I dropped my car off with what I thought were big problems. My ignition wouldn’t release the key and a whole bunch of other issues happened simultaneously. Not only did they fix what turned out to be an easier problem, but, sent me to lunch and let me borrow a car for the evening while trying to figure out the problem. I had been quoted an enormous amount thru a closer dealership. Groulx reinstated my faith in dealerships. They treated me very very well. Thank you.

It was a fantastic experience! I called on Wednesday and asked for an appointment to have my oil changed. I explained that I worked until 4, and I was told "no problem, we can get you in tomorrow"! The gentleman at the counter went over everything with me. Where things stood with my breaks and filters, how much longer they should last, and was extremely polite. The guy was outstanding!

We were in Alpena from Houghton for a hockey tournament and our side blind zone alert system malfunctioned, which also affected the locks, airbags, and key fob. Worried about getting home, we brought it here and they quickly diagnosed the problem. Even though they couldn’t do the complete repair to replace the modules, they did a quick fix (unplugged the defective module) in under an hour for under $50. I can’t say enough how helpful and knowledgeable the service manager Steve Bruski was! Bruski deserves a brewski! I highly recommend getting service or buying a vehicle here.

Took my car in to have a tuneup put on it. It had 80,000 miles on it and they did I went to go pick it up. My engine light was on and I told him I said my engine lights on and they told me I had a big mice snack in there instead of carefully removing the obstacle, blow it out and it went down my intake and now two years later it’s still on they called a problem and they told me it cost $1800 to fix wait a minute it came in with no Engine light on and I’m supposed to pay Bell for their screw up to fix my car. That’s why I don’t ever go to Bell for anything any longer. I stopped in to get a headlight bulb put in it $65. I think it was an hour plus bulb, I went to their competitor they put it in for free. Be careful.
