took my Honda clarity, plug-in, hybrid, and to get repairs from being rear ended, My collision estimator Portia Herron was excellent,she explained and showed me what needed to be repaired before they dismantled my call for repairs, letting me know that there probably was going to be more damage found after the tear down. I was given an estimate with damages they saw before tear down And I was given an estimate after teardown she dealt directly with the insurance company that was paying for my repairs. She kept me informed throughout the process, answered all the questions I had outstanding service I would. Definitely use AUTONATION COLLISION CENTER / ESTIMATOR and recommend them to family and friends.

I have taken my other Fords to each dealer in the area. This was my first schedule service for my F-150, so I thought I would try Cleveland Ford. First, they honored my appointment time, second, Carter took my info, got my keys, and told me if I needed anything while waiting, let him know. Third, the service was done quickly, and fourth, even with a coupon the bill was less than I expected. Needless to say, whenever my Sport Trac or F-150 is due for anything, I'll be at Cleveland Ford.
