Megan S, service advisor, Richard T service mgr., and Tom, service tech. My 2017 JGC had an intermittent starting issue. Was advised to change the main battery and did along with the auxiliary battery. Wemt about 6 miles and the same issue, would not start. Finally got it started amd brought it back. A bunch of new codes came up. They got my car back in, about 1hr. later. They went through the check list and found a small yellow wire loose on my starter. Im so appreciative of them getting me in as I need to leave the next day to drive almost 1400 miles to get home. They were patient with me as I was frustrated yet respectful to them. They knew my urgency. I would like to thank them and recommend this group to anyone with needing repairs for their Chrysler built vehicles. Just as they were patient with me you need to be the same and they will take care of you. God Bless all!!

Despite multiple diagnostic attempts, repairs, and involvement of Jeep technical support, the problem remains unresolved with no clear timeline or root cause identified. During this time, I have not been provided a loaner vehicle because the service dealer did not originate my lease, and the only option offered is rental reimbursement, which is not practical due to out-of-pocket costs. At this point, I am still making lease payments while without reliable transportation and relying on public transit. I have not received a clear resolution path despite repeated .

Left my Jeep flooded and refused to fix it. I have bought two vehicles from Croton Auto Park over the past decade, but my trust is completely broken. I left my Jeep Wrangler with their service department for two weeks for an approved paint repair. When I went to pick it up, I discovered they never even ordered the parts to do the work. Worse, they negligently left my vehicle cabin open or unsealed during a severe storm. The interior was flooded with 3 inches of standing water. While they used a shop vac to clear the puddles, the carpets, insulation, and floor electronics are still completely drenched. When I confronted management, they refused to take responsibility or properly dry out the interior to prevent mold and electrical damage, calling it an "Act of God." I have filed formal complaints with Stellantis the NY DMV. Avoid this dealership. They do not care about loyal customers or protecting your property.

I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

Louie was phenomenal to work with in buying my new 2024 RAM 2500. I have never had a more pleasant no non-sense experience at any dealership anywhere and I have been to tons of them. This last time I visited more than 15 dealerships and called at least 25. I inquired at more than 40 online and when I finally called Wally’s and Louie answered he proved dealerships still do an honest business and want to sell vehicles. I made my 1 and only offer on the truck based on what I could spend. Louie presented the offer to management and they accepted it. I got an incredible deal and treated with nothing but respect throughout the entire process. Louie even went out of his way to make sure my every request was handled. Made the 6 hour drive from my home there 100% worth it. Even their service guys went out of their way to help me out as I had to tow my other vehicle home on an auto transport behind my new truck and I needed to have my ball flipped over so I could lower it to get a better tow for the 6 hour trip back home. I will be pleased to take my business to Wally’s CDJR when I need my next truck. They were fantastic.

I want to give a special shoutout to the lady with the amazing hairstyle and her coworker at the reception, though I regretfully forgot their names. Despite arriving an hour late due to the heavy rain that Saturday morning(03/23), the staff remained absolutely professional and friendly. They offered me a delicious coffee in their Guest's Lounge and engaged me in a pleasant conversation while my vehicle was being serviced. I was initially concerned about being a last-minute customer, but my worries disappeared as the staff handled everything smoothly and stress-free. The facility itself is ultra clean, modern, and spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere for customers. I had a recall and oil change alerts and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary oil change as a new customer. This experience has restored my trust in the brand dealerships, and I will be returning for future services. Needed a pickup Jason helped me out was pleasant and help full he didn't realize the truck I purchased had issues! I guess when it went through the shop for inspection they just didn't check it out ! If you buy a preowned watchout you may have just bought a money pit and if you know anything about mechanics keep your mouth shut you will be asked to leave my advice if you plan to buy from this dealership take the car or truck to a trusted mechanic for a once over thought those days were over but I bought a money pit today I was told they would rather I didn't come back !! no problem !!!

Must be good for buying auto. Service department horrible, no communications. Going to charge $200 for a $7000:estimate for brakes and steering shaft, tell a customer what the cost of an estimate is going to be. Horrible experience never go there again. I'm sure they dont care.
