I purchased a $100k Escalade and was promised I’d receive top notch service if I leased instead of purchased my vehicle. What a joke. I had an issue scheduling and then receiving information for a simple oil change. After not showing 3 times to pick up my vehicle (valet service wasn’t even offered, I had to ask) they took my car in on a Friday morning and never got back to me. All calls on Saturday went to voicemail and my sales rep never (to this day) answered my email. On Monday I had to demand to speak to a human only to be told my car STILL wasn’t in service.
I did not receive any of the service quality I was promised (including an Escalade loaner) and this whole experience was a joke. Save your time and money. If this is how they treat a $100k car customer, imagine how they treat everyone else. I can’t wait for my lease to be over and be done with these people.

I would just like to thank the folks at SVG WCH for their honest and professional service in regard to the factory recall work that my vehicle needed. I called Jerry Haag in Hillsboro three weeks ago and they said they had to order parts and would call me back...I never heard a word out of them. So I called SVG on Monday. They said it would take a couple of days and made an appointment for me for Wednesday morning! Staff was comprised of genuinely polite and courteous individuals. It was a real treat to visit this dealer/service center.

Service department is horrible. They never answer the phone right away and it takes several call to someone in the service department. You have to call in to get an update on your vehicle. Service manager would rather be outside smoking than running his department. Dennis, the general manager will not return phone calls, probably because he is tired of hearing bad the place is. Service drive is cluttered. who hired the people running these departments?

I have never been so disappointed! I bought my car from here, and just recently had a issue with my car shifting to next gear. They looked at it said it was my battery and the cable because they were corroded replace them and charge me $227. After leaving and making it five minutes down the road my check engine light is back on so I took it over to Cole Valley Chevrolet in Newton Falls and they said that there was no way that they actually looked at it because they found the issue within two hours and I didn’t even have an appointment there they just said they would look at it and it cost 27 bucks to replace a lever that had to deal with the turbo! I called my advisor Tom today all he told me is that he’s sorry and that he’ll have to talk to his guys. They also had my car for four days and couldn’t see that issue but the other dealership found it right away! Not happy with my experience at all and this isn’t the first time that I wasn’t happy leaving this dealership...

Dishonest. Husband and I took a day off work and drove 3 hours one way to test drive a 2017 GMC Terrain with 66k miles I was advised went through an “extensive inspection” and had “no issues“. Luke in sales points out the “capless” gas tank when we get there (we looked it up...definitely NOT a capless tank) and sends us on the road. Remote start didn’t function, during test drive check engine light came on, also traction control light, and a “Service Stabilitrack” light, and car began vibrating like a sketchy carnival ride. We left. What a colossal waste of time...save yourself the headache and take your money somewhere else.
