The customer service my husband and I received was above and beyond. I had been looking online at multiple dealerships and Haley had the best price on my top choice vehicle. We went on a Friday at 6pm to look at the vehicle and talk numbers on my trade-in. Haley gave me more than any other dealer had offered for my trade and got me right where I wanted to be with my monthly payment on a my new vehicle. Eric, the salesman who helped us answered every question, stayed after hours, and ensured that everything went smoothly with the finance side of things. I can't say enough good things about Haley, this is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them and we will continue to be loyal to the Haley group as they have always treated us fairly and have the best price around.

My truck almost left me stranded on the highway. I got it to Casey Chevy in Newport News and they told me they couldn't even look at it for 3-4 days. I then called my preferred service dealer Ken Houtz where I've been going for almost 10 years and Mark said if I could get it to him, he'd have it looked at by the end of the day so that's what I did. I then was having trouble getting a ride home and Dave was so awesome and gave me ride home. Before I was able to leave the dealership Tyler had already looked at my truck and gave me recommendations in which I said go ahead. Friday, they had my truck back in service. Traci, who ensured that the car didn't get sold before I arrived, given my two-hour drive, was also patient and courteous, as was Tatiana, our salesperson. Mike, the finance manager, is very efficient. The sales manager, Cole, is awesome. The car hadn't been state-inspected. He informed us he couldn't sell the car unless it had a current inspection, so after the purchase, he had the car inspected and delivered to us two hours away🙂🙂🙂 Thank you so much!
