Entire dash system went out on a van less than 3 years old. Brought it in to be replaced. Service dept called me to say they had the radio in and to schedule the appointment. I dropped my car off only to get a call that they did not have the part (they had shipped it back). They could not even be bothered to call me prior to me dropping my car off to tell me they could not do the work. Now I need a ride back to pick it up and I'll need to do it all over again when they get a new radio in.

Service was very quick - faster than expected. Rapid check-in and check-out. Everything was done professionally. Complimentary cab rides from and back to the service center. Their competitor Rairdon's do not offer free rides, and are very sloppy. The only downside with this Center is that they are booked up weeks in advance, so you really need to plan your maintenance in advance.

So after buying my Jeep here several years ago, I've brought it back to them several times for repairs. It's a mechanical thing that needs work like any other car, that's not my complaint. None of those experiences have gone real well, but I wouldn't say terrible until now.
My complaint is the crappy work these guys do. Recently had them do some body work after some clown rear ended me thinking "I want a factory authorized dealer to do factory quality work." I'm pretty sure that Ray Charles and Michael J. Fox could have teamed up to do a better job. The paint sucked. The parts didn't fit right. It took almost 3 months to get the job done. The car was returned dirty on the inside (grease on the interior from the shop guys and dust everywhere from the body shop). On top of all that they told me "it's not a show car, what did you expect?"
It gets worse from there. I turned in my car the insurance company had rented when they told me my car was fixed the first time. After a quick inspection I pointed out a bunch of problems (the back door no longer fit flush to the body, etc. You know, hard to see stuff like that.) They told me it would be a quick fix and they would just give me their loaner car, which turned out to be a complete piece of crap that leaked water and was barely road worthy (flat tire and burned out head light and a seat belt that didn't work). After complaining about that, they said it wasn't their fault the car sucked so much, it was all they had!
All in all my car had to go back into the shop 3 times, it took almost three months, the bumper still doesn't fit right, and they damaged the trim around the back window (their reply was "how do we know it wasn't like that before?"), and the attitude about fixing it right was "we don't do that for used cars." They got paid in full and I got to see how they take care of their customers.
My advice to you is to go somewhere else for service, sales, parts, anything really. Tell your friends to go somewhere else. Buy somewhere else. Avoid this place like day old discount sushi you found on a warm day in the gutter outside of a waste water treatment plant.

So, I'll start my saying I previously posted a review saying I received terrible service - which I initially did.
However, anyone can screw up. I believe what counts more is how they respond to the screw up.
I am pleased to say that the Service Manager, Cynthia Lamar excelled in her response!
Bottom line: after explaining the problem to her, she did not try to justify anything or make excuses. She simply realized they had made some big mistakes and had my credit card charges refunded appropriately.
She also said she addressed the issues so that, hopefully, they would not occur again. So, I upgraded my review rating to 4 stars!

Here's my original review so you can understand what happened and how I felt.
It seemed simple enough. Replace auxiliary battery and intelligent battery sensor (IBS). Battery was replaced under warranty at another dealership 2 years ago. That dealership told me the battery has a 3 year non-prorated warranty. I had an extended warranty that would cover the sensor so net zero cost to me rather than the $600+ I had to spend.
Teila Grinde, my service advisor, said she called my extended warranty company. When I called the extended warranty company, they said Hannah had said nothing about the sensor - just the battery - so claim was denied. I asked Teila to call again which she indicated she would BUT NO ONE FROM HANNAH EVER DID!!! My warranty will only speak with the dealership to approve a claim and only reimburse them, not me. I have used it before and never had any problems.
Meanwhile, Hannah said the battery which was replaced under the Chrysler factory warranty at a Chrysler dealership was not a Chrysler battery! xxx? They wouldn't contact the other Chrysler dealership! I did and confirmed it was a Chrysler battery - just an earlier part number. I spoke with the Hannah parts department and confirmed again my battery was an old number that has been superseded by new ones - apparently this was some in-depth questioning the service department wasn't capable of doing!
It was also impossible to reach the service advisor, Teila Grinde, by phone. When I would call - several times - they said she was with a customer. I said I'd hold and was told I COULD NOT HOLD AND WAIT!!! Yes, I did get a call back but not when I was able to answer the phone. It should be convenient for the customer. I ended up having to communicate via email.
I put in a call to the general manager, Rich Anderson, and left a voice mail for a call back. After I emailed Teila that the battery was a Chrysler battery, rather than say she had made a mistake and would refund my credit card immediately, she said her service manager would contact me. I have heard nothing so far from Anderson or the service manager.
If you're looking for terrible service, to be lied to and not being able to call your service advisor, then this is the dealership for you!
At the time I wrote this review, Teila was not listed below in the Service Dept to rate.
To sum up, if you are considering Dick Hannah dealership for anything, as per Monty Python... RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY!

Worst service EVER! My insurance company finally authorized me to take my car to Kuni to be fixed where they found $4k worth of damage Hannah Kia service department either missed completely or screwed up. This was authorized because Dick Hannah employees completely stopped returning my phone calls.
Car is AWD, they put a wrong sized tire on it. Tried to get me to buy new front brakes, car doesn't need them. Installed the wrong headlight and forgot to replace the computer part. But the worst part was that they completely missed the broken wheel bearing they let me drive off with; Hannah told me it was "a broken pin" in my front brake. This has been going on since mid of April 2018, and not once have they apologized to me for messing up. After Kuni fixed my car, I was forced to take it back to Hannah to have the front bumper re-installed because the Kuni technician was unable to hang it correctly due to damage caused by Hannah from hanging the bumper so poorly. Hannah "Jimmy rigged" the bumper, so it continues to not be aligned, and, had the audacity to return my clean car to me dirty (inside and out).
Worst customer service experience ever! This was an insurance claim due to the car being stolen and damaged. Avoid Tim in the collision center and Devon at the Kia Service Department as it was just lie after lie in combination with COMPLETE negligence, especially avoid if you're a female! Honestly, I felt as though no one at Hannah took my concerns seriously, and because I refused to give up, I felt like the "nagging wife" calling repeatedly to beg (nag) them to JUST DO THEIR JOB! It was RIDICULOUS!
