Went there first and glad I did. - chip
Having done business with Toyota of Cleveland many times, I decided to look there first for a car for my wife. The salesmen that helped me were covered up with business, yet, they made all the things that needed to happen. Shane made the deal that needed to be and we were both happy.
Austin and Jason worked very hard for our business.

Rewplace LF Rim & Hubcap on 2006 PRIUS - Carol623
When I came in with the problem I was told that it would be 3 days for the rim 7 hubcap to arrive whitch was what happened and after I scheduled a time for installation I was told that it would take 2-3 hours and it was completed in 2 1/2 hours. I am well pleases with how the coordinator handled everything.
Top Notch & Personable - Stoogie Man
Every time I enter the doors, I'm greeted by familiar smiling faces...not only from the people who service ALL of my vehicles but also from the people who sold me those vehicles. If I ask for a loaner, they bend over backwards to make sure that I have something to drive. I know the Service Advisers to the point that they know my budget and have my permission to fix whatever is needed without having to call me for approval (SUPER convenient) ! Marty, Scott, Richard, Betsy, and Sandy can't be beat!!

New Car Buying Experience - LH
The thought of buying a new car had me stressed out until I went to Toyota of Cool Springs and was introduced to their Sales Associate, Jeff Williams. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and had a no pressure approach that put me at ease and allowed me to focus on the right vehicle for me. With Jeff's help and the information he provided, I purchased a 2019 RAV 4 and credit him for making the experience so much more pleasant than I expected. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I also found the other members of the Toyota of Cool Springs organization a very professional and friendly group and look forward to having my car serviced there.

Easy to get everything done. - chris_hill1974
Everything there was great. My salesman Mr Hovis was the best part. Got me in what I needed. No hassle.
Only down fall-pit boss stuff. Take up time and I didn’t want to haggle.
Closing-if I say I don’t want the gap or extended warranty it means no. Don’t keep on. But the guy was nice anyway. I know it’s his job. But I almost walked out.
On the people listed below, my salesman isn’t on there. AARON HOVIS.
New C-HR - 141*
Our buying experience at Fox Toyota was excellent. We met with Ryan White, as well as sales manager Chris Hogue - they were both very professional & knowledgeable.
The Definition of customer service - Siennagirl
Robin, of your service department, showed me the utmost in customer support and service. I was visiting on vacation and had a tire blowout due to a road hazard. When I called to ask for help in getting a replacement asap, she replied that I should come on in and rhey would do whatever they needed to do to get me back in service. That is exactly what this fine service staff did. She found a replacement tire, had it and my remaining tires rotated for better wear and had us on our way. I greatly appreciate this fine attitude and work for a walk-in customer. I love my Sienna and I really appreciate the service I receive from Toyota employees.
New Tacoma - buzz
I’ve bought lots of trucks over the years. Cumberland was the fastest and easiest process. Their pricing cut out a lot of time in negotiation. Cody Thomas was terrific getting the deal done.

Great Experience With This Dealership - Mitchellm
We Just bought a Tacoma, we dealt with Grover Cheek, He was so nice , professional. I've dealt with a lot of salesmen, and he made my sale experience a great experience. After we bought the tocoma , he took
extra time in explaining every detail of the instrument , radio. navigation. No other salesman has ever done . I will refer everybody I can to this dealership and ask for Grover. We travel a great distance , but it was worth the time and travel. If you want a vehicle , bypass all other dealerships and come to rusty Wallace of Morristown, ask for Grover Cheek
Jasmine Thompson and his team are Top Notch!!! - KJD67
On 7/19, I brought my 2012 Sienna LE/AWD in for the recommended 55k service check and to have the rubber trim gasket around both front windows replaced. They had recently been pulling away from the door frames when the windows were rolled down.
The 55k inspection revealed that the tires were unevenly worn and would need to be replaced. A team member (did not get his name) with his iPad provided an overview of the available tire brands and associated costs which varied significantly. We discussed the pros and cons of each brand and I made the decision on a price point that I was comfortable with.
In the meantime, Jasmine notified me that the gasket for the driver door was in stock but the one for the passenger door needed to be ordered. I returned on 8/2 for the gasket install.
The wait times on both days were reasonable for the work performed.

Horrible customer service in the service center service took 3 hours to balance tires. Service writer was a jerk. After one week. The wheel weights came off again. Also paid cash for truck they sent the title to bank. Saying it had a lien on it. Will not be going back again. Taking to Johnson city for warranty. Work
Joshua Austin - John

Sales people are great! Service department ruins it! - Beth
Purchased my 2018 Camry in December. While washing it I noticed rims were discolored I brought it to attention on my second service visit. I was told when I cleaned them again to take a picture. My rims are black. I live 45 min from away. I done just that to get told it was road grim! When I told the manager what was said I got told there was a reason the service guy wasn't there anymore. So I pay for his mistake? Then not to mention the car is breaking on it's own with nothing infront of me and I was told unless it does it for them there is nothing that can be done because there is more then one sensor and if they replace wrong one and send it to Toyota and part is good they get billed for it. So I ask to speak to whoever is over service manager Stephon and got told there was nobody over him. There is always someone over you and I shouldn't have to pay for a mistake that one of there employees made. I also ask if I should use a additive to gas and what brand to be told he had no clue what I was talking about. Guess I can't expect any less when told to clean my rims and take a picture! I have had several new vehicles and have never been done like this at a service department. Was also told when I purchased vehicle if it was awhile for repair I would have a rental or be dropped off and picked up when car was ready. That wasn't true I was told they had to have car overnight. They had no clue how long mine would take a couple hours was minimum. So I ask for rental because I work and am not from Columbia to get told they didn't have a rental available!
Don’t trust them - DFrench
Lied to us when we bought a car. Left multiple messages for the general manager to return my calls. Can’t even get a return call to voice my concerns
Unprofessional dealership - Wudbuchr
I was driving home from Memphis with the sunroof on my 2013 Avalon open. When I tries to close it, the "accordion" weather seal on the riders side ripped. I drove into the Toyota dealership to see about getting it repaired. I went to the Service Department and asked Talerio Hall what it would cost to have my car repaired. without looking at my vehicle he estimated the cost to be $220.20 for labor and $62.91 for the part. Thinking that was a little high, I called Service King, a local body shop, to get a second opinion and headed to the Parts Department to get the part number. The person behind the counter refused to give me the part number stating that "It is against company policy to give out part numbers." I told him that I had Service King on the phone and asked if he would give the part number to them. He accepted my phone, walked over to another computer terminal and provided the person on the phone with the number he had looked up. I left the dealership and went to Service King. Upon arrival, Taylor said that the parts salesman had given them the wrong part number. I was able to replace the part on BOTH sides of the sunroof for $60.00 out the door. This is the first time in more than 60 years of working on cars that a parts department would not provide a part number - whether or not I actually purchased the part from them. Just very poor Customer Service. I now drive out o0f my way to go to other Toyota dealers. Incidentally, this issue just cost Robinson Toyota a $40,000. sale because I just bought a 2019 Highlander from another dealer.
Friendly, will do anything to help. They went out of... - john sherfey

Promises the world and doesn't deliver - SillyGirl60s
I purchased my new Prius V in Memphis, made it clear to Castellaw in Dyersburg that I planned to use them for all my service needs because they are closer to me than Memphis, I even asked them if it mattered that I purchased the vehicle at another dealer, and should I just bring it there rather than establishing a relationship with Castellaw Toyota. I receive nothing but positive replies to bringing my vehicle there. I did for the 5000 mile check up. While I was there I asked if they could touch up the paint on the hood and rear of the vehicle. I was immediately told without hesitation that I could "BUY THE PAINT FOR $35.00 AND TOUCH IT UP [MYSELF]"... I was shocked. Excuse me? Are you saying your service people cannot touch up the paint or are you refusing to touch it up? Next thing I know the guy is taking pictures and "sending it to Toyota" and "I should hear from them shortly". Six weeks later I still haven't gotten it fixed. I complained. Then I was asked to bring it BACK to get touched up. I WAS PROMISED IT WOULD BE DONE NO MATTER WHAT... instead I was faced with a CRYBABY CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WHO COMPLAINED TO ME!!!! That is going to COST HIM (personally) $150.00 out of pocket... okay well I am paying $33,000 and plan to bring my vehicle here for the rest of her life and you're complaining to me after I waited a month and had to make several phone calls and complaints... it what I thought about when I said, I really don't care... The guy walked away after promising me the world IF I TRAVELED UP THERE... 60 miles round trip. I speak to regional manager who says... I was out of control? REALLY? Wolfchase offered that I could buy paint for $8.00 the same that Castellaw Toyota wanted $35.00 for and neither dealer wanted to touch up the paint on my brand new less than 5000 miles $33,000 vehicle!!! HOW PETTY IS THAT? I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A TOYOTA OR BRING MY VEHICLE TO EITHER DEALER WHOM I DO NOT TRUST. Personally, I'm sorry I ever tried to have TOYOTA LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES. I had issues with the Toyota of Rockland in NY too and that is why 12 years ago instead of buying a Matrix I bought a Chevy Tracker. A vehicle that I never had to ask to be touched up because they did it automatically and the vehicle was designed with A BUMMPER ON THE BACK. DO NOT BUY ANY TOYOTA WITHOUT A BACK OR FRONT BUMPER WITHOUT A PAINT TOUCH UP WARRENTY!!!
