I have had experience where I’ve had an emergency and did not have an appointment and they took care of me expeditiously. One must understand that business is business. We can’t take things personal. Just be the best version of yourself and thrust the process. The team at Ray Catena is doing a phenomenal job.

Like always Theresa saved my day.I was greeted by another specialist named Tamar or Tamara that her first words were: we will not be able to get your car today…..I said I have an appointment and took the day off to solve this engine light situation that my car has. She answered: don’t get nasty with me and don’t throw the door in my face. At that point I requested a manager whom with no problem called Theresa and she took my information and 2 hours later the problem was solved and I was happy again. That person needs more training in showing empathy and don’t rush to determine that the car can’t be seen, specially since a light engine can develop into a bigger problem. Thanks Theresa you’re the best .
