Jeff was very easy to work with and accommodating when I asked to take the car for an extended test drive. I decided to purchase the vehicle and Jeff made the process easy. About a week after purchase there was a minor issue that came up so I brought it back to Zimbrick for an inspection. Jeff was right there to assist in any way he could. Zimbrick ended up taking care of the issue with no hassle and no charge to me. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and my experience working with Jeff and Zimbrick has been very positive.

I used car gurus to determine that I wanted a Chevy Traverse LTZ and to find the best value. I liked the car color and price of this one at John Paul’s. I made an appointment and was met at the door. The car was ready for a test drive. I met with the Sales Manager and he showed me how this vehicle compared to others nation wide. I am convinced that this was the best deal. Lisa then showed me the car and we took it for a test drive.
Lisa answered all my guestions and we then sat down to finalize the purchase. I was hoping to get a little more for my car but it was fair.
I drove it home and my wife and I really like it. It will make traveling with four people very comfortable.

It was great not to haggle back and forth with the manager to work out a deal. Our salesman Nick Majeske was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was influential in helping seal the deal. All of the paperwork was scanned to a jump drive that was given to us vs. leaving with a folder full of documents! Very efficient process and we will definitely return when it's time for another trade. Also, we picked up our vehicle on a very cold, inclement day and Nick offered to have us bring it back for a thorough cleaning, inside and out. We recently took it back for the cleaning and were given another vehicle to use vs. having to sit at the shop, and Nick said he would call us when it was ready. Wow, what a great job they did!! Customer service is superb - highly recommend this dealership!

I saw a great price on a Malibu on cars.com. I checked with the dealership, and was told the price was a mistake, however the manager said he would honor the price for me for that day.
I took the 45+ minute drive, and was still a bit cynical. I got there, the car was there, they honored the price, gave me a fair deal on my trade-in (same price I was quoted at other dealer). Salesman Mike explained everything to me, no pressure from the finance man Luis to buy any extra stuff. Tim was straight-forward manager, which I greatly appreciate.

We returned last week to purchase our 2nd Cadillac from Boucher Waukesha. We traveled from Madison (again) to buy here, as we feel the dealership is far superior over our local Cadillac dealership.
The staff are more down to earth and less "sales-man-y", which is very important to us when we are purchasing anything.
We have had nothing but great experiences with Jim Z., our super-salesman, and also the other staff. We feel welcomed always when we stop in and we will be back in the future for our 4th Cadillac.
We will not shop anywhere else, and we will only stop in when Jim Z. is working! =) (everyone else is fine, but when you find your sales person, you find your sales person!)

Damaged my vehicle - Vet1
Damaged the leather interior while making a repair- never said a word to me . I saw it after I pulled out . The following day I found more damage. Thankfully I took a bunch of pictures of the car’ interior. I needed them to get the damage covered. I thought we would try to support our local shop rather than go to Milwaukee - this was a poor choice on my part. Then the service tech with two other co workers sat at the desk talk g about us and looking at us right in front of us. DO NOT use Bob Fish unless you want a terrible experience!

Nothing had been ready for us when it was time to pick up. We were to get window deflectors and did not, had to ask about our mats those, we received. We've had the car two weeks now and have not heard a word from the dealership, or our salesman. I would have figured that Larry would have gotten to us at least to apologize for the mess up when it came time for us to pick up the vehicle. He explained that everything would be ready for us when we got there at 2 and we were there until 4:30. There were also two other occasions that we were at the dealership and Larry would let us sit in his office from anywhere 1/2 hour to 50 minutes while he helped other customers. You know Bergstrom screwed my parents on 3 different occasions, we should have and I wish we had taken our business elsewhere!!! Your business is horrible!!!!!!! We had cash in hand, we should of had much better service than we did. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE FROM BERGSTROM!!! Forgot to mention, you know we were told the car was fully detailed, what a mess, spray spots everywhere, smugges, took stickers from front window and never washes, scuff marks on drivers door, oh and get this, looked like frosting crumbs all over the front seat. Not happy!!
