I think you should be able to work with any finance person on site bobs matter what division had the inventoried vehicle. Overall though everyone is friendly and its a very nice place. First off I can’t even begin to explain how awesome this place is. The moment I stepped foot on to this lot till I the time I left was by far the best experience ever! The salesman ( Robert-Spanky) was personable, easy to talk to, laid back and just down right the nicest person you will meet. He did everything he could to make me feel right at home, was very understanding and let me take my time and was NOT pushy. Going into the finance manager ( Mike Butler) and Spanky worked together as a team and made the experience enjoyable and the fastest I’ve ever seen or heard of. Mike worked his hardest and got me and my sister both in cars we both never dreamed of! He definatly worked some kind of magic. Not only did we get approved but also got rates no one else around could do! This is all coming from someone who was around car dealerships for a long time. By far Mike is the #1 best hands down! If you don’t think you will get approved, without a doubt Mike will make it happen! This will be the only car dealership I go to from this point on, and will also recommend them to everyone. We had purchased/leased business vehicles and personal vehicles from Lavery in the past and had good experiences. It's unfortunate that the Lavery family has a business manager using unprofessional methods which is opposite of the way we had been treated in the past.
In order to have loyal customers, you must be loyal to them as well. It's unfortunate they'll never know the amount of business lost over a poor decision from a person going against the old Lavery Family Values.
It's disturbing that my story is just like the last person's review from February. After negotiating the vehicle price to a point where both of us were comfortable, they sold the vehicle out from under us. Even after we offered to put a deposit down until we could make it to the dealership.
Their story changes. Called in after they said someone else purchased. The salesperson said "The vehicle was on the lot and still available".
We should have called Mr. Lavery when this happened, but thought this would be more effective.

Just purchased/leased a new 2019 GMC Terrain. Traded in a 2013 and love them. Was looking at a 2018, but couldn't get what we wanted, so Justin got a us a deal on a 2019. Was over the weekend and the one he was going to get for us, got sold out from under him, so he found us another one right away for Monday afternoon pickup. He explained all the new gadgets and the paperwork was taken care of very efficiently by Becky.

sudden loss of oil pressure - bschultz
I was two hours from home when suddenly my oil gauge started fluctuating from 30 to almost zero pressure. I got home after Preston was closed, so I called the next day. Adam Brown got me a loaner after hearing about my problem and had me bring my truck in immediately. It was a Saturday and, instead of me limping through the weekend, I still had a vehicle to drive. The staff at Preston is professional, courteous and friendly. Every time.

Unfortunately, I just learned that my salesperson, Tara Barnett, pulled a Bait and Switch on me and artificially inflated my car price by $2,000. And perhaps all the sales people at Jeff Wyler Fairfield don't operate like that, but buyer beware... Through deception and double talk, Tara was able to extort an additional $2,000 from me, right under my nose.

I recently purchased a GMC Terrain from Coughlin and it was absolutely the best car buying experience I have EVER had. Shanna, the saleswoman, was absolutely the best. She was professional, yet I felt like I was sitting there talking to a friend. She is an absolute gem! I was literally in and out in less than two hours, test drive, financing and all. I didn't feel pressured at all and everyone that I came across at the dealership was super friendly, helpful and wanted to make sure I was COMPLETELY happy with my buying experience. Put $1000 down to hold car and it was sold to someone else in less than 24 hrs and the next car they tried to sell us was right out of a barn, filthy, smelled awful, nail in tire and rear view mirror broken. They renewed the old “bait and switch” reputation of used car sales. Very sad for Toledo & Taylor Cadillac. Shame on Taylor Cadillac.

No call - No call
On 9/11/18 Jonathan the service advisor was to contact me to verify if my extended warranty would cover my brake work. I spoke to him at approx 9am that morning. He did not call me back. I called the next morning at approx 10:30pm, spoke with a female who stated that Jonathan was with a customer. I told her since Jonathan did not call me back yesterday, that i was taking me vehicle to have it service. Within 5 minutes of me hanging up Jonathan called and left a message. Jonathan should have kept his promise to call me back with an answer that same day.

Went to McDaniel prepared to buy a $42k vehicle. First salesman did a lot of talk about how they would deal with us and get us where we need to be. Let me drive the vehicle from where it was parked in front to the front doors, due to a low tire. He said he would contact us following day. We heard nothing until my husband called two days later. Apparently the salesman went on vacation. We made arrangements to go in and see another salesman and actually drove the vehicle. This salesman had the complete opposite speel as the first one. Didn't think they could budge much "since the owner purchased the vehicle "...well la-tee-da....ok then.
He was going to do some checking and get back to us. We heard nothing for three days! Again, my husband called. They talked numbers, they dropped price $500....whoohoo...we don't play their game. Never mind. We all know they are going to make 4K-7k off their vehicles.
We said not interested. A week or two later, saw online they dropped $1000.
Then a few weeks after that, dropped another $400-500. Needless to say, over two months later, the vehicle is still sitting on lot. If they would have done that at beginning, the car would have been sold. Proof that they're all about getting every penny they can from you.
So annoyed with their tactics, doubt we will purchase from them again.
And we were returning customers...
