I recently purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from Springfield Buick GMC Cadillac. I did a lot of homework and scoured lots around Ohio to find what I wanted. Not only did they have the vehicle I wanted but I was shocked when they set up an appointment to look at it. Kyle Hughes made sure the vehicle was fueled up, clean, and was waiting for me at opening. Kyle had a detailed knowledge of the vehicle and all of its features. Other dealerships I had visited it had been very clear the extent of the salesperson's knowledge stopped at 'gee, it's a nice car'. Kyle was friendly, down to earth, and was nonsense, no pressure. He went out of his way to answer any and all questions both before and after the sell.
I'd also like to give a shutout to Holly Bundy, the finance manager. She made the transaction quick and painless.
It's very clear that Springfield Buick GMC Caddilac takes good care of their employees and their customers. They are all friendly and really seem to enjoy their job. I would definitely recommend them and when I'm in need of a new vehicle again I will be going back.

We had purchased/leased business vehicles and personal vehicles from Lavery in the past and had good experiences. It's unfortunate that the Lavery family has a business manager using unprofessional methods which is opposite of the way we had been treated in the past.
In order to have loyal customers, you must be loyal to them as well. It's unfortunate they'll never know the amount of business lost over a poor decision from a person going against the old Lavery Family Values.
It's disturbing that my story is just like the last person's review from February. After negotiating the vehicle price to a point where both of us were comfortable, they sold the vehicle out from under us. Even after we offered to put a deposit down until we could make it to the dealership.
Their story changes. Called in after they said someone else purchased. The salesperson said "The vehicle was on the lot and still available".
We should have called Mr. Lavery when this happened, but thought this would be more effective.

I search many dealerships on the internet and found Steve Austin's price for the car that I was interested in to be extremely competitive. Asked for certain service items to be completed on car before purchase and they did an excellent job in correcting all the issues that I found. They actually delivered the car to our home. Visited three car dealerships looking for a specific model Rogue, with a specific feature, in a specific price range. Had a bad, ok, and good experience. This dealership was the bad one, and easily the worst.
Took my typical approach of walking straight into the lobby and looking for salesperson. This was the only dealership where I couldn't find one. No one was around, so I sat and checked my twitter feed for a bit before finally getting tired and looking around outside. When I finally found a salesperson and explained what I was looking for, we looked at one that was nearby. His first price offered was the MSRP, which surprised me as online it was listed for less and had a few discounts on it, including the 'Wyler discount'. I reminded him of those, and was able to get it down to the online price at least. Not satisfied with their offer and about to leave he did then mention they had one in a different color for less, but it had all the same features of the car we just looked at. It wasn't, and didn't have the package with the sun roof (which I didn't really want anyway) which explained the price difference. The price he offered it for was again no better than what was posted online.
I left and we exchanged some e-mails including him quoting me a price again, saying he could get me to the price I was looking for. I was excited at first, but when he broke down how he got that number he included my estimated down payment. Bringing the real price of the car back up to the MSRP, neglecting those offers I mentioned previously, and higher than advertised online again. (don't know he could forget about the 'Wyler' discount a second time). Again he apologized for overlooking those things.
My wife also visited this dealership on her own and talked to someone else (unclear who) but she left 'disgusted' and like she was talked down to because she was a female. She did not feel this way when she visited other dealerships.
If you do visit this dealership (which I don't encourage), I recommend you do your research first as you will have to remind them of various Nissan offerings available at their dealership, and check the prices they offer. Was able to get the car I wanted for a thousands less elsewhere.

Coughlin took really good care of my baby, but I soured on Ford and Checy in general due to American car quality in general. I just took my Cascada in for its first oil change/tire rotation. The service representatives were friendly, funny, and very professional. Plus - there was no charge. They told me that the first 2 oil change visits are free - and I did not purchase my car from this dealership. If their sales people are as great as their service people, I will definitely purchase my next car from Coughlin!

Went to McDaniel prepared to buy a $42k vehicle. First salesman did a lot of talk about how they would deal with us and get us where we need to be. Let me drive the vehicle from where it was parked in front to the front doors, due to a low tire. He said he would contact us following day. We heard nothing until my husband called two days later. Apparently the salesman went on vacation. We made arrangements to go in and see another salesman and actually drove the vehicle. This salesman had the complete opposite speel as the first one. Didn't think they could budge much "since the owner purchased the vehicle "...well la-tee-da....ok then.
He was going to do some checking and get back to us. We heard nothing for three days! Again, my husband called. They talked numbers, they dropped price $500....whoohoo...we don't play their game. Never mind. We all know they are going to make 4K-7k off their vehicles.
We said not interested. A week or two later, saw online they dropped $1000.
Then a few weeks after that, dropped another $400-500. Needless to say, over two months later, the vehicle is still sitting on lot. If they would have done that at beginning, the car would have been sold. Proof that they're all about getting every penny they can from you.
So annoyed with their tactics, doubt we will purchase from them again.
And we were returning customers...
