My wife is terrified of buying a new car, Sandy Gilreath made the experience wonderful for her. There was no hassel, she test drove several models to see which one she likes the best. Sandy explained everything on the new Traverse she picked,and it has all the features you can get. I talked to the service manager, Robert before the sale about the engine and any troubles they might have had. The entire experience from top to bottom is not like other dealerships. I have bought several trucks there and all of my service work is done at Day's Chevrolet in Jasper. I can't say enough about these folks, My wife loves her new Traverse and is thrilled with the experience Sandy gave her buying it. Car buying can be an overwhelming experience. Lydia greeted us as we walked in and showed me the model I said I was interested in after researching online. I realized very quickly I did not want to go back to a sedan after driving a spacious SUV for so long. Lydia was patient and understanding and then showed me the Q5 at a comparable price point. I really liked the car. We were on a tight schedule that day and needed to leave, but she kept in touch trying to find a car with the interior and exterior color combo I wanted. I negotiated with her and Maxx, the Sales Manager, to get to a number I was comfortable with. No harsh pressure or sales tactics were used, or at least it did not feel that way. I walked out with the car I wanted and feeling like I could come back at any time with questions or for assistance. If you are looking for an Audi, I highly recommend Audi of North Atlanta.

I purchased a used 2019 Camaro with 69,000 miles from Chronic Nissan. Just 800 miles later, the car needed a new transmission. Communication with the general manager was terrible, taking a month to get in touch and another month to actually receive the car. I ended up paying out of pocket for a rental and thousands more for the transmission on a car I barely had for two weeks. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
