My experience with the Richardson service department has been excellent for 15 years. I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved the first time except for when parts had to be ordered.

Excellent service team! David Yanko is so calm and takes time explaining everything so the customer understands. The Lafontaine team, advisors and shop technicians are the best. The videos from the technicians are so helpful in understanding the concerns and very transparent with the customer.

2017 Encore,,, I'm on my SECOND EXTENDED WARRANTY only because I value the service I get from a very helpful Margaret Smith and thanks to Ray Calvin for helping me with the warranty extension . I was provided transportation to and from my home while the car was being worked on and the shuttle gentleman gave me a history of Plymouth by pointing out where known things once were and to my amazement even the history of where Bob Jeannotte's original dealership was,,,,

I dropped my car off with what I thought were big problems. My ignition wouldn’t release the key and a whole bunch of other issues happened simultaneously. Not only did they fix what turned out to be an easier problem, but, sent me to lunch and let me borrow a car for the evening while trying to figure out the problem. I had been quoted an enormous amount thru a closer dealership. Groulx reinstated my faith in dealerships. They treated me very very well. Thank you.

Courteous, slow computers, does good work, expensive like the rest, good experience overall. If you’re not mechanical be careful that as a customer you don’t think of all mentioned maintenance issues as things to be immediately done. I had to decline them doing an issue because I knew it was not critical at this time. Enough said.
