Before Pride Hyundai takes your money, you’ll be treated - Physedcop

Before Pride Hyundai takes your money, you’ll be treated OK, once they have your money, you’ll be treated like you have a communicable disease. Expect to wait 5 or 6 hours waiting for them to process your vehicle. Expect numerous phone calls and emails while shopping for a vehicle. Once they have your money, they have no interest in addressing your needs or returning any phone calls. If you complain about how you’ve been treated, expect a surly, disinterested hostile response from Pride’s General Manager. Though you pay extra to have your car registered, don’t expect them to call and inform you when your plates are ready. If you’re lucky maybe they’ll inform you when your plates are ready, before the Police pull you over to inform you. Three messages left, no return call. After leaving a message with the Sales Manager, no return call from him. Finally the Salesman who blew me off called and told me he got busy and forgot about me. The next day when attempting to place a complaint for the manner in which I was treated, the General Manager downplayed my complaint saying “It was the last day of the month and they have to get their sales”. The GM was extremely rude and refused to address my complaint. At Pride Hyundai, sales come before common courtesy of customers who have already purchased vehicles. This dealership is rotten from the top. When the GM’s only interest is sales, who refuses to take complaints about his employees.

I bought a used Chevy Bolt from Bernardi Volvo. - George

I bought a used Chevy Bolt from Bernardi Volvo. More than a year later, I discovered an issue with the car regarding some missing tire repair equipment. Even thought this was not Bernardi Volvo's fault, they paid in full for me to purchase a replacement. Excellent customer service! The original used car purchase also went smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and efficient.

⭐ 1-Star Review Extremely disappointed with Koch - Carla_redman

⭐ 1-Star Review Extremely disappointed with Koch Toyota’s service department. During my last two oil changes and multipoint inspections, I was told I needed new brake pads and rotors. After paying to have them replaced, I discovered they were not even necessary! This caused me significant financial stress and inconvenience. I have pictures to prove the condition of the parts that were replaced. It’s upsetting that customers cannot trust a dealership to provide honest recommendations instead of pushing unnecessary repairs. I feel completely taken advantage of, and this experience has made me lose trust in Koch Toyota. Customers deserve honesty, not unnecessary expenses!

The staff at the dealership were very friendly and - Jcjackson1228

I was on my way to another dealership to buy a car I - Brian Patrick

I was on my way to another dealership to buy a car I wanted, not one I needed — but while last minute researching, I kept coming across outstanding reviews about Chrysler Jeep 24 in Brockton, so I decided to stop in and give it a shot before making a long-term financial decision. ….. I never made it to the other dealership. That 24 energy hit me the second I walked in. Music playing, people making deals, a genuine buzz in the building — it felt like the place was rock ‘n’ rolling. Chris, the general manager, noticed me right away and didn’t let the crowd stop him. He made his way over with a warm, easy confidence, and asked how he could help. I told him I was about to make a bad financial decision and needed help making a good one instead. He laughed, thanked me for coming in, and paired me up with my guy Kyle. Kyle was just as easygoing and easy to talk to — none of the stiff, overly scripted energy you get at other dealerships. He listened to my situation, answered my questions, and never once pushed. He walked me through the benefits of buying a used car there, including the extended warranty, no-cost inspection sticker, and transportation options if my car needed service for the length of a day. (After the deal) He even walked me over to the service department to introduce me to Rob and explain how the process works when it comes time for my first visit/oil change. After the test drive, I braced for the usual back-and-forth. It never came. The first offer was right where I wanted it — no sales manager needed to swoop in and close me. Just straightforward, honest numbers. I’ve never had that happen before. Even my trade was right where I wanted it. The whole thing had a surreal ease to it, honestly. You could tell the staff worked well together — the teamwork was obvious and the good energy was contagious. I actually caught myself thinking “I’d work here” That continued in finance with Angel, who was a total pro — straight shooter, read the room perfectly, and made what’s usually the most tedious part of buying a car actually pleasant. I turned down the extended warranty at first, but when he asked why, I mentioned I needed more mileage coverage. Turns out there were options past 100,000 miles I didn’t even know existed. If Angel hadn’t caught that, I would’ve driven off unprotected. He’s the first person I’ll think of if I ever need to use that warranty. Quick shoutout to Ben too — not my original salesman, but he jumped in to help when Kyle got tied up with another customer, and it didn’t skip a beat. Just a testament to the teamwork over there. In the end, I drove away with everything I wanted, at a better price than I expected, with zero hassle and zero back-and-forth. This really was the easiest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Kyle, Chris, Ben, and Angel ! That was the first time I’ve ever had fun buying a car 🏆

I don't normally comment on dealers around but I have to - Jose

I don't normally comment on dealers around but I have to on this one. Please be aware of what you buy. Make sure you check your car underneath check tires, brakes, rotors, everything. I had a bad experience with a pickup truck 2017 GMC Sierra that I bought and I end up fixing a lot of problems with this truck that I did not have when I bought it. Everything was normal until the week went by and the problem started coming out. Also I knew there was something going. The Ambien at the dealership was so bad. You could feel the heaviness I'd call once to get something repaired and I noticed there was a lot of drop it off and blah blah blah but I will never get a second car from this place. There was so much rust on the bottom that I had to fix myself. Looks like the car was dipped in the sea and brought back to life in order to sell so please be aware check your car from back to front and bottom. This place should be reported to the consumer and review.

We bought a new car with cash one month ago. - Nancy.dudek

We bought a new car with cash one month ago. After SEVERAL calls to the dealership we had no call back or explanation regarding getting the title. Mariela was the ONLY CONTACT who responded! I won’t do business with this dealership again! Just to be clear, this is a NEW dealership in Manchester owned by Bertera. Bertera Nissa in Manchester was MIA once the check cleared.

Dont buy the over priced extended warranty and honestly - Alan.beatty68

Dont buy the over priced extended warranty and honestly don’t buy from them at all. Checked to see if they were still in business as we are getting ready to trade in the over priced turd they sold us. Unfortunately they are still scamming people. Drove from Maine to Mass to look at what looked like a decent low mile Suburban. Looked decent at first but after a test drive, I did an in depth look around the vehicle. They let me test drive it without any air intake on it. Wide open throttle body. Leaking transmission lines. Many scratches that could be buffed out. Breaks were squeaky so I mentioned that. I noted all of these issues as well as the interior being filthy. Also noted a slight lifter tick but that wasn’t overly concerning as it only had 87k on it. They said they would address all of these things. Thankfully they did put the air intake back on. They cleaned the transmission line. Not replaced. So it’s been leaking since we got it. No interior detailing done at all. Had to do the breaks within a year of purchase. They never did them. They buffed the exterior but it was poorly done. Buff marks everywhere and none of the scratches were addressed and the clear coat on the hood was clearly lacking or missing entirely because my hood began to fade within a year. Now for the best part. Went to use to warranty for the AC which went out after a year and should have been covered. Direct Auto never filed the paperwork. And after calling over 10 times and fighting with the warranty company as well, I filed with the BBB and Direct Auto never responded. We paid almost 4k for this warranty and never got to use it Even though we needed it. Now at only 137k on a typically reliable engine, the crank and rear main seals have gone out on it and it’s running rough despite proper regular maintenance. Absolutely never buy from them. We are upside down by alot. Also I found our trade in about a week later listed for twice what they gave us! A %100 mark up and they refused to budge on their price and refused to give us any of the trade in value in cash. You’ve been warned.

I bought this car (2014 ford explorer sport) and have had - bmc

I bought this car (2014 ford explorer sport) and have had nothing put problems from day one. Shame on me for not looking it over better. The touch screen didn’t work, however I didn’t even know it was a touch screen until I realized I couldn’t do necessary things without it. So they put in a different/used touchscreen. It worked however I couldn’t control the bass on the radio. It’s way too high for my liking. He promised me another one, every time I called he said it was on its way or would be here at the end of the week. This went on for months. After a while I just gave up. I realized he was just stringing me along. The salesman was great. The kid in charge of service not so much. The car in general is the worst car I’ve ever bought.
