Andy Wong is an amazing salesperson. He was very attentive from start to finish, but not pushy at all, and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. Car buying can be very difficult but Andy made it as easy as possible.
Purchase of the truck went smoothly, except for one item - Tom
Great experience overall and the GM Eddie Triplett was able to correct one small challenge about lifetime warranty on truck purchased upon his return. There was a little confusion in the finance office about the extended warranty, but again Mr. Triplett was able to correct it upon his return.

Buying a car is both a joyous & stressful situation... - Kenna
Buying a car is both a joyous & stressful situation especially in these trying times. However thru out the challenges in “dealing” I had an amazing experience with my salesman Ben Blessing, finance man Mark McCormick, & all others involved. I also appreciate the contact from sales Mgr Rick Feulner. I anticipate the same from the service dept on the future. I would recommend this dealer. Thank you.
2018 Toyota Corolla - stephanie_beloria
My parents and I were looking for a car that wouldn't be a financial problem and a great investment in the future. Mr. Suello was absolutely helpful in choosing in a vehicle that fitted our criteria. He was knowledgeable and professional in the process. We ended up picking a new 2018 Toyota Corolla! My family and I love, love the car. His warm personality and kindness made my experience with this dealership a great one.

I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO USE THE SERVICE HERE.
Horrible Buying and After Sale Experience - mfigus10
not responsive after the sale, promises that were not kept, looks like new ownership decided to sell cars and not provide customer experiences. I have a list of promises not kept, brought back for service they promised me two days after purchase, license plate missing, all my belongings were taken out of the car and trashed, no option to replace and basically said it was my fault for leaving my belongings in the car

I had a good experience with Skylar. I had checked with him beforehand about this certain truck I knew was traded in earlier. It wasnt at the dealership at that time but he told me he would let me know when it came back in. He text the next afternoon and said it was brought back. I told him I would come in just a little bit and we could talk. The sale was made and things went smooth.
Happy Toyota customer in middle Tn. - toytundra7
I looked for 3 months in several states for the exact vehicle I wanted and got nowhere. Then one day I found what I wanted on Car Gurus ad at an out of town Tn. dealer that I'd never seen an ad for prior, Johnson City Toyota. So I sent off the customary info email, got quick response, got a 'no haggle' great price. Then I put a deposit down via a charge card and traveled 200 miles 3 days later to complete the purchase. "Superior Customer Service" was their goal from beginning to end. Great price, great service, great Toyota product, what else can you ask for. I made the 200 mile drive to and from to snag my Toyota (#15 in my life since my first 1978 Toyota truck) Make the call, check with JOHNSON CITY first before you buy your Toyota....you'll be glad YOU did!

Rude Adviser - notpleased
I got my oil changed the other day, and when I went to pay for it after they were done, I handed the worker a coupon that I had. His response was, "You should have given this to me earlier, because now I have to go change xyz. It would have been easier for both of us if you had done that." First of all, there was absolutely NO REASON that he should have talked to me that way. I had no idea that coupons should be given ahead of time. I did apologize to him, but he was pretty disgruntled about the situation. I didn't say anything back to him, except thank you when I paid. Needless to say, we will NOT be going back to Toyota of Bristol to get our car worked on again.

Best car buying experience ever! Todd Thompson was our sales guy and he was friendly & efficient. We told him what we wanted and he got us exactly what we were looking for without any hassle. The finance guy Mike was great as well. We were approved in about 10 minutes and when the final time came to sign the interest rate ended up being lower so our payment was even less than they quoted!! I highly recommend them both.
Unprofessional dealership - Wudbuchr
I was driving home from Memphis with the sunroof on my 2013 Avalon open. When I tries to close it, the "accordion" weather seal on the riders side ripped. I drove into the Toyota dealership to see about getting it repaired. I went to the Service Department and asked Talerio Hall what it would cost to have my car repaired. without looking at my vehicle he estimated the cost to be $220.20 for labor and $62.91 for the part. Thinking that was a little high, I called Service King, a local body shop, to get a second opinion and headed to the Parts Department to get the part number. The person behind the counter refused to give me the part number stating that "It is against company policy to give out part numbers." I told him that I had Service King on the phone and asked if he would give the part number to them. He accepted my phone, walked over to another computer terminal and provided the person on the phone with the number he had looked up. I left the dealership and went to Service King. Upon arrival, Taylor said that the parts salesman had given them the wrong part number. I was able to replace the part on BOTH sides of the sunroof for $60.00 out the door. This is the first time in more than 60 years of working on cars that a parts department would not provide a part number - whether or not I actually purchased the part from them. Just very poor Customer Service. I now drive out o0f my way to go to other Toyota dealers. Incidentally, this issue just cost Robinson Toyota a $40,000. sale because I just bought a 2019 Highlander from another dealer.

I purchased my new Prius V in Memphis, made it clear to Castellaw in Dyersburg that I planned to use them for all my service needs because they are closer to me than Memphis, I even asked them if it mattered that I purchased the vehicle at another dealer, and should I just bring it there rather than establishing a relationship with Castellaw Toyota. I receive nothing but positive replies to bringing my vehicle there. I did for the 5000 mile check up. While I was there I asked if they could touch up the paint on the hood and rear of the vehicle. I was immediately told without hesitation that I could "BUY THE PAINT FOR $35.00 AND TOUCH IT UP [MYSELF]"... I was shocked. Excuse me? Are you saying your service people cannot touch up the paint or are you refusing to touch it up? Next thing I know the guy is taking pictures and "sending it to Toyota" and "I should hear from them shortly". Six weeks later I still haven't gotten it fixed. I complained. Then I was asked to bring it BACK to get touched up. I WAS PROMISED IT WOULD BE DONE NO MATTER WHAT... instead I was faced with a CRYBABY CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WHO COMPLAINED TO ME!!!! That is going to COST HIM (personally) $150.00 out of pocket... okay well I am paying $33,000 and plan to bring my vehicle here for the rest of her life and you're complaining to me after I waited a month and had to make several phone calls and complaints... it what I thought about when I said, I really don't care... The guy walked away after promising me the world IF I TRAVELED UP THERE... 60 miles round trip. I speak to regional manager who says... I was out of control? REALLY? Wolfchase offered that I could buy paint for $8.00 the same that Castellaw Toyota wanted $35.00 for and neither dealer wanted to touch up the paint on my brand new less than 5000 miles $33,000 vehicle!!! HOW PETTY IS THAT? I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A TOYOTA OR BRING MY VEHICLE TO EITHER DEALER WHOM I DO NOT TRUST. Personally, I'm sorry I ever tried to have TOYOTA LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES. I had issues with the Toyota of Rockland in NY too and that is why 12 years ago instead of buying a Matrix I bought a Chevy Tracker. A vehicle that I never had to ask to be touched up because they did it automatically and the vehicle was designed with A BUMMPER ON THE BACK. DO NOT BUY ANY TOYOTA WITHOUT A BACK OR FRONT BUMPER WITHOUT A PAINT TOUCH UP WARRENTY!!!
