This dealership is by far the most honest and experienced - Jgauron

This dealership is by far the most honest and experienced about my vehicle that I have dealt with. I have owned GM products for approximately 50 years. This is my 5th p/u and 4th that was purchased new. I’ve dealt with several dealers and amesbury Chevrolet is by far the best. I’ve recommended them many times and several family members have bought there and feel the same.

I visited this Kia dealership on Monday morning and Fred - lbissokson

I visited this Kia dealership on Monday morning and Fred Barber was my sales consultant. He was fabulous! The biggest thing I noticed was what a great listener he was. He not only heard what I was looking for in a car, but he also remembered those details throughout the process. He offered a lot of helpful knowledge about the vehicles at the dealership and was efficient in showing us different models. At not point did I feel pressured and he was never pushy. I would go back to Fred in a heartbeat and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is shopping for a Kia.

I had the pleasure of meeting David Lachina, Finance - Bob

I had the pleasure of meeting David Lachina, Finance Manager. If you want to quickly experience how the Herb Chambers reputation for excellence and customer service was built, it will only take the first few seconds of meeting David. I witnessed his professionalism and compassion in the way he treated my wife during her recent lease of a new Alfa Romeo. David stayed nearly two hours past closing to complete all of the paperwork. He had endless patience throughout the process. On top of sharing his experience and expertise while providing excellent customer service, he is an absolute gentleman. I would recommend Herb Chambers based on the experience David created for us.

Friendly people for the most part, the idea of having to - fb5343

Friendly people for the most part, the idea of having to make an appointment to meet with a salesman is a bit odd. I did most of the work from home online and just needed a person to speak to about the vehicle. The biggest suggestion I would make is to add a first responder discount. Alijah told me he has worked with other police officers and all have said the same thing. I think the transfer cost should be removed from the price of the vehicle when it is purchased. Not our fault the vehicle's people are looking for are not available in their area.

Took my car in for service and waited. It was almost 4 hours before anyone came to discuss the problem with me and another hour to finish. Service personnel were apologetic and very nice about the long wait. And they offered alternative solutions to fix the problem.

Service seemed to fix my Jeep's suspension issue, however - ct0

Service seemed to fix my Jeep's suspension issue, however they refused to help with the corrosion warranty and offered no solution. I had to contact Jeep Smiles to find a dealer that would help. Additionally, Logan was less than friendly. I'll be purchasing my next Jeep elsewhere. I had considered going to you, but the dealer that is helping with the paint issue has been fantastic so they'll get my business.

I dealt wit Fernando in sales and Ivan in financing and very briefly in the beginning inquiry with Adrian. Fernando was highly knowledgeable, friendly, patient and kind. He helped answer all my questions and the whole process was seamless. Ivan worked with me and was also highly knowledgeable and helped me get the best rates. It was a pleasure to work with them. I felt respected and taken care of which is very hard to say about car dealerships !

I have purchased 4 cars from this agency, all through - auntiesuphan

I have purchased 4 cars from this agency, all through Greg Dolabene who is fabulous!! I have been more than pleased how he handled each of my purchases. The service department is terrific which is why I switched from a nearby Audi dealership where the service department was not up to snuff!! I can't imagine going anywhere else to buy a car!!!

I am sharing my experience with Audi Natick (Bernardi - Lexif

I am sharing my experience with Audi Natick (Bernardi Auto Group) to warn prospective luxury car buyers about their pre-delivery inspection standards and complete lack of executive accountability. I purchased a low-mileage 2023 Audi Q5 under the assurance of a full inspection and ~70% tire tread remaining. Within ~12,000 miles of routine commuting over roughly 7 months, I suffered an emergency flat tire on the side of the road. When I tried to change the tire, I discovered Audi Natick had installed wheel locks on the vehicle without my knowledge or providing the key, leaving me completely stranded. To make matters worse: • When an independent mechanic called Audi Natick from the scene to help get a key, staff hung up on him. • After begging dealership staff, someone finally dropped off a wheel lock key—but only after I was left stranded for hours, made 3 hours late for work, and forced to arrange alternative transportation. • Upon removing the locks, all four tires were found stripped down to bald cords. • An Audi technician at my August service warned me of rapid wear, claiming they were "high-performance" tires. Manager Ned later contradicted this, admitting they were standard Kumho All-Season tires—which should never fail in 12,000 miles unless sold unsafe or severely out of alignment. • Despite owning the car for only about 7 months, I was forced to pay out-of-pocket for four brand-new tires, emergency lock removal, and a full alignment. • Manager Ned dismissed the safety hazard, stating he’d "only understand if I was stranded for 3 days," and offered only a key after the damage was already done. I sent a formal written complaint with receipts to General Manager Wunna Zeya, Service Director Matthew Brawn, Bernardi Auto Group leadership, and Audi Corporate. Management has completely ghosted my emails for over a month. A dealership that sells luxury vehicles with undisclosed missing equipment, fails basic tire safety standards, and refuses to respond to formal complaints does not deserve your business. I am moving forward with formal state regulatory filings with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division (Chapter 93A) and the BBB. Buyer beware.
