Overall it was a good experience. A little disappointed that the Kia Niro I scheduled to test drive was not available because it was on hold for someone else when I was there to buy that day. Also, the only payment option being a cashiers check is not convenient. You cannot bring one with you. Other dealerships allow personal checks and credit cards.

I had the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had last week at Bob Rohrman Indy East Side! My salesman, Tony McCracken, worked so hard finding me exactly what I wanted. He found the perfect Jeep Renegade that I was looking for. He performed a miracle with the financial situation I was in and I was amazed! He even came to get me on the other side of town to bring me in to the dealership to sign all my paperwork. It was so fast and easy, and everyone was so friendly! Our salesman went above and beyond! Couldn't have gotten a better salesman to work with. Very personable and truly cared about our needs! Even before leaving the dealership he hooked my car seat up in the new vehicle! Had my newborn with me and made sure we were comfortable & accommodated! The most impressive part was that he stayed with us the entire day during signing and getting our car ready to go. I know they work off commission & he pretty much lost a days work.
