Headline: Returning Customer Finds Happiness Again! I had the pleasure of reuniting with Jacky Jones via Mandi Devine. The objective: Obtain a 2026 Mustang Eco Boost Fastback after having an enjoyable two years with a 2024 Pony Convertible. I had the option of selling the '24 privately or turning into JJ. Happy to report JJ put forth a trade allowance that made the decision an easy one. The '26 was built on April 21 and arrived at JJ within a couple of days. Then, reprising the 2024 experience, JJ delivered my Molten Magenta Metallic Pony less than 48 hours later. I cannot avoid repeating myself (2024 review) - JJ and specifically Mandi provided exceptional service - totally customer focused and anticipated every question. Consummate professionals! I can recommend Jacky Jones Sweetwater unconditionally and with the utmost confidence.

I do not leave reviews lightly, and I do not take vehicle repair lightly. When I am spending nearly a month’s pay to repair my vehicle, the bar is extremely high for both customer service and technical knowledge. I would gladly pay more for truly great service, but with East Tennessee Ford, I did not have to. I do not regret my choice and feel that it was money well spent. The Service Department at East Tennessee Ford exceeded every expectation we had. Thomas Williams, our Service Advisor, was outstanding. He was honest, reliable, and truly professional from start to finish. Melissa in the Warranty Department went to bat for us against one of the worst service contracts out there, Endurance, which was not purchased from this dealership, and for good reason. She fought hard to make sure we were taken care of, and that kind of advocacy is rare. Service Manager Doug clearly runs a top notch operation, and Jimmy made the pickup process smooth and easy. Every technician involved deserves recognition as well. Our 14 year old Focus now drives like it is brand new. The turnaround time was incredible. The vehicle was fully diagnosed in just one day, despite needing three major repairs, tires, and several overdue critical maintenance services. Even more impressive, the cost was very reasonable and comparable to independent shops, while still providing true dealership level expertise and service without the typical markup. As a woman with extensive professional experience in the automotive industry, both in dealership service departments and at the corporate level for a major manufacturer, I can confidently say this. I was treated with respect, communicated with clearly, and never once talked down to or dismissed. That alone sets this team apart from many others. This was our first time with this dealership, but we are far from new to working with service departments, and this was without question one of the best experiences we have ever had. I am more than willing to put my personal and professional reputation behind recommending this service department to anyone. They have earned a customer for life.

We enjoyed the salesperson at Edd Rogers. Come to find out he is from our home area of Bowling Green Kentucky. The sales department understood everything we were looking for in a truck. Although we didn't buy a new truck, that wasn't what we were looking for. We were wanting a good dependable truck to pull our camper with, one that would pull it good and we could make trips in it pulling our camper to surrounding states as well as around the state of Tennessee. The 2015 F-250 if it works out to be that truck will be a great choice for us. Thank You!

The Maverick was everything that it was advertised and the "out the door" price was the best I was offered after shopping for quite some time. Persistence without the high-pressure sales tactics. That would perfectly describe my salesman Scotty and how he was able to help me negotiate one of the best deals I have ever gotten on a vehicle. And I've bought (too 😆) many vehicles over the years. I thought there was ZERO chance of getting what I needed for my trade-in towards the new Ford Maverick I was wanting in order to make a deal possible. And initially, I was right. Scotty's sales manager stepped up and made me a very fair offer for my car, but the numbers still weren't working for my budget. I was about to leave when the sales manager asked me to give him a little more time to see what he could do for me. He came back out and absolutey BLEW MY MIND 🤯 with a bigger offer for my trade which made getting the Maverick possible! Even Scotty looked shocked! 😅 Now I have no idea how he was able to do so, and I'm not promising he can do it for you as well. But if you are buried in negative equity on your car but wanting or needing something else, then go give Scotty and his manager(s) a chance to work something out for you.
