My sincerest thanks and appreciation to Logan and the service department for accommodating an emergency repair. My family and I were on our way back to NJ and towing our camper when the vacuum assist for the brakes failed on our Sierra. By the grace of God we safely made it to their dealership and Logan got the truck diagnosed and repaired within a few hours while my family and I waited in our camper at the back of their lot. Thank you again for all your help and assistance!

This was a larger service visit (oil change, transmission fluid change, replace rear brakes, and replace rear shocks) and Dulles Honda service did everything right. Scheduling the appointment was easy, drop off was easy, the car was finished before I expected it and the price was as promised--no unexpected charges and no attempted upselling other services we didn't want. And the best part was that I had been hearing a "thunking / rattle" and asked them to try and find it. They did and it was repaired during the visit. We take all 3 of our cars to DH and will continue to do so. Thank you!

Mechanic quoted outrageous price for a passenger right tail assembly when it is just a bulb. He did not even replace the bulb! I take my car there because I want it in tip top condition, now I have to to dissamble the light and replace the bulb myself. Seriously! Starting to lose trust in the mechanics, Mechanic had just fixed the wiring on that same side. Trusting my mechanic is the most important to me!

The work is done right the first time, the cost is reasonable, and we are kept informed of the status of the work by the service rep. I can't imagine ever wanting to have service on our Foresters done by anyone else but Farrish Subaru.
