I have been working with service advisors for longer than I care to admit. Tony DiNunzio is the very best I have encountered. Tony is very clear in describing what needs to be done and the pros and cons of each option. He lets me know in advance what maintenance items are coming up which helps manage expenses. I recommend Anderson Toyota to my friends because of Tony. In my book I have complete confidence in Tony as a trusted advisor!!

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!

I had the absolute best experience with Lexus of Highland Park. I had them order and paint a new front bumper for an 04 LS430. Jim McLaughlin is extremely professional and easy to work with. He took care of everything and made the process a breeze. Jorge Hernandez (the main painter at Highland Park Lexus) did an absolutely perfect color match and flawless paintjob (no paint runs,no fisheyes,no dirt in the clearcoat, no orange peel). I am in the detailing industry so I am alot more particular than a normal customer when it comes to paint quality and I was completely blown away. I have seen several cars that were fully painted by this team and it's honestly some of the best work I have seen anywhere. If anyone asks me where to go for paintwork, I will only mention Lexus of Highland Park from now on. Thanks again Jim and Jorge!

Just had my Lexus ES 350 2019 looked at for an unusual wind noise at highway speed. The root cause of the noise was resolved after 2 visits by Casey who really took personal interest about my concerns.
I had acquired the car from Lexus of Naperville who at the 5K service failed to observe that rear alignment was off which resulted in uneven wear of the rear right tire.
I had Lexus of Peoria look at the vehicle that developed a tire rumble after the 5K service and the issue was traced to the alignment which resulted in 4 new tires at 9K.
Thanks to Rodney Shoop and Dave Yeargin for their effort in solving my problem.
