Wes kept me informed via text and calls regarding every step. He also did a follow up to make sure the repair was correct. I had several shops try and diagnose the problem to no avail, they quickly recreated the issue and were able to resolve it. They could have added all kinds of other costs as I was desperate and really don't know much about cars, but they didn't.

I went in thinking something was wrong with my car, I had some symptoms that I was concerned with. After they did the diagnosis, there was nothing wrong with the car. I am new to VW so I’m not too familiar with how the cars run, so I didn’t know the things that were happening were normal. They cut the diagnostic price in half because of it. My service advisor was very friendly too. And they had an experienced technician talk to me about what I thought was wrong

He explained everything about our new vehicle in great, easy to understand detail. He was able to answer every question and made us feel very comfortable about the transaction. I’ve been taking my Jetta into Flow for the last three years. They have always been very professional and courteous, and have always seemed upfront and honest in their evaluations and recommendations for my car. At my most recent visit, I had mistakenly thought my appointment was on a Friday when it was actually the previous Wednesday. Irene, at the front desk, was very kind to fit me in anyway. If she hadn’t of done that I would have been driving five hours for a business trip the next week with a check engine light on and an expired state inspection sticker. I appreciate the effort their whole team made to work me in.

Drove 2 plus hours to look at an SE Jetta 2019 talked them on Saturday and told them we would be up first thing when we got there nothing could not get anyone to talk to us had one guy come over to us but another couple came in and he went to them we waited 10 mins and couldn’t get anyone to even speak but nothing so we drove 30 min away to anyther VW dealer and bought the car we were looking for

Having multiple VW's serviced at Lindsay VW since they opened, I knew I wanted to purchase a CPO TDI from them when the time was right. With so many TDI's to choose from, I was able to get exactly what I was looking for within my budget. Unfortunately I did have a mechanically issue and the car was towed to another VW dealership via VW Roadside Assistance that came with the CPO car. That dealership failed miserably at diagnosing the problem, so I had the car taken back to Lindsay. Within minutes of communicating with the service manager, Paul Boots, I knew I had made the correct decision on having the car looked at by Lindsay for a second opinion. Not only was the car repaired under the TDI CPO Warranty, it was done very quickly. I can't not thank them enough for doing what they did, excellent service!

Just bought a new VW from this dealership. No haggle just walked in and received the price quoted on the website plus lots of discounts. I was lied to during the buying process, and the dealer admits this occurred. It was not done in malice, but was done because the sales guy did not know the answer to my question and did not bother to research it. I did not find out about the lie until about 10 months after I purchased the car. The resolution offered by the dealership was to charge me $200 more for a product that I do not want. No alternate resolution was provided. While I understand that this particular issue is a hard one to fix, given the high turnover of employees and ownership, the proposed solution was terrible. I will not return to the dealership, not only because of the initial lie, but also because of the lack of resolution. In fairness, every employee I have dealt with has been nice. However, my expectations are much higher than being nice when I'm spending a large sum of money. Unfortunately, the item that was lied about is something that's incredibly important to me, and was the single selling point of the preferred package. To find out that what I was told is not true is highly disappointing, and makes me regret the purchase.

Why should it take nearly four hours to buy a used car?
I made an appointment for this and specified the car I was interested in.
The person I arranged to meet was not there when I arrived after a three-hour drive.
One of his staff instead "assisted" me.
The salesman did not even know the car I was interested in..
I expected the car to be waiting for me out front but it took 15 minutes to locate the car.
It took another 3+ hours to negotiate!
Recently bought a TDI - Jsaville
I had a great experience at this dealership because this wasnt like ever other dealership. When i got there i met the salesman i had been talking to for a couple of weeks named Javan. He was an awesome guy and was really laid back. It was cool bc they didnt try to shove the car down my throat and make me buy it like other dealership just gave me the fact told me the numbers and let me decide. Highly recommended for a great car buying experience.
Clock Spring - Kevin
I took my 2012 VW Eos to them for a clock spring failure which is under a recall. They told me that it did not fall under the recall due to the fact that they put a dust cover over the clock spring in 2015. I told the that there is no way the mechanic who did the work could guarantee that no debris got into the clock spring during the 3 years prior to the dust cover being installed.
I also told them that the Feds opened up another investigation in Oct 2017 for VW not doing enough to fix the problem with the poorly designed part in 2015. I told the manager at the dealership about this and he said there was nothing he could do. He said that when the dust cover was put on they never got close to the clock spring. I told him that they didn't have to get close to the clock spring because debris had already gotten into the clock spring during the 3 years prior to it being installed. which lead to the premature failure of the clock spring.
I don't know if he understood what I was saying or was just blowing me off.
