Elias was very very kind took his time with me and my mother we bought 2 CARS in the same day and time a Honda CRV and HRV and i love both cars. Called because my headlights would go dim when put in drive told, they told me was normal Brand new vehicle at time. Then car was dead at eye doctors, so called to find out battery size they claimed battery was 520 CC , come to find out had to buy new battery and one in vehicle was Not 520 CC . Also brought in for recall and service instead of undoing car seats , ripped car seats right off !? Husband and I both bought a Honda one red and one blue , NOW PAINT PEELING OFF BOTH VEHICLES!!!

We were driving through the upper peninsula from Sault Ste. Marie to Port Austin when our 2019 Honda Civic Touring started making noise in the front left wheel area. We opted for going directly to Thelen Honda for a diagnosis versus a brake shop even though it was near closing time. Are we ever glad we did. We received fantastic service from Thelen Honda and they had us back on the road in short time. They explained everything to us and noted that the problem we encountered was due to an issue in service two weeks prior back home in Canada.
