The warranty work appears to have fixed the backup camera, which I'm appreciative for but the dealership was not very communicative throughout the process. My vehicle was at the dealership for 3 days and I only heard from them once when it was ready for pick up. To put this in perspective I've received an email, text message, and phone call asking me to do this survey. I don't expect daily updates, but I was never informed how many days the work was estimated to take. I understand repair durations can very, but it would've been good to known the anticipated repair duration and then an update if it was going to over run. Not just a, "we will call you".

Came in to service for my 20,000 mile oil change tire rotation and all went well or at least I thought. After I left I heard a whooping noise every time I accelerated. Consequently, I returned to have the service department check out the noise. They quickly diagnosed the noise and repaired it. It seems that the air cleaner intake had loosened from the manifold and was creating the noise. Obviously the mechanic knew what they were doing and quickly repaired a minor issue for which I’m great full. The service manager felt very bad and offered a full car detail on my next return to the dealership. I’m going to take him up on that offer!

I called and made an appointment with service advisor Ciji Graham to bring my 2019 F150 4x4 in to have the fluid levels checked because at 1500 miles the 10 speed transmission downshifts rough . I show up at the appointed time and ask them to please check the transmission ,transfer 4x4 case , and rear axle differential fluid levels to see if this could be the problem . She had forgotten my appointment .. Her co worker Ron told me there would be a long waiting period and a service charge even though it was under warranty . Neither Ciji or Ron could answer any of my questions about my truck which amazed me . I was totally dissatisfied with this service . Finally Chris ,from the service department came out and answered some of my questions . I left without getting any fluid levels in my truck checked . It was a waste of my time and I felt like I had been blown off and ignored !

I visited this dealership service station to get my car checked out I paid for a full diagnostic and that’s when I was told that my transmission needed to be replaced. I was told my vehicle was not holding any transmission fluid and that my torque converter was burnt out (basically saying the car was done for) I was quoted on a new transmission. I was then told by the service advisor Dakota Tillman that the man that serviced my car was willing to purchase the vehicle from me for 1500 dollars (this is a 2016 Ford Taurus SHO with 55k miles valued between 14-27k. He even told me that he has a buddy at the sales department that would be able to “hook me up with a new vehicle”. He gave me his buisness card and told me to think about it. The following week I began to notice the vehicle running in even worse shape. I decided to give the car a second look at a local mechanic about a week after. The mechanic came out within 5 minutes of looking at the car and said “the last person that checked your car out hates you”. I was confused, That’s when I was informed by the mechanic that the last person to work on my car left the transmission fluid drainage open hence the reason it was “leaking” and that it was missing 5 quarts of ATF. He sealed the drainage plugs and replaced the missing transmission fluid and the car was back in its original condition. Negligence and solicitation do not go here.- Add to post I went to the dealership today in an effort to mediate things that’s when I was offered a full refund for the diagnostic fee (admission of guilt) by the rude disrespectful manager if I took my post down. He wanted me to make a new post saying something positive! This is no question at minimal negligence, lack of due care and solicitation. Heck I don’t won’t to be that person but with the way I was treated they might even be racist.

I brought in our car for a repair and an oil change.
1 or 2 days later we get an estimate of the cost which wasn’t cheap but it needed to be done.
Two weeks later, I receive a voicemail saying our car was done. Upon arrival, the invoice is about $100 more than quoted.
This got me very frustrated and I asked for an explanation, the service representative tried to explain the xxxxxx math which didn’t add up.
In the end her explanation was that the quote I received 1-2 days after bringing the car in was just for the repair and not for the service. She stated she was sorry they made a $50 error, but still made it clear that I as a customer have no right to be angry because of their unclear communication and financial mistake in their favor. How much extra money are they pocketing by these “mistakes”?
This is the last time we will ever set foot in this establishment and we will never purchase a Ford again.

Had a tire replaced. Instead of putting the spare back where it belonged, it was placed inside the vehicle (E-350, modified handicapped van) where we have to anchor down my son's wheelchair. Completely unacceptable. Why would you not put the tire back in the spare tire location? Did your mechanics not know where to put it? I brought a FORD van to a FORD dealership for service..............Maybe some training is needed for your Service Team. Actual service date was June 3rd.

I bought my car from here that part went great! However I went to have my oil changed and the back passenger side window switch fixed after they told me they could fix it two weeks prior. I get their and they tell me they can’t do it cuz it’s a Nissan that’s fine but don’t tell me you can do something when you can’t. All I wanted was my oil changed and they ended up doing that and a tire rotation to which I didn’t want because they were brand new tires to begin with!! Also got attitude from multiple people!! All in all, I feel highly let down with my experience with Beaman Automotive. It seemed very unorganized and very non-communicative.
I made an appointment for 8:00AM Monday, May 31, 2021. I was surprised they were open on Memorial Day and wasn't told about shortened hours.
I had a voicemail on my phone at 11:19AM asking if I wanted to do a check engine diagnosis. I called back and did a return voicemail at 11:52AM asking to run it, but not do any work until they call me back. I didn't hear anything back from Wayne or Tana or anyone for the rest of the day. I called at 4:47PM to ask if my truck was ready and there was no response. They had closed down and not called to tell me if my truck was ready or not or that they were closing early.
When I finally received the call at 2:30PM Tuesday June 1st to pick my truck up, I was met with 2 diagnosis fees of $80 a piece. Not once was it communicated that there were any fees associated with this. I was pleased that they gave me a $160 coupon to take care of this.

The people are nice, but it is very hard to get an update on the status of your car. They will not call or text when your car is ready. They will drop you off but you have to get back on your own. It is hard to plan to have someone take you back when they will not let you know when your car is ready.
