I took my Porsche Macan S in for its 80,000 mile service. Porsche of El Paso provided me excellent customer service. They explained all that they were going to do to my car upfront. And after looking at my car, found other things that I needed to take care of. They found a gouge in my tire that could have been a problem if it blew out on the highway. My service was completed as promised and very quickly. Cesar, my service tech was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress. I can’t say enough about him. They even gave me a ride home so I wouldn’t have to wait at the dealership. I highly recommend Porsche of El Paso both for sales and service. On the sale side, Juan Carlos Jurado is fantastic!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but RPM Garage absolutely deserves it. I’ve bought a handful of cars over the years, and this was hands down the best experience I’ve had. From the first call to the moment I drove off, everything felt straightforward, honest, and actually enjoyable—which is rare when buying a car. The inventory is on a completely different level. You can tell these guys are true car enthusiasts, not just a typical dealership trying to push units. The car I purchased was exactly as described—no surprises, no games. They were transparent about everything and encouraged me to get a PPI, which gave me even more confidence in the purchase. The whole team was professional but still very laid back. No pressure at all, just good conversation and real knowledge about the cars they sell. Paperwork was quick and smooth, and they handled everything efficiently. What stood out the most is how much they actually care about the customer experience. You’re not just another deal to them—they take pride in what they do, and it shows. If you’re even thinking about buying a car from RPM Garage, just do it. I’ll definitely be back for my next one.

Went into this dealership looking for a specific vehicle - Justinclakley

Went into this dealership looking for a specific vehicle we had already seen a few days earlier. Unfortunately it sold before we came back, which was completely understandable and not an issue. What became the issue was everything that happened afterward. The dealership assured us it would be “super easy” to locate the exact vehicle we wanted and had us move forward with a credit application based on numbers they quoted us at around a $900/month payment. We trusted what we were being told and allowed them to run our credit. For the next two weeks, we were repeatedly told they were searching for the vehicle and gave the impression everything was progressing normally. Then suddenly we were told the vehicle would actually need to be custom ordered from Toyota because it supposedly wasn’t easy to get after all. On top of that, the original payment numbers they wrote up were somehow “completely wrong,” and the actual payment would now be around $1,400/month — a massive difference that should never happen if the numbers were calculated honestly and professionally from the start. So after weeks of wasted time, multiple misleading statements, and an unnecessary hit to our credit, we ended up with no vehicle and zero accountability from the dealership. Extremely disappointing experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
