I would like to say That I had a very good experience. We had to have a couple recalls done, I had said something to her about a problem with my SUV. She took it upon herself to check and see if it was covered by warranty. It was covered :) :)
They had me drop it off, when I dropped it off I looked in at the service area it was so CLEAN!!!! The next morning I get a phone call to discuss what they where going to do, prior to this she made sure they had the parts before I took it their WoW I couldn't believe it. When my husband picked it up they explained everything they did, We where very Pleased with the whole experience in this. Would and will use this Chevy again and again 😊😊😊😊😊

Wrong Answer....Right Correction - Bob Leonard
I wanted the wheels and tires from a 2012 Ford Explore switched to a newly purchased 2017 Ford Explore. They switched the wheels/tires based on a comment "we do it all the time" and I was pleased. The wheels/tires switch soon turned "low pressure warning" lights on and they continued to come on for days and would only go off when the vehicle was turned off. The next time out, after about 20 - 30 miles "warning light for low tire pressure" came on.
I checked the tires and the pressures were fine in all the tires but the "warning" lights were driving me crazy.
I went back in to the dealership and they told me that the pressure sensors in each tire would have to be changed (@$550) for the four. They said the 2012 Ford Explore sensors had changed by 2017 which was my new car. I was NOT happy. I would not have switched the wheels/tires between the two vehicles had I know this. They admitted they didn't know it either. (An honest response.)
Bill Haygood told me he would see if he couldn't make things right. I went into the dealership to pick up the car ready, unfortunately, to pay $550 for a mistake I made based on bad information I received from the dealership.
Bill Haygood said, "It has been taken care of.....here are your keys."
This was a wonderful example of a car dealership doing the right and honest thing.

Generally TWF is solid-serviced my care for almost 8 years now. Quality of workmanship has always been solid. My past dealings with their CSRs (who are not the mechanics) have been great-timely and clear communication in terms of car status, when the work was to be completed, etc. I like that TWF offers channels of communication, including email and text messages, for updates. On the last visit, however, the CSRs communication was not proactive at all-promised calls, then calls not made (which required me to call and call and call to get the updates). When contact was made, no indication of when the work would/should be completed-I had to pry this information from them. This last experience was much different than prior visits-maybe a newer employee? Generally (based on past), TWF has been great to work with and highly professional.

Recent changes to service department staff are paying off! We were about to stop bringing our vehicle to this location for repairs and maintenance. I appreciate the calls updating us on status of our vehicle, which was our largest complaint with previous staff. Felt the staff was genuinely trying to do their best to meet our needs in a timely manner. Vol, Samantha & Luis showed professionalism and courtesy throughout the last two visits. I'm giving 5 stars for only this most recent visit. Past experiences would have been rated much lower, but improvements are obvious and appreciated.

I cannot express how grateful I was with the service I received back on February 14, 2015. Before starting out on my trip to Ft. Wayne, I added some oil to my Ford Escape. i neglected to place the oil reservoir cap back on. As I was traveling thru Martinsville, I began to smell smoke and upon pulling off the highway to inspect was mortified to see that oil was sprayed all over the engine. I carefully made it over to Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford and the service techs, not only expertly corrected my major error, but made sure my family was made to feel welcome and comfortable. They sourced out a new cap, installed it, checked the oil levels, inspected the engine for any damage and sprayed down the engine compartment. All this on Valentine's Day! Great way to share the love!

I normally take my car to service in Plymouth at another Ford Dealer ,which told me i needed an alignment for my car which only has 21,000 miles on it . So i thought i would get a second opinion, only because my son in law said that doesn't sound right. I'm so glad i brought my car to Bremen Ford Auto Park , they gave me an honest answer , that my car did not need an alignment. I know now who I will be taking my car to and buying my next car from! "Auto Park" for sure : )

We drove in to their dealership and they immediately got on the computer, detected the problem, and had it fixed. In less than 30 minutes we were back on the road. Awesome service! We recently brought our F-150 to the service department for the 150000 service. We wanted belts, hoses, brakes, and the oil cooler / air conditioner serviced. Marv called us several times while the truck was being serviced to confirm if we wanted a particular item replaced. The work was done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. We will be going back to Fieldhouse for future service work.

I took my 2003 Taurus in for replacement of tie rods, as diagnosed by another Ford dealership. As it turned out the tie rods were fine, but the sway bar was bad. This saved me several hundred dollars!!

I felt like I had known them for years as we laughed and joked around while my truck was being serviced. Even the service manager was laid-back and Took the time to stop and talk. Just good people. I was passing through town with my baby and my check engine light came on, so I stopped in hoping they could help me get back on the road as I was 4 hours from home. Every person I came into contact with was extremely professional and hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and even brought my daughter snacks and offered to let us borrow a car to go get some breakfast. They had us back on the road in about an hour. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Even though I live in Chicago, I will still be checking the inventory at this dealership before I purchase anywhere else.
