For whatever reason, my parts were not available. I had scheduled this repair "out" so there should have been parts waiting on my arrival. A 2 day job tied my car up for 6 a week before Christmas. Not good. The dealership did offer to put my car back together so I had wheels, but I opted to have them keep it as that would have been double work for them. The blame was on the Hyundai parts center, but it seemed like the ball had been dropped and the parts not ordered before my arrival even though I had taken the car in for the estimate long before.

The woman I left my Honda Fit with in the Service Bay was extremely helpful. She let me borrow a vehicle to do errands while waiting for the passenger side air bag to be replaced and for them to conduct a complete diagnostic of the air conditioning unit to determine why it wasn't working all summer.
Although she tried calling me to let me know the cost of fixing the air conditioning unit, which consisted of (replacing the Freon, would be the same as the cost of the diagnostic and couldn't get in touch with me, she made a wise choice in determining that I would choose to replace the Freon this time rather than having to return and end up being charged double. She deserves this praise and probably a raise.

We were very pleased with the service received on our vehicle and the personal service provided by Krenda Weber and Ryan Hoag. We know that our ten year old Tundra is starting to show its age and that the chemicals used on the roads are causing widespread corrosion issues. Yet, Ryan worked very hard to replace the badly rusted tie rod ends so that the steering could be aligned properly. He did a phenomenal job, as the truck has not handled this well in several years. Krenda kept us updated on the status of the work even though the actual time it took was several hours more than her original estimate. Both worked hard to get the truck done by the end of the day so that we would not have to spend another night away from home. Since the dealership is about 130 miles from our home, we had traveled to Ashland the night before and had stayed in a hotel. A second night in the hotel would have added significant cost to our visit, so we are grateful that they were able to get it done in one day. Thanks Krenda and Ryan! We will definitely be back.

I am the spouse of a Honda 4 ever lover and I too love my accord. Van's is a place you can go and everything is taken care of and they have never let me or my spouse down when it came to ANYTHING that may have gone amiss with the car. Even when my husband heard a squeak, and had brought the car in multiple times and he couldn't get it to squeak when it was there. He and I were always treated courteously and yes the squeak finally showed up and was fixed when at Van's.

When purchasing a new (to me) vehicle, I expect the little things to be addressed. Specifically, the vehicle should be detailed; make the new owner proud of their new "baby". I am still finding pieces of food/dirt in my vehicle. Secondly, if a vehicle is equipped with satellite radio, it is customary to include a trial membership. Lastly, a full tank of gas is typically included when purchasing a vehicle, new or used. Of these "little things," none were taken care of. Made me feel as if they just wanted to take my money, and get me out the door; zero customer service.
Honda CR-V question about USB port - Omrofox
Went in to ask about the USB port and how it defaults to Pandora when trying to use music on my iPhone. VERY condescending assistance from the sales rep. Did get my Bluetooth paired up so there is that...even though that's not what I stopped in about. Didn't purchase my Honda at Bergstroms. Maybe that explains the persona non grata treatment!

Tried to purchase our leased Civic and financial staff not willing to help it all, even considering the vehicle had been leased with them. What they were not willing to do (or "waste their time"), Honda DavidHobbs did seamlessly. Try all other options before going there. No customer consideration or loyalty is appreciated there.

Took my Honda in for an alignment ... now handles worse - Gail
Truck now has a severe left pull. O'Malley claims it's the new tires, or the tie rods, or the age of the vehicle or this or that. They claim the vehicle was in perfect alignment which is hard to believe since the left pull is a lot worse. Bottom line .... paid a higher price to have a Honda dealer do the alignment. I would have had better results and less expense if I had Fleet Farm do it.
