I purchased a vehicle from here about two months ago after being drawn in by the “great deal” pricing highlighted through CARFAX and Edmunds. On paper, it checked all the boxes. In reality, within weeks I was dealing with a failed high-pressure fuel pump — not a minor issue, but a significant repair. When I reached out, the only “help” offered was the chance to buy parts at their cost. No real accountability, no attempt to stand behind the vehicle — just a quick reminder that everything is sold as-is. I fully understand how as-is sales work. What’s harder to accept is how quickly a “great deal” turns into unexpected repair costs, and how little that seems to matter once the paperwork is signed. It makes you wonder what “inspection” actually means here, and whether the goal is to sell reliable vehicles — or simply to price them attractively enough that problems become the customer’s responsibility as soon as they leave the lot. If you have good credit or access to more established dealerships, I’d strongly recommend going that route first. If you’re considering this place, treat it as a gamble — and plan accordingly. Get your own inspection, set aside repair money, and don’t let pricing labels make the decision for you. You might get lucky. Or you might find out, like I did, that the real cost of the “deal” shows up shortly after you drive away.

I went to carmax after I saw online a truck I wanted. Looked at Carvana, dealerships but just didn’t find what I wanted. Carmax had what I wanted. The people there were extremely friendly and gave me an ok amount for my old truck. I did have to pay for shipping on the truck I wanted which kinda sucked but it wasn’t that much and like I said I wanted a specific truck. The shipping did take a few days which is understandable but they had to revalue my trade in because the original offer had expired and ended getting a little less than originally quoted but not by much. Purchase was a breeze. I did go through my own bank because their financing was giving me a high interest so if you have ok credit shop around. Overall I had a great experience. I would recommend Carmax!

Went into this dealership looking for a specific vehicle we had already seen a few days earlier. Unfortunately it sold before we came back, which was completely understandable and not an issue. What became the issue was everything that happened afterward. The dealership assured us it would be “super easy” to locate the exact vehicle we wanted and had us move forward with a credit application based on numbers they quoted us at around a $900/month payment. We trusted what we were being told and allowed them to run our credit. For the next two weeks, we were repeatedly told they were searching for the vehicle and gave the impression everything was progressing normally. Then suddenly we were told the vehicle would actually need to be custom ordered from Toyota because it supposedly wasn’t easy to get after all. On top of that, the original payment numbers they wrote up were somehow “completely wrong,” and the actual payment would now be around $1,400/month — a massive difference that should never happen if the numbers were calculated honestly and professionally from the start. So after weeks of wasted time, multiple misleading statements, and an unnecessary hit to our credit, we ended up with no vehicle and zero accountability from the dealership. Extremely disappointing experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
