Have you ever seen a deal to good to be true? Most times when you see a deal like that there is always a catch...Well at Weir Chevy there is no catch just believe it! I recently bought a preowned 2018 Colorado and traded in my 2013 Silverado. My salesman Stephen Dupertuis and I came to a deal on paper in 10 minutes! They had a great price on their truck and he offered a very fair trade in value on mine. No car dealer games . I took the Colorado home for the night and came back the next day telling Stephen I really liked the truck but the seats were very uncomfortable and I could not see buying this truck. Stephen said no problem we can fix the seats. I was shocked by that offer to fix basically new seats! I had never heard of such a thing. And true to his word they re-stuffed the drivers seat and after I asked and received a toneau cover we closed the deal. It is so refreshing to see there is a car dealer out there that cares about the customer more than the almighty dollar! Thank you very much Mr Roy (owner of Weir Chevy) And Mr. Stephen Dupertius for restoring my faith in car dealers who operate their business in a honest and straight forward way! St Louis people need to visit Weir Chevy and see what is too good to be true in Redbud IL I am sure glad i did!

I went here first after having my car totaled. I am glad I did, they advertised a very fair price, and when they gave me their initial price proposal, they did not increase the price of the car as seems to be all too common these days. They offered a fair price and we quickly settled on a deal that was fair on both sides.
Niceties also included free car washes and pit stops for 1 year. I plan to take full advantage of this :).

My experiences at Rogers are nothing less than perfect. I've purchased 3 vehicles from Rogers Auto Group and every one of them has run great. Daniel Nino has been my salesman for years and he's a great guy. If there was any salesman that you'd want to ever have selling you a car it would be him. He's always on top of everything, whether it be an extra key or an oil change. He's always willing to help you out and make you feel #1. He's been in the business for years and I've recommended many people to him and they have nothing but good things to say about him. He's very proficient, and on the ball with everything. He makes buying a car actually easy and enjoyable-if there is such a thing. If he didn't have what I wanted he made sure that he got it for me. If there's an award for the best salesman in Chicago he should receive this honor by far. A lot of salesman are con artists, but he makes you feel like family. Traveling Home - Traveling home
We were traveling home to Indiana from St Louis when my Cadillac Escalade started to have problems. When I call this dealer and told them my problems, they responded very quickly! The service guy was very knowledgeable and helpful! We finally made it to Effingham to this service center at 4pm. BTW... they close at 5pm. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful! We have a large family.....so 11 of us walked into the waiting area while the truck was being fixed. The staff offered us water, hot chocolate, a larger room to sit in, and was very kind! After about an hour, the truck was fixed and we were on our way! Thank you so much for helping us even so late in the day!!

Let's just say, in an instant I was in A HUGE pickle. I all of a sudden was in need of a good reliable vehicle that wouldn't break the bank. I'll just say Jeff Oath REALLY too very good care of me. Let's just say, I can be QUITE a pain in the but. I have Champaign taste on beer budget (expression). I tend to be a little particular in what I like and want. Some how Jeff was able to pull it ALL together!!! The financing at an affordable price and a car that has every criteria on my list. I said to Jeff I want a vehicle with low miles decent on gas I want a sunroof,I want a smooth ride that sassy and fits my attitude. Jeff Oath is so good he found me a top notch vehicle, even has remote start I didn't even think to ask for! We bought a car for my son after he totaled his SUV. I was given 2 prices. One price with brakes and one price with brakes and tires. I was told they would not sell it without new brakes. We bought the car with brakes and tires so we knew he was safe after just having a horrible wreck. Fast forward a year and a half later and about 5,000 miles. I had to pay to have brakes put on the car. I will never buy another car there or have any car serviced there!

Our experience started out bad and got a little better. John our salesman seemed kinda shady he kept trying to push us into the SUV he wanted us in not the one we want. Finally after finding the suv we wanted ue pretty much liked to me about the price by about $3000. The 2 finance gentleman we worked with were very friendly they made the visit a little more pleasurable. When we got to the nu.bers we liked we did buy. This place doesn't even give you a tank of gas when you purchase a car from them that's total bull crap they are very cheap we ended up getting a quarter tank of gas I have worked as a salesman at 2 other dealerships and they have always walked and fully gased the car for the customer not here will never buy from them again
Slow and disorganized disaster - ds831
I've come into this dealership 4 times to have a flat tire repaired. The service team lied about patching the tire, which I discovered while I was out of town. I had to visit another certified dealership while out of town to have the tire "repaired" for the 4th time. I've wasted so much time on a repair that should've been so simple. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not be back.

My wife and I were thinking about a bigger car. I have heard of a dealer, just 6 mi. away.that a lot of my friends have bought from. We met a salesman named Roy. He didn't seem like your ordinary salesman, so Friendly and no pressuure. We talked for awhile about what we were looking for. He showed us the exact car loaded. We drove it, in different situations. Next he showed us two more, all with different options. We were just looking today. One of them was what we wanted. I have bought over 25 vehicles in my 70yearsold. I had done my home work and knew what was a GOOD DEAL. He had been vary vary friendly. He came with an offer in the ball park.I have never bought a car when I had to. We talked and I gave a counter offer. He asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I said a hitch and a second door opener for may wife Linda. He said he would We talked some more, and instead of running back and forth asked if we wanted to talk to the owner. I have been with 2 salesmen at i time before. Martin introduced himself and still No pressure. He offered more to the deal. Still SO FRIENDLY. we talked as if we were FAMILY. Hours have passed and I was enjoying the dealing. I said I never bought a black vehicle because the show the dirt. Worst dealership ever! Don’t buy a vehicle from here. My 18 yr old son purchased a used vehicle 5 mths ago and the engine blew. Come to find out after the fact the car had a junk yard engine. We were not informed of this at time of purchase. And were also questioning how they can quote mileage if the original engine was not in there. When calling the dealership to discuss with, used mgr Brian Donchez we were told to get a lawyer and rudely hung up on Shame on them. They had to know the car was a defect. They didn’t even take the time to discuss. And now my son is making payments on a unusable car!!! Great service. I hope you sleep good at night

Deplorable Treatment Of Established Customers - Angry Customer
I purchased a vehicle from the dealership. It was a 2005 Dodge Caravan. Unfortunately, It was not without problems. I was told that someone at the dealership took a check that I had written when she left. I had to put a stop payment on it and when I came back to make the final payment on my car, it was agreed that I could pay the final amount less the stop payment check fee. Interestingly enough, I received call about a balance due for that amount for at least a week after the sale was finalized. This should not have happened. Even so, I was still pleased with my vehicle so I decided to keep an option open for another car purchase.
I came on November 23, 2016 to look at a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer. After being given assurances that it was still in inventory, when I got there, the sales people claimed that it could not be located – which should have told me something. Even so, I was shown and drove a 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer instead. I admit that it was a nice vehicle and I was interested in purchasing it. However, the salesman Walter was new and he said that he “needed to get one of the more experienced sales people involved.”
An African American man came over – I believe that his name was Kevin. I had dealings with him with the previous vehicle. However, what happened next was absolutely ridiculous. Please keep in mind that I intended to be a repeat customer. However, he “took a look” at my vehicle and told me that it was only worth somewhere around $500.00. he started to talk down to me because I told him that my wife wanted to look at the car that I intended to purchase first. He stated all of the work that would have to go into taking in my vehicle as a trade in, and could be worth more to his “friend” at another dealership,” but they would want my car right away.
I was SHOCKED! I told him that I could not commit to a purchase without my wife looking at the car and that I wanted to know how much my trade in was
worth – telling him multiple times that I never had a car before that I owned free and clear for a trade in value. He was further condescending by asking me repeatedly how much I thought it was worth. When I told him that I had no idea and he realized that HE was not going to make a sale – even though Walter was the assigned salesman – he just got up and walked away to another customer. Quite frankly, I am disgusted with this whole situation.
Extra effort should have been put forth because I am an established customer.
There is no way that my car is only worth $500.00 because I was intent on trading in a newer car against the older one that they wanted to sell to me.
The 2003 Lancer that I originally wanted is still listed in your inventory and a price difference should have been considered on my behalf because the 2002 car was not the one that I wanted.
And finally, they have shown me just how you treat established customers. Therefore, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM AGAIN

Let me first say our experience with our Saleman and the daytime service department crew has always been pleasant. We have purchased THREE cars from this dealership and for the most part have been very happy.
Unfortunately , the night crew at within the Service Department steals the thunder of what I do believe is a great dealership. Every time we have had to bring our car in during the night shift we have experienced a problem and were treated HORRIBLY!
The night manager is anything but professional, they never call that evening with an update, they never finish their paperwork so when you call in the next day the girl/woman has to go looking for the paperwork and call you back with an update.
There is so much I want to share, but I will leave you with this...DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE AFTER 3:00PM! Again, we have NEVER had issues with the day time crew and the work they have done. The Night Crew and the Night Manager are not professional AT ALL!

I recently bought a used Honda Accord from Vermillion. I was looking for a very specific car/color/engine configuration with low miles, etc and Vermillion had it. The trick was that I am in New York – about 800 miles away.
I started the conversation about this used vehicle as well as the value of my trade via email/pictures/documentation. Kneeill at Vermillion was great and supplied any and all information that I requested. We put together a deal via email in such a way that I decided to take a chance. I actually drove out to the dealership, did the deal and have my new (used) car. Here’s the takeaways: Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional, especially Kneeill who has an exceptional positive attitude. All my expectations were met, any and all questions answered. The car was freshly detailed and exactly as described. I believe the team at Vermillion to be up-front, detail focused and customer oriented. I would recommend this dealership.

Jeremy T was our car salesman, and we had a wonderful experience buying a car from them. He was not pushy (we had been to a couple places that were beforehand), and he did everything he could to help us out. We love our vehicle, but you can honestly find a vehicle you love anywhere. What will keep us coming back was the excellent customer service Jeremy exhibited. Finding a car salesman like him is equivalent to finding a needle in a haystack.

Finally after getting the correct part from gm the problem is fixed. After everything is said and done I'm sure the dealership did everything they could to speed the process. Auffenberg has a great service manager and service center. I'm also certain if this was their personal vehicle they would understand the frustration of this whole experience. Dealership= A . G M C parts delivery not so much.
