My wife is terrified of buying a new car, Sandy Gilreath made the experience wonderful for her. There was no hassel, she test drove several models to see which one she likes the best. Sandy explained everything on the new Traverse she picked,and it has all the features you can get. I talked to the service manager, Robert before the sale about the engine and any troubles they might have had. The entire experience from top to bottom is not like other dealerships. I have bought several trucks there and all of my service work is done at Day's Chevrolet in Jasper. I can't say enough about these folks, My wife loves her new Traverse and is thrilled with the experience Sandy gave her buying it. We will continue with all of our service and Car or Truck needs to go to Day's Chevrolet in Jasper Ga. Again if you need a vehicle go see Sandy Gilreath.

Jamie Pak is amazing, Besides the knowledge of the vehicle she is very professional and customer care oriented. she made the car buying experience fun and easy. She took care of us as we were family. Her knowledge about the car is bar none the best there. She set up everything in the car for my wife and everything went very nicely . she went above and beyond and made everybody laugh and all had a good time. If you go to that dealership please make sure you ask for her. also the GM Brady was great and helpful with all questions and had answers right away. he does care about the customer service and will do what needs to be done to make it a great buying experience . I purchased a used 2019 Camaro with 69,000 miles from Chronic Nissan. Just 800 miles later, the car needed a new transmission. Communication with the general manager was terrible, taking a month to get in touch and another month to actually receive the car. I ended up paying out of pocket for a rental and thousands more for the transmission on a car I barely had for two weeks. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
