First off, Thomas Dulaney Jr. was very patient and explained everything clearly and slowly. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He knew his stuff! The CR-V is beautiful and is exactly what I want. It rides smoothly and I know that I will bring all my service work back to David Hobbs. Tom introduced me to service people and showed me around the dealership.
Tim Robinson in finance was organized and easy to understand.

Your staff are great. I met Tom a year ago when I came in to look at the CR-V and was undecided as to whether or not I wanted to purchase at that time. Tom met me where I was (thought wise) did not try to high-pressure me as other dealerships have and I greatly appreciated that. I decided to continue with my current vehicle as it was running just great but always new I was coming back at some point.
Well that time was last Saturday 6/9 - one sales person greeted me and then I saw Tom and told him that I had promised Tom when I was ready to buy, I was coming back to him. No issue at all he took me right over to Tom. It was a great experience from Tom to Kirby in financing. As we were getting ready to leave another gentleman (looked like a service person) thanked us. Rock County Honda treats their customers right and recognizes that everyone that walks in your dealership is a potential customer.

I bought a car from another dealership two weeks ago. I kept taking it into a mechanic and was worried about the brakes especially because this car is for my daughter.
Then there is Zimbrick Honda and the Used Car Dealership. They made the transaction so easy. We ended trading the car that we just bought two weeks ago (the one mentioned above) with the same type of car even a year older but Zimbrick put in a lot of work in it t make it so there are no leaks and in tip top shape. Jason Hepperly was so wonderful.
I will always go to Zimbrick for my next car.

Long story short: We wanted our niece to receive a deal on our trade-in, set it up and when she (our niece) called to make arrangements to makeep the deal, suddenly the price went up another $1,300 !
After arguing with the general manager he lowered the price back down and then when my niece called back he brought the price up more and was very rude to her.
I will never go back there and will be spreading the word on FB.

I've been to many dealerships in my many years of driving. Some are pushy, some are downright rude. That's not the case at Van's.
From the point of entering the building to the completion of my new car deal I felt as if I was family. Everyone is so friendly and easy to speak with. They walked me through multiple vehicles until I found one that was just right for my needs! I love my new Accord by the way!
I would recommend Van's to anyone who wants a laid back non- agressive form of shopping for a new or used car.

Tried to purchase our leased Civic and financial staff not willing to help it all, even considering the vehicle had been leased with them. What they were not willing to do (or "waste their time"), Honda DavidHobbs did seamlessly. Try all other options before going there. No customer consideration or loyalty is appreciated there.
Honda CR-V question about USB port - Omrofox
Went in to ask about the USB port and how it defaults to Pandora when trying to use music on my iPhone. VERY condescending assistance from the sales rep. Did get my Bluetooth paired up so there is that...even though that's not what I stopped in about. Didn't purchase my Honda at Bergstroms. Maybe that explains the persona non grata treatment!
Took my Honda in for an alignment ... now handles worse - Gail
Truck now has a severe left pull. O'Malley claims it's the new tires, or the tie rods, or the age of the vehicle or this or that. They claim the vehicle was in perfect alignment which is hard to believe since the left pull is a lot worse. Bottom line .... paid a higher price to have a Honda dealer do the alignment. I would have had better results and less expense if I had Fleet Farm do it.
