Talked with Autumn Kelly, Taylor, and then Dan Melucci, Nemer Queensbury Sales Associate, via text on Wednesday to see what was available for in stock Jeep Gladiators, Dan got right back and sent me a quick video of what was available on the lot and we setup an appointment for Wednesday at 10:15 AM. My wife and I met with him on Wednesday morning and we were out the door driving off with our new Mojave around 12:30 PM. We were driving away in our new ride in less than 24 hours!!! This was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase that I have ever had and I’m 59! Dan was very laid back, supportive, and easy to work with. We were impressed with the entire dealership! Charles came out after our purchase and thanked us for our purchase. He was very gracious. The financial associate (can’t recall his name, sorry) was also very helpful in going through all the forms. Usually, the idea of going to a dealership will make a person groan. The thought of trading in a vehicle and purchasing a new one always seems tedious and frustrating. Well, let me tell you, the folks at NYE will make you think twice on that by making the process a breeze. Especially if you work with Ross Barton and Dan Bennett. I reached out regarding a 2026 Jeep Compass they had for sale. A kind woman named Trisha Green, connected me to a salesperson, Ross, who was truly fantastic and the highlight of my NYE experience. Ross was accommodating, answering every question I shot at him via text in a timely manner, even sending photos as the listing didn't have photos yet when I inquired. He helped me acquire numbers, even working after closing time to ensure I got the info I needed. I ended up going in the next day to test drive and was blown away. Ross was friendly and personable, truly wanting to ensure I got a vehicle that fit my needs. We talked the entire 20-minute test drive, chatting like old friends catching up, and he walked me through the entire application process when I said I wanted to take the vehicle home. And note, he came in on his day off to make sure I was properly taken care of! They were accommodating as to when I wanted to take the vehicle home, even offering have it ready next day if needed. When I went to pick it up, Dan Bennett helped me finalize my financing paperwork, explaining everything thoroughly and with a touch of humor to keep things light. Once the paperwork was completed, they even introduced me to their service department for any future needs. At the end of the day, I drove away feeling like I made new friends while buying a car. I have told, and will continue to tell, everyone I know that they should visit NYE for all their car trading and buying needs as I have never in my life had a better experience at a dealership. Thank you Ross and Dan for everything, I am truly grateful!!!
