Erick was great to work with. He was very helpful and accommodating, explained the service required (routine), answered all our questions, and got us out of there in less time than originally expected. The waiting room was comfortable and well stocked with reading materials and a television to help quickly pass the time. So overall, 5 stars thanks to Erick and the dealership itself. .

I needed o confirm that my tow hitch was factory installed or aftermarket. Because I live in Midlothian, Virginia the dealer there (Pearson Hyundai) told me it was an aftermarket tow hitch. I knew that was wrong. I called to confirm it was factory installed. I received a call from your dealership within 30 minutes of my email and it was confirmed it was factory. Your dealership volunteered to contact Pearson but it wasn't necessary. Thanks for your help.

I’m an out of state visitor to Maryland and it’s my third time needing to use Chevrolet service dept at Fitzgerald Chevrolet in Frederick. Each time I was able to get into the dept quickly. The last two times my advisor was Mauricio. He is very quick, professional yet still is friendly. My work has been done on time as promised and the prices are fair. The waiting area is very comfortable. I guess the biggest thing for me is trust in a dealership and this service dept has earned my trust.

This is an update to my review on yesterday 2-28-24. After writing my review, I was contacted by Jeff, the service manager. He was very apologetic about my experience at Bob Bell and also offered me a free oil change and tire rotation my next visit. I also received a call today, from Greg, who was my service advisor, who also apologized and made sure everything was going well with my vehicle. My 2nd issue was resolved at no charge to me. I’m happy! Thank you guys for the follow up.

Today and last visit I was graciously helped by Mr. Vince Johnson. What a patient and personable problem solver and customer service representative he is! Another time, one of the service reps spent what seemed like a huge amount of time patiently programming my iphone into the car. Every single man or woman who sits behind those Volvo service desks has shown their expertise and helpful attitude over the years and Vince is simply my most recent contact worthy of praise. When I come in with my 2010 S80 (still under the 5 year warranty/free service) - despite not yet being a paying customer - I am met with friendliness and helped with every concern. Although my car is fine and just needs very small things (tire check, cracked ignition key, new GPS disc, E-ZPass transponder placement, and the usual service work), I have never been treated as if I was troubling anyone for taking up his or her time. I've gotten loaner cars when needed, advice over the phone, and timely appointments. The several men and one woman service staff couldn't be nicer and they are amazingly knowledgeable in explaining everything. Thank You! Dr. A.

I would really like to thank Bob Bell Hyundai's service department. I've owned two Hyundai Accents. Every time I go in for an oil change, it's a wonderful experience. They are professional and very efficient. I was quoted a 1 hour wait time, and they were done in under an hour. I recently had an issue with my car and they got to it first thing in the morning. Everyone was very helpful in answering my questions. I also appreciate their shuttle service if you live within miles. Their service department and their sales department are excellent. I was never fond of going to a dealership for basic maintenance but it is totally worth it! Sincerely, Amanda
