My husband and I were looking for a very specific 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands, and Ed Martin Ford had it in stock! We currently have a 2025 Ford Maverick and wanted to find one that was similarly configured. From the moment we contacted the dealership using their online listing, we were blown away by their commitment to customer service. Our salesperson Keith Collins reached out quickly using my preferred contact method (email) and provided information about the vehicle and the price as we discussed the vehicle. Keith was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout our interaction. There was no pressure to communicate by phone, which is something that was ideal for us and our busy schedules. And we were even able to settle on the pricing and financing before we made the nearly 3 hour drive out there because Keith and their finance manager Kyle Allbright worked with us ahead of time. Kyle even helped us on his day off! When we arrived, the vehicle was clean and ready for us to test drive. Keith introduced himself, and we took the vehicle on a test drive. We loved the vehicle, and we quickly went through the final steps to purchase and finance the vehicle. We were out of the dealership with plenty of time to spare for our trip home. From the moment we arrived at the dealership, we were treated as if we were regular customers even though we had driven from far away. We are very appreciative of the fantastic service we received and would return to Ed Martin if they had a vehicle we want. We absolutely recommend Keith Collins at Ed Martin Ford! Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Paul Heuring Ford, especially Nick and Sean in the service department! I purchased my Ford back in 2019 and, for years, continued taking it to the dealership where I originally bought it, assuming that was where I'd receive the best service. Unfortunately, I often left feeling disappointed. I finally decided to give Paul Heuring Ford a try, and I'm SO glad I did! From the very beginning, Nick and Sean have been incredibly kind, communicative, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen to my concerns, troubleshoot issues, and work toward solutions rather than simply sending me on my way. While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN for business, the left turn signal on my F150 began blinking erratically. Just north of Plymouth, IN I noticed a Ford dealership sign, so I stopped at the dealership and met with Mike Friar, a service advisor. He said he thought the issue was a burned out tail light bulb and had me pull into the service area. Mike and a mechanic removed the tail light assembly, which took about 15 minutes, and replaced the bulb which remedied the issue. When I asked how much I owed, Mike said he was happy to help me and there was no charge. As I drove away from the dealership, I thought about all of the doom and gloom we're subjected to through media and social outlets, and I realized we are surrounded by wonderful people like Mike and the mechanic. Oliver Ford is truly blessed to have employees like Mike and his mechanic.

I have gotten great service from this dealership. This is the first time I have brought my Jeep Gladiator in for service at Fieldhouse CDJR. Service writer Matt Peo was able to pull up everything maintenance wise related to my Jeep and all Warranty items available from my original purchase. Complete inspection and tire rotation done at a reasonable price. Due to the friendly atmosphere I choose Fieldhouse and Matt Peo to insure proper maintenance. I would rate them 10 out of 5 stars.
