The woman at the desk and A. Tankersly of service dept were very helpful. The manager (sales?) was rude in his lack of interest in how a 1-2 inch scratch on a wheel of a loaner could cost me $832. Hope we never see him again. His demeanor does not match public relations with Shelbyville clientele AT ALL. Sr citizens, lifelong Ford drivers unsure if we will return to this dealership.

I was in the area visiting my niece who was graduating college at UT Martin. My car started running funny and would barely start. I called three different Ford dealerships who all told me they couldn’t get me in for at least three days to a week. I called Taylor Ford Lincoln in Union City and spoke to Kevin. I told him my circumstances and he told me to get it towed there and he would look at it. I had my car back the next day and it was all fixed. I really appreciated the fact that I wasn’t taken advantage of and the price of the repair was reasonable. If I lived anywhere near Union City I would definitely choose Taylor Ford.

We have used this service department for oil changes or repairs for the past 7+ years. We have always been treated well but more importantly they do a good job. Last week I happened to be driving nearby when my tire pressure light came on. I drove to Lonnie Cobb service door.

I was picked up by cliff bowen who was very cordial and professional. Although I think he should not have utilized his horn to inform me he had arrived since it was in the morning hours.
Service advisor Mike Cooper is always a pleasure to work with. Great communication skills, he will always inform me of any delays I.e. parts ordered or a shortage of technicians due to vacation or illness.
My technician Corbin McKnight completed the task in a timely manner and I received my vehicle clean to include the engine compartment. In closing I want to thank the staff at the truck service department.

Completely clueless and incompetent - K218
First of all, this is no longer Crown Ford, it is now Wyatt Johnson Ford, but not much has changed. I had 2 subpar experiences several years ago, but decided to try them again since they are the closest Ford dealer to my home. My wife stopped into their service department shortly before they closed last week to inquire about ordering a 2nd key for her Mustang. The lady in the service department told her she could not look up inventory or schedule service since they were getting ready to close. Strike 1. However, she did quote her a price of 275 + tax to buy the key, get it programmed, and get the key blade cut. I called back a couple days later to schedule service. After about 15 minutes of holding, getting bounced back and forth between departments, and talking to 5 different people (Strike 2), I was told the key was in stock, again was given a price of 275 + tax for the key, programming, and cutting, so I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 9:30 AM. Fast forward to Tuesday, I show up at 9:30 AM with the vehicle. The service rep can't find my appointment. So he says no problem and asks what I need done. I explain again that I need to buy a key and have it programmed and cut. He starts breaking out the pricing in detail, and I quickly realize it is WAY over $275, so I questioned him about the pricing. He told me that maybe it would be 275 if I didn't need the key blade inside the fob, but it would be $395 + tax for everything I was asking for. Then he stepped away to check the availability of the key. He came back a few minutes later to tell me that the key was not in stock, they would have to order it and schedule service for a different day. At this point, I was so irritated that I simply told him why I would not be doing business with them going forward, got in my car and drove away. I will never return to this dealer for anything. Nobody there acts like they want to help you, and they all seem very unhappy to be there.

had noises when turning in my Edge, guessed it to be block in AC drain line. BUT I crossed my fingers, as I drove into service dept. late in the day, around 3pm, hoping they could take care of it, as I was traveling. Scott (service tech)came out and talked to me, and they took me right in. I was out in an hour. Many thanks to everyone here, the ladies and cashier were so nice, also!

Vehicle was left dirty and broken trim pieces and dash lights. The work was adequate but the aftermath was poor.
Service Department complaint - Upset customer
I have tried 4 times to get a price on a tune up, from the Service Dept. Left my number with 2 different ladies. Have never been contacted back. This truck came off the lot at Johnson City Ford. The sales staff was great, but to have trouble with service department will make me never trade there again. You don't stand behind your product.
