They ended up not finding anything in our limited time frame, but they worked hard on our behalf and were always respectful and kind. Had my vehicle for over a month. Failed to ever give me an accurate estimate of repair. Multiple estimates written out not a single one was accurate. From listing a refrigerant line instead of a coolant line, charging for parts that were not needed, inaccurate labor rates, the list goes on and on. Stay as far away as possible.

Do not recommend using the service department! We had a coupon and decided to try having the oil changed there. We booked an appointment for 10 am. They were great and let us drop off our vehicle the night before. Well 3pm rolls around and no word yet in the car being done. We called and the guy didn’t know and says he will call back…. 45 mins later we call again and he still didn’t know. Lucky he did find out it was done. Go in to get the car and give the coupon we had mentioned and they refused to take it! They do have a sign posted below where you stand to check out but the coupon does not say it won’t be honored at some locations! Absolutely awful experience and now we are out more money than expected. Heck the coupon even says it’s for Yakima but they won’t take them!
