We had a great experience with the purchase of a new Cadillac from Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. Our sales rep is Marcie and she has went above and beyond to make the buying experience fir our needs exactly. We live out of town and the buying process was quick and easy. Once we arrived, the was out front cleaned and full of gas. The finance process was quick and efficient. The entire staff were very helpful and willing to answer any questions. After an exhausative internet search I came across the perfect car at this dealership for our replacement car. Erica was awesome! Very professional, attentive, friendly, personable and honest! I had a million questions that she patiently answered. I was somewhat leary of traveling out of state to make a car purchase, but after arriving and learning the history of this dealership and their committment to their customers and the community it just felt right. I didn't have the ususal butterflies in my stomach when talking with a sales associate of a pre-owned vehicle. I felt at ease and knew we had made the right decision. Very happy that we can count Erica as our sales advisor. I plan on returning to let Taylor Cadillac service my car. Upon entering, we felt a warm welcoming presence. We felt like everyone here treated us as family. They are very trustworthy. If we need any future vehicles we on returning to Erica and Taylor cadillac they have earned our loyalty.

Don't take your vehicle here for service. They will cancel your appointments, not return your calls, and if you do manage to get your vehicle in for service there is zero communication unless you take more time out of your day to go back into the service area where they can magically provide everything you had been calling for, only to not complete the repairs for something that should only take a day and a half. I've been waiting two weeks and getting anyone to talk on the phone is impossible. They might text you back, but it won't be anything useful. Go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.​
