We cannot recommend Germain’s enough. We unexpectedly were approved for a loan, and found a vehicle located at Germain’s that my husband, our two children, and I fell in love with. We drove from 4 hours away to buy it. Neil was who helped make this process so pain free. He kept in constant touch, made sure all the kinks were worked out, and even with our two toddlers being with us during the whole process, he was kind, patient, and understanding.Buying a vehicle, especially when not in person can be a very difficult process because you never know what you’re going to get. We would definitely come back to buy another vehicle solely based on the ease of process we dealt with.

Just purchased/leased a new 2019 GMC Terrain. Traded in a 2013 and love them. Was looking at a 2018, but couldn't get what we wanted, so Justin got a us a deal on a 2019. Was over the weekend and the one he was going to get for us, got sold out from under him, so he found us another one right away for Monday afternoon pickup. He explained all the new gadgets and the paperwork was taken care of very efficiently by Becky.

I went to dealership to get 2nd key fob that was not with the car I just bought , I had to be there at 9:00 AM I am not a morning person. . Big problem the guy that was in to do the key didn’t have the right key.So now I have to go back 9:00 am next Monday .
Problems with the truck - SIMPLEMAN0807
When I purchased the truck I was told by the salesman that I couldn't take it off the lot till they did a 72 point inspection do on it. He gave me a sheet to take to wheeling tire to get it inspected after whitesides did the 72 point inspection. I was not able to get the truck inspected due to the window tin being 16% for it to pass it could not be less then 35%. I contacted the salesman and he said they would take care of and I brought it back to the dealer and they removed it. Which I appreciate it. I took it back and tried to get it inspected again and it failed the tires were all dry rotted. So I drove to whitesides and talked to Tony the salesman he talked to the manager and Tony and the manager said they would take care of replacing the tires. I also told Tony there was a problem with the engine. Since I bought it when you start out from a stop it hesitates I also told him that going from a 50mph . speed to 65 mphr it hesitated and hesitates and bogs down. He called to the service department to let them know after I had to ask him. He wanted me to do it when I took the truck to have the tires replaced. I told the service dept when they removed the tint. Nothing was checked. I Lionel the truck. But I'm disappointed that the tires aren't checked. The tint. The engine wasn't checked when the 72 point inspection was done. I also noticed that when it was detailed for me to pick it that the driver side cab corner is rusted. And that the driver side rear food has a long scratch in it. And someone tried to cover it up by using a marker on it. It was dark when I picked the truck up. I buy the truck with the intentions that everything would have been taken care of before it left the lot.
No call - No call
On 9/11/18 Jonathan the service advisor was to contact me to verify if my extended warranty would cover my brake work. I spoke to him at approx 9am that morning. He did not call me back. I called the next morning at approx 10:30pm, spoke with a female who stated that Jonathan was with a customer. I told her since Jonathan did not call me back yesterday, that i was taking me vehicle to have it service. Within 5 minutes of me hanging up Jonathan called and left a message. Jonathan should have kept his promise to call me back with an answer that same day.

I was looking for a certain car that had sentimental meaning to me. I found it on line at McDaniel’s. I am from Illinois so I emailed them from their website and I received a reply from Mike McGraw. Mike and I talked back and forth for the rest of the day. By the end of the day I had a lot to think about. I called him the next day to say I wanted the car. The only problem I had was that being from Illinois I wasn’t able to get to Ohio until the following Saturday. I asked if they would hold it for me but Mike said that they usually don’t do that for reasons I do understand. But I really wanted this car and Mike could tell that. So he went to bat for me, not knowing me except for the few conversations we had the day before. He went to his bosses and asked them if they would hold it for me. After a few more phone calls and talks with the bosses and the finance department we came to an agreement that worked for all of us. I feel that if Mike hadn’t gone to his bosses for me as many times he did I would have the car that I had been looking for for over a year.
When I was able to get there the following Saturday, I was greeted with a lot of welcoming hand shakes and thank you for traveling this far. The experience at the dealership was smooth and quick. I was on the road in my new car within an hour and a half.

I was completely satisfied with Tim Sexton and the entire dealership. My husband and I have purchased a number of vehicles from this dealership, and we would not think of dealing with anyone else. We would buy from this dealer, regardless of the brand they sell.
