What a great dealership! My key key shell for my 2002 SC430 broke and I ordered a new blank on eBay and when I received it in the mail I called a local locksmith.In the conversation I told the gentleman I had a new key that just needed to be cut and was quoted $55.00.Out of curiosity I then called Northtown Lexus and spoke to Dave in the parts department and he stated that they also could cut the key for and would do so for NO CHARGE !! While I was getting the key cut I left my SC430 in the service department and was greeted by a service writer.I told her that I was getting a key cut but that I also had a problem with my retractable top and that it would not release in order to go down.I knew that Greg (service manager) also owned a SC430 and I asked the service writer if he could take a look at it.I was pleasantly surprised that Greg took an interest in finding out what was wrong with the roof and spent at least 30 minutes trying to diagnose the problem.Greg asked me if I could leave the car overnight and he would try to remedy or at least get an idea of what was wrong.The very next day Greg called me and as I was holding my breath awaiting the "bad news" he said it was all fixed and that it was a cable that got stuck into the mechanism and it was now fixed and operated like new again.Talk about 5 star service ,this is one story I will tell everyone about.Kudos to Northtown Lexus,Dave and Jim in parts department and a BIG shout out to the service manager Greg.Thank you so very much for all your help and kindness on my "LIL Lexi".

Discovered my RX350 was leaking oil after the 10,000 mile service. Spoke to the Service Manager Dwight Ruiz. In less than an hour, he was at my house with a loaner RX350 and a mechanic who treated and cleaned the oil from my garage floor and the garage door bottom strip from where some oil dripped on the car. The car is being cleaned and detailed. In addition the wiper blades that smeared oil on front and rear windows are being replaced.
When informed the car was ready. Dwight wrote, "I know you understand no business is perfect but I think we both believe how you respond & fix any issues that arise is extremely important." With this exemplary customer service no explanation is required.

I have purchased a 2010 f150 just over a week ago and I'm very disappointed with it! I mentioned when I test drove it it looked like the rear differential was leaking and the gas door did not close they wanted me to bring it back 2 days later after I purchased it to check the leak and fix th ed gas door. so within the 2 days of having it I noticed a clunking noise in the front end so I m eff mentioned that when I brought it in ! They told me the gas door was out of their budget and all seals were sealed properly on the differential and didn't find and thing in the front end 😤, so I wen th home and took gas door out and fixed it in 5 minutes , they couldn't have done that huh . Then realized the tailpipe hanger is gone broken off completely ,so I bought a universal on and hung it up while I was doing that I noticed the rear differential is soaked leaking for sure so I went to the dealer again and have a appointment to bring it in Friday we will see how that works out , and also the noise I was hearing in my front end is just getting louder and louder very dissatisfied very nice ppl though!

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

My car was due for its oil change. Of course, I took it to Arlington Auto & Tire so I can get it done correctly. I Appreciate how Carlos check the fluids and fill them up, he also added air in my tires, etc. Carlos was very professional and nice. He made sure that I was completely satisfied. Which I was.

I was visiting my daughter in Dewitt when my RX350 developed a problem. I called Burdick and Don told me to bring my car right over. The attention and service I received was exceptional! I did not experience any waiting time. Nick gave me a loaner so I could take my grandaughter to lunch! When I returned Maxwell explained what could have been the problem and off I went. Kudos to Burdick Lexus for extending the most wonderful and efficient customer service!!!
