First time oil change and tire rotation. Service department was efficient and friendly. My only complaint is that the "free car wash" SOUNDS like a nice perk, but the equipment is so bad that unless I come equipped to fully hand dry the car myself, the end resulting water spots from the dripping car make the vehicle look worse than before it was washed.

Everyone at this dealership is top notch. From Tom in sales to all the way to owner Steve. After trying to get get what i wanted for a new vehicle (in title) at my local dealership. They hew and hawed too long, so tired of it, I went to Clason in Lacrosse. They had 2 there to test drive. In short , i loved it . They found one exactly like what I wanted and had it there in short notice. I absolutely love it . Everyone there treated me so nice . I tell everyone I know . It was sure worth the trip. Like i said everyone (and i did get to meet everyone, thanks to Steve the owner) is awesome to deal with. I had my first Service the other day. I can't say enough good things about Holiday , from the time that we bought our truck to the service that we've had performed so far they are fantastic ! I recently on 2/5/19 had an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation at their Quick Lube , which I really like ! The morning of the appointment the battery on the truck died , I called Holiday to ask if I could be a little late or do I have to change my appointment , the girl that I talked to was so nice , I wish I could remember her name , very professional and really put me at ease , she said that she would inform the service manager of my battery and that if I did indeed need a new one that they could take care of me at the Quick Lube ! When I got there Stuart my service manager , also a very personable and professional person made me feel very at ease ! They put in a new battery and did the oil change and tire rotation and they also washed the truck , and I was on the road again within an hour ! Their employees are the best around ! There's a GMC dealer 16 miles from me , and I choose to drive 60 miles to have my service done ! There's a reason for that ! Their people are the best !

Over the previous month I had communicated with a customer service specialist, Alison Larson. I made it clear I wanted to see and test drive a Ram Promaster 1500. She scheduled an appt. with me on my day off to do just that. I drove to dealership in Cumberland and there were no Promaster to look at. Three of the sales people were indifferent (just kept chatting amongst themselves). One young man, Johnathan, did try and help me. A total waste of my valuable time off.

Textbook bait and switch deception - Mr. Rico
Advertised a leftover 2018 Buick Regal for 22,800 dollars. I called them to confirm before driving 55 miles. Alex "checked" and confirmed the price. Arrived about an hour later to buy but they said there was an error and the price was over 27,000 dollars. Thought the small town dealer would be different, but got the same scheming treatment. The salesman might as well have been wearing plaid pants and White shoes.
Almost 8 hours after visit, checked the web ad and it is still listed at 22,800.
Was contacted by General manager Mike Kennedy who explained the error in detail, and apologized. General Motors was applying rebate twice on the websites. Many other vehicles also affected. Could have been handled much better by floor manager and salesman though.
