Quick, to the point, friendly people and in & out with no hassle. I literally had all the information from the dealership that I needed to make the deal before I even went to the dealership. Dawn Haskins in the Internet Sales area was most helpful in pulling all of that together for me. Once I drove the 90 minutes to get there I was greeted the minute I set foot in the door by LL and he knew who I was already, so kudos there also. Alex Scronce in Sales was "in flight" already on the paperwork and it was more like "hanging out" and not like a painfully long car-buying experience. I traded two cars in the deal and Alex rode the 90 miles back home with me to pick up my second trade and immediately drove it back to Hickory. That is "above and beyond" and most appreciated. This was my 19th time trading-in for a new car and this one was WAY better and actually enjoyable versus every other time I have done this. I hope to be able to post another positive review of this dealership in the near future. Thanks guys!!!

I cannot say enough great things about the team at Flow Nissan, especially Robyn, the General Manager. She spent over 4 hours working with us to make sure my elderly aunt was able to get the car she wanted. What really stood out was that Robyn didn’t just treat this like a sale she actually listened and cared about what my aunt has been through after losing her husband and recently totaling her car. Robyn worked incredibly hard and kept us informed the entire time. We were in the dealership until almost 9 PM, but it was completely worth it because we walked out with the exact car my aunt wanted. Seeing the smile on her face meant everything honestly, I haven’t seen her smile like that in over 8 years. Robyn, thank you so much. The way you celebrated with us at the end felt like your own family member was getting a car. You’re the best and definitely deserve a promotion just saying! I also want to give a huge shout out to Kelly Monroe, the salesman. He was absolutely awesome and made sure my aunt was able to sit in multiple vehicles so she could find the one that felt right. It was hot and sunny the day we came, but Kelly never rushed us. He stayed patient and consistent, making sure my aunt could look at and touch every vehicle she was interested in. And finally, Luke, the Finance Manager, was fantastic as well. He walked us through the warranty packages that actually made sense for my aunt, instead of just trying to sell everything. That honesty and transparency meant a lot. The entire team was amazing, and I would absolutely drive back to this dealership for any future car needs. And just FYI… I’ll be back one day for a **Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Scat Pack 😄 I know it’s a nissan dealer, but if y’all get one let me know. Another thing worth mentioning this was the first and only dealership we visited, and we didn’t need to go anywhere else. January 19, 2026 My wife and I were looking for a Nissan Pathfinder Platinum with captain’s chairs. I found two listed online at Monroe Nissan—one with captain’s chairs and one without—so we decided to stop by in person. We arrived around 6:15 PM and walked into the showroom. There were several vehicles on the floor, but no Pathfinders. After standing in the showroom for 5–10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone, we went outside to try to locate the Pathfinders ourselves. We spent another 15 minutes outside with no assistance, and we still could not access or see the vehicles we came to look at. We eventually walked back to our car and left. This was, without question, the worst dealership experience I have ever had. While I can’t say for certain, there appeared to be a salesperson at the desk on his phone the entire time we were there, despite customers walking around unassisted. We came ready to look seriously at a Pathfinder Platinum, but the complete lack of customer service ensured we took our business elsewhere. We will be continuing our search with a dealership that values customers and is willing to help.
