After a horrible experience at another GMC Dealership in our hometown of Jackson, we purposely decided to drive 32 miles away to LaFontaine in A2. This visit/purchase renewed our faith in GMC. Our salesman, Myles, was exceptional and listened to what we wanted on top of what we needed. We needed to upgrade our truck to tow our food trailer, which the previous dealership in Jackson assured us it would work, only to find out it wouldn't. Well, Myles went abovevand beyond to locate what we wanted. The iront of it all... it came from the dealership we'll never shop from again. Let that be a lesson to dealerships. Follow LaFontaine's lead. We WILL shop them again.

Got my information on the policy for my tires and got quick approval and replaced my tire in no time at all. Shown to the waiting room and kept me apprised to what was going on and approximate time to finish.
