I visited several different dealerships and Philpotts was the only one with a large selection of different vehicles. Other dealerships only had a couple of the vehicles I was interested in or non at all. Did not have the color I wanted with the options I wanted and they were able to get the car from another dealer the next day.

I had a wonderful experience at Hiley. Our salesman showed us options and kept us informed every step of the way. He got us into a brand new 2026 that I never thought would be an option with my credit. I was so fed up with our last dealership and their lack of communication and help. My 2019 jeep broke down with active recalls and they couldn’t care less and told me 3 different stories. I was sent to Hiley by my cardiologist I worked for due to how they take care of their customers . When I saw the service plan and 5 years of oil changes I was so excited. I am thrilled with my new Tuscan and the technology is so amazing. Thank you Team Hiley for taking so much stress off me and keeping me on the road so I can keep my career!
