From our very first conversation, Josh Valdez impressed me with his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. I reached out about finding a "mom car" that could seat six, stay within my budget, and still feel like my car, and he delivered exactly what I wanted. Before I even set foot in the dealership, Josh Valdez had everything lined up. The paperwork was prepared, the vehicle was detailed, and all I had to do was show up and fall in love with my new car. What made this experience even more meaningful is that I had almost purchased the exact same vehicle from another Jeep dealership. Unfortunately, that visit ended in one of the most unprofessional and embarrassing encounters I've ever had, a sales manager at IPAC spoke to me in a way that left me humiliated, right in front of my mother and my three-year-old. Purchased a 2024 Ram 3500 in January of 2025 and after approximately 2600 miles, the transmission failed. The truck was replaced with a 2025 Ram 3500 Laramie in June of 2025 where the speed control sensor has failed 10 times amongst several other issues. My most recent experience with the truck was on January 5, 2026, after eating dinner, the truck would not go into gear nor would the truck turn off. Before all the keyboard warriors start putting in their 2 cents, YES, lemon law attorneys are working on my lemon. I have never been contacted once from sales or management since these issues started the first week I purchased the truck. I would highly recommend you stay clear of this business. As soon as you drive off the lot, sales is done with you.

Bait and switch. Disclosed a 3000 charge for some cieramic coating in a 2016 GMC Denali that I bought with damage on the rear bumper. They had to figure out a oil leak so I didn't pick up the paperwork until 3 days later and they gave it to me in a envelope in which I just put in the glove box. Dug it out a couple of weeks later to look at the invoice and that's when I saw things didn't add up. Called the dealership and spoke to new GM, he told me that everyone that was there when I purchased the 8 year old truck has been fired. Nothing he can do about getting me back that bogus 3k charge. I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals off ice and the BBB. Beware of this place. Thanks

At the service dept on old 83 in McAllen, they left my engine wiring harness loose, it literally was banged up by my tire. Not the service advisor nor the assistant service manager could tell me what the damaged connector was, I had to show it to the parts dept at the dealership. They did not replace it. All they did was put tape on it and secured it with the missing bolts. When I arrived there was no explanation of why it was not replaced, no manager, no service advisor nothing to give me an explanation. They even tried to give me some print outs of a part that was not even the correct one. After a full day of research it turns out that the part is the engine wiring harness a major electrical component and the replacement would have been very expensive. And now I am stuck with the possibility of it having issues in the future.
