We bought a 2014 Acura RDX a year or so ago, 1 owner, warrantied, not certified, but it's been a champ and a joy to drive. Just bought a 2018 Ford Explorer from them last week ...thanks SAM (great job - honest, professional, courteous)...a single-owner ride from Ed Martin Ford. So far, the family (Martin) is showing their strength with great prices for the Year/Mileage/condition/features mix .. unbeatable in the Northern Indianapolis area .. at least ... The dealership is cool, great Internet, and a customer comfort area -- a SAFE PLACE to get work done, while they are servicing your ride, or you just stop by browsing.

After comparing the trims and running some numbers ultimately agreeing on a deal Mark and Tresten in finance got us squared away with a quickness. Small cosmetic issue noticed after delivery which they took care of without hesitation. Great job all around!

The personnel at Button CDJR demonstrated a high level of professionalism. They located the vehicle I was interested in, and I traveled from out of state to inspect and purchase it. Due to time constraints, I arrived approximately 30 minutes before closing; however, the staff maintained consistent communication throughout the day and kindly held the vehicle for me. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, and Kelsie provided excellent assistance. Thus far, the vehicle I purchased has performed well. I did experience some disappointment when I discovered that part of my warranty was canceled because I am not an Indiana resident; however, overall, my experience was positive. The finance team, the management, and Kelsie all provided outstanding service. Based on this experience, I would consider doing business with Button CDJR as a favorable alternative to my local dealership.

I had had a terrible experience about 5 years ago while looking for a vehicle where an employee treated me very rudely, and I swore I would never go back. I previously owned a Buick and my husband found the one we ended up purchasing on the Kelley site, so I very reluctantly went to look at it. James was the first person we met and he was a true gentleman, very knowledgeable and most importantly treated me with the respect everyone deserves. I appreciated his patience and kindness as we traveled the negotiation process. He was honest and very polite as he communicated with us. I highly recommend James and will be sure to tell others about my experience with him. I hope he is still working with Kelley when I need my next vehicle. I will return and ask for him.

My 30,000 service was awesome and so thorough. Paperwork explained what they accomplished & a video was sent concerning our tires tread measurements since they were getting close to the red category. A 4 wheel alignment was also prioritized but only after new tires were installed. Our SUV was washed and looked very clean. Only 3 issues stood out. The paperwork was never given to me and after called later that day to e-mail the docs, they still have not been received 3 weeks later. Also the little reminder sticker attached to front windshield in upper left corner was omitted. Asked about that also. No. 3 was that a front windshield cowl was to be ordered since the rubber seal would not stay on even after 1 official try at dealership. Said would call in 2/3 days to set up appt. 3 weeks later, still no call. I had to call them. Otherwise it was 5 star.
