I brought my F150 in for one recall, and they handled it quickly and without cost. But they also found another that I was not aware of, and took care of that, too. I live an hour away, but chose this one because my local Ford dealer screwed me with repairs that I didn't need (until I caught them red-handed). Inskeep treated me like an old friend, and even had a loaner car available. They finished on time, and the truck runs like new. Without doubt, I will take my business here.

I had problems with another dealer and was recommended to go to O'Daniel, everyone from the service manager (Mike) down to the shuttle driver was very professional. The service writer (Glenn) explained things about the car that I didn't know, the service manager (Mike) got us in fast and expecting them to have the car for 2 days, well, it was done in about 3 hours. The shuttle drive was friendly and professional. I didn't meet the mechanic, but he got it fixed in a short period of time. Can't say enough about the service I received. They earned my service from now on, even though I was a ways to drive.

Dropped car off Thursday. Checked requested time for pick up at 6 Friday. Never heard anything so called Friday and was told service had already closed. Called early Saturday and service advisor said radio problem couldn’t be duplicated by the techs. Asked if it was ready then and she asked what else were they supposed to do. Had forgot to do oil change that was checked on their night box envelope. I am never returning for business there as long as that advisor is working there. Asked to speak to manager Saturday when we picked up. Was told he was off and told to call Monday. Was told Monday he was off. We have bought several cars with this group but that isn’t happening again.

Problem: engine light being on.
Trying to schedule an appointment to have it looked at and as soon as I have an appointment the engine light goes off (not your fault) and can't have a diagnostic done.
Engine light comes on - I call to schedule an appointment on Thursday and can't be seen until Monday due to a full schedule (I understand). Doesn't work for me because I have to go back to work in Schaumburg, IL. I suggest that I bring it in on Thursday and leave so you can do a diagnostic test to locate the problem and I will pick my car up Saturday and make arrangements that will fit both our schedules to fix the problem. Had a hard time to make them agree and this is where my dad gets involved and they agree to the plan ( no hard feelings maybe I wasn't being clear).
Left car and went on my way. I haven't heard anything and it is late Friday afternoon so I called the tech that I left the car with to follow up and left a message. No return call. It's Saturday morning and I still haven't heard any thing so on my way back to La Porte, IN I call the service center when I'm 20 minutes away from the Michigan City exit. Instead of calling the service tech I go through the prompts and get connected to person in the service dept. Hard time finding the service ticket, the progress of the situation and blah, blah, blah.
Good News: As I was minutes away from pulling into your parking lot the tech came back to the phone and located the car and said it would be ready for pickup shortly.
Better News: They realized my car was under warranty and they pushed my car to the head of the line and fixed the problem.
I chose that I wouldn't recommend your shop, but the truth is you did come through for me. and I probably would recommend your shop. It was just a very frustrating process.
I hope you read this in full, I know it is a rather long review, I hope you take this as constructive criticism and want to let you know I will be back.

Took 2013 Ford Escape in after replacing the battery 3 times in a year. My own mechanic told me to have a dealer run a diagnostic test on the vehicle systems to make sure there was no internal draw. As this can only be done by a dealer (proprietary), took it in and was told this takes an hour to run the test. They had the car for two weeks, first confirming there was a draw over the phone and they hadn’t figured out exactly where yet. Never found the draw and claimed the car had no other issues approximately two weeks after I dropped it off for an hour. Charged $200 for labor without addressing the problem I signed off for. Horrible customer service in the service department. Would not recommend to anyone. Go to Louisville Ford dealers across the river at all cost.

They have had my suv going on two weeks. They transmittion went out on it even though it is a 2007. Yes it is under warranty but I do not have coverage for a rental car. I have asked numerous times for a loaner car. I am always told "I am sorry we do not have any avaible at this time. Mean while I am paying for a rental car. I am up to $150.00 so far. I have now been told it will be maybe Wednesday of this week ( 9-29-10). That is another $90.00+. The least you can do is pay for my rental.
