I experienced impeccable customer service!! I did not want the sugar coating fake sales pitch. I was honest from the start about that. Justin, Tommy and Ivan were so accommodating to what I was looking for and what I was able to afford. They explained all and made the process so easy and stress free. I was sold a 2018 Honda Accord Sport with 80k miles in July 2024. now in January 2025 my car has had 5 Service repairs (Transmission, Headgasket, Flywheel, Oil Spoil Valve & Carbon Cleaning of Engine). I was clearly sold a Defective car which the Dealership refuses to help me with! These guys are crooks who dont mind selling you a Lemon.

When I got there, I asked for the rep, Carla whom I had an appointment with. A young man said she was unavailable and showed me the car. The ad shows a black Mercedes but when I got there, the car was a faded silver grey that was much in need of a paint job. The tires were marginal and when I tried to access the OBDII system with a scanner, there was a fatal error in the system. The car would not pass state inspection that way. The car was not worth even a $1,000. The salesman was more interested in showing me videos of his friend drag racing in the street instead of trying to make me into a happy customer. Baron Auto Emporium should be ashamed of themselves for showing a car in that poor condition for the money they were asking. And the way the salesman was, deplorable. I would never go back.

Horrible dishonest and fraudulent dealership. Worst experience ever. They bait and switch just to get you in the dealership and waste your time. The car ends up being 15k over the advertised price. Should be investigated and penalized by the FTC.

Nov 2024. I found a Wrangler on Jeep.com at CDJR of Utica. Then filled in their online information request. Within 30 minutes I had a phone message and text reply wanting to help! I had a great experience with Jordan Ross, Erik Hyde and Matt Coppola while purchasing the 2024 Willy. This was a long distance purchase with email, phone calls and texts. These guys were prompt and professional! When I arrived for pickup, the paperwork and Willy were ready for a quick turn. Thank you!

I bought a 2000 wrangler from Auto Expo 2 weeks ago. Had very minor issues with interior lights draining the battery but just removed the lights, it's an old jeep, who need interior lights anyway. I brought it to my mechanic today because on the dash the break light stays on. He looked at everything and said that brakes, calipers are new and the engine, "is so clean for a 2000 tj". He was impressed with my buy. I love my Jeep, Don was great and all the staff were wonderful. This place is different from anywhere else you will go, you can't test drive, you buy just by looking at the vehicle and then you pay an extra $400 for them to get it in tip top shape. They did and my TJ is awesome, thank you to Don and staff!

After I get approved I test drove the car and signed the papers. I only spent less than an hour at the dealership. And also Victor (service dept.) who helped me during my car services. This 2 guys are professional and courteous.

I purchased a car from Riverhead Toyota very recently, my salesman was Ali Shah. Ali was very, very helpful in my decision to purchase a Rav4 vehicle that was for sale at Riverhead Toyota dealership. The first thing was the dealer location was approximately 2 hours driving distance from where I live. I asked Ali if he could send me a phone recording of the car and he did. I explained that the distance was a barrier to the sale because if I didn't like the car or something went awry with my trade-in purchase, I could have taken a rather long trip for nothing. Ali obliged to drive the car to me. After seeing the car on video and reading the Carfax report everything looked great. I also provide photos of my trade-in vehicle and it was also in pristine condition. Ali dropped the vehicle off to me, we did the paperwork and exchanged keys and I have to tell you I got the car of my dreams only because of Ali. Thank you, Ali. The sales part of this company is amazing. Frank went out of his way to do everything he could to make the car buying process as easy as possible... the service center on the other hand is a joke. I needed some work done and Brett asked me if I could be there at 8 o’clock. I told him no and it would have to be 8:30-8:45 and we agreed on that time. Fast forward 1 week to my appointment I walked in at 8:43 and was greeted with a snippy attitude and was informed that I was suppose to be there at 8. Brett took my car into the shop and proceeded to bad mouth me to another person in the shop and talk about how mad he is. Very unprofessional service and I will never be returning here again.

I had such an amazing experience at FOGG'S! The people are all wonderful, kind, funny, hard working. The grounds are clean, neat and safe. The building was immaculate and welcoming. Marcus was my salesman and he was outstanding! He was funny, nice, and listened to everything I said. He did not try to speak over me, did not try to push me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. He was helpful and thorough. I had had a very bad prior experience with a different car sales place so when I arrived I was a bit nervous and apprehensive. I am a female and I was by myself. I soon realized I had nothing to worry about at FOGG'S. From the minute you walk through the door you feel welcomed and at ease. I found a new grand highlander from them, I called them and asked if they would sell out of state. They said yes. They sent me an email with detailed pricing. I asked to put a deposit on the vehicle, which they said they can’t do until it is in freight mode. I said Ok, call me asap and I will put it down immediately. They just called me and told me that the vehicle had been sold to someone locally because those people are allowed to put down a deposit. I specifically asked them if they would sell this vehicle to someone out of state. Don’t appreciate being lied to by Kimberly Taylor and the sales managers at Williams Toyota of Binghamton.
