minutes go by D.M sends a text message & leaves a short voicemail saying the car is ready for pick up, no explanation on wrong with the car or what the technician did. I called D.M back about 4pm waited on hold for 12 minutes, hung up. I called back, I spoke with D.M, I explained how unsatisfied I was with the service received and the lack of communication. He replied with , I only charged you once for diagnostic test/ smoke test. No leaks.. But it's the first time you're telling me this about car & now you say its ready for pick up...What's the cost for today? I asked....noted. D.M. is not professional & lacks communication with customers. I never experienced this at John Lee Nissan Panama City & I will not be back.
