My wife purchased a Pilot from HOK and from beginning to end, their sales staff was respectful, professional, and fantastic to deal with.
We've have some minor issue with our used car post purchase, and Melissa, Manager of Customer Relations, was extremely helpful in arranging a loaner to accomodate us, and notifying fellow staff members at the dealership; hopefully resolving our issue.
Melissa responded to our message almost instantly, even during her off business hours, and had everything arranged and followed up with us the next morning.

On our way to family Christmas, out of town, our vehicle stater to act up. We pulled into the nearest dealership which thankfully turned out to be Zimbricks. They made room for us in their busy holiday schedule and promptly diagnosed the problem. Tried to purchase our leased Civic and financial staff not willing to help it all, even considering the vehicle had been leased with them. What they were not willing to do (or "waste their time"), Honda DavidHobbs did seamlessly. Try all other options before going there. No customer consideration or loyalty is appreciated there.
Honda CR-V question about USB port - Omrofox
Went in to ask about the USB port and how it defaults to Pandora when trying to use music on my iPhone. VERY condescending assistance from the sales rep. Did get my Bluetooth paired up so there is that...even though that's not what I stopped in about. Didn't purchase my Honda at Bergstroms. Maybe that explains the persona non grata treatment!

I have dealt with Van’s over 25 years. They’ve done 100% of the service work on the 6 or 7 Hondas I’ve owned. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service, as well as buying experiences I’ve had here. The service department has gone out of their way to accommodate requests I made. I have never had a service problem here.
I have dealt with other dealerships for other cars I own as well as other Honda dealerships in Wisconsin and out of state on my kids’ cars. One or two are very good but none better than Van’s. For a long term customer and Honda true believer I’ll stick with Van’s.
Took my Honda in for an alignment ... now handles worse - Gail
Truck now has a severe left pull. O'Malley claims it's the new tires, or the tie rods, or the age of the vehicle or this or that. They claim the vehicle was in perfect alignment which is hard to believe since the left pull is a lot worse. Bottom line .... paid a higher price to have a Honda dealer do the alignment. I would have had better results and less expense if I had Fleet Farm do it.
