Patricia is a wonderserful service advisor. She has always been honest on the maintainence my car actually needs. For example, she showed me the paperwork that actually had the measurements for my brake wear and suggested that I get my rear brakes serviced. Because of this recommendation, I ended up getting that service completed and my car couldn't drive any better. If I were to choose a service advisor to be assigned to, I would definitely recommend Patricia.

I cannot believe I found a dealership that has such an awesome service department. I went there with a bad taste in my mouth about mechanics, service departments and repairs in general and was about to give these guys grief because of what I consider PTSD from my hometown dealership of Greg May in Waco Texas being such a crap dealership and even worse service department.
Was I ever wrong. The drive of 45 minutes down the road was all the difference in the world in service experiences. AutoMax Hyundai and Michael Bowman run like a well oiled machine. I had an appointment, was greeted and my car was rolled like an assembly line into the bay with a dozen other customers. I thought I would be there for hours so I am asked to wait. Not that I was inconvenienced one bit in a luxurious waiting area, ample with free coffee, sodas, snacks, TV and WIFI. I received text messaging about the status of my car thought-out the process. About an hour later, not only was my car fixed fast, she was fixed right the first time. WHO KNEW you can have it all. Word of advise, get to AUTOMAX as fast as you can.

I took my 2017 Honda CRV in for an oil change and decided I would just "look" while waiting. My salesperson Jaquavius Goins works in the Honda department and he tried to keep me in a Honda but I wanted to look at a Hyundai Palisade. I took one look at the vehicle and feel in love! Jaquavius was so understanding to my needs and budget and he didn't try to push anything. He is an amazing sales person and I would recommend him to anyone! Bobby Nunn helped me get the BlueLink setup and showed me all the amazing features in the Palisade. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and professional.

I called and informed them my back passenger door handle broke on a Wednesday and he informed me it would have to be painted and I said yes. Eric set up an appointment for me for Monday @9:30 the following week. I check in on Monday sit there for a while and a man tells me it has to be painted and I said yes I know he said he has to talk to painters. He returns and says there has been miscommunication and they will call me in a few days to bring my car in for installation. I said miscommunication, I discussed this with Eric before he set up my appointment, there was no miscommunication on my part just a waste of my time and energy. I leave and two days later they call to tell me to bring my car in and what time. I said how about 10:00 on Thursday & he says fine. I show up to check in and the guy says we don’t have you down for an appointment, then goes inside & says they have open order. Fiasco to say the least. Not impressed with service depart, they couldn’t even bother to wash my car off. Employees don’t wear masks either.
