Before I went to Wilde East Honda I was exploring other Honda dealers near me in the Milwaukee area. After speaking with Scott Jensen on the phone I could tell immediately this dealership was different than others. Scott was honest, considerate and walked me through how to trade in my current lease for a new one. There was no haggling, gotchas, or unexpected surprises. Other dealers tried to lowball me offers or try sales tactics to bait and switch me. Wilde East Towne Honda was the exact opposite. They were honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I drove an hour and a half to go see them and it was well worth it. I look forward to dealing with Scott Jensen and kenn Ogunsola again. Kenn was very fun, laid back and has a great personality. I can only speak on my experience with trading my lease in and if you are looking to trade your lease in, Wilde East Towne Honda was the best dealer I experienced in the state of WI. Looking forward to doing business again!

Once I purchased the vehicle, he took time to explain the many features. My contact with the sales manager was also excellent as he too was informative and nice. 2019 Ridgeline purchase - bokann
Great working the purchase with Jonathan Rick and Brad Sawatske, along with Tom Dulaney Jr. who took us thru how the features worked on the Ridgeline. Jonathan called us to keep us updated a few times and sent us information we needed. Jon and Brad were pleasant to deal with.
I was a little annoyed with Bobby Ljubich though. There were some issues checking credit and finding out what financing rates were available. He just did not keep me informed on a timely basis on what was going on or if the issues were resolved. I needed to text and call-in and WAIT for response to the progress. I also bought an extended maintenance warranty. Bobby gave me the cost and said that I am covered for things that may happen. I found out when looking at final contract and getting ready to sign that there is a $100.00 deductible when using the warranty. This should have been mentioned up-front.
Overall though the purchase worked well and I am VERY satisfied. I would definitely recommend David Hobbs dealership. After all, this is the second vehicle I have purchased from David Hobbs.

Disappointment reconciled - KOLPACKS
I expressed an issue with the inconsistency of my heating and cooling. Blair seemed to want to convince me that everything was OK and I tried to convince him that it was not OK. It was not looked at. I said I guess I'll have to wait until it is 30 degrees outside and then complain about not getting heat consistently.
This is the disappointment part of my title. The reconciled part is when the service manager sent an email asking for my opinion of the service I received. I explained in detail about the inconsistency of my heating & cooling and that I've had the car for more than four years and this is something new. He scheduled an appointment for me to leave the car later in the month for service to check thoroughly for what might be the problem. I'm grateful for that.

The cleaning team took way too long (2hrs) cleaning a brand new 4 mile vehicle but other than that absolutely no complaints. Awesome overall service. I highly recommend.

I am the spouse of a Honda 4 ever lover and I too love my accord. Van's is a place you can go and everything is taken care of and they have never let me or my spouse down when it came to ANYTHING that may have gone amiss with the car. Even when my husband heard a squeak, and had brought the car in multiple times and he couldn't get it to squeak when it was there. He and I were always treated courteously and yes the squeak finally showed up and was fixed when at Van's.

Terrible sales team! Spoke with the Sale Manager over the phone about buying another new vehicle, he said that he would call me back in two days to discuss new vehicle buying options with me. Nearly two weeks have gone by and no one has called me back. Recommend going to other dealerships in the area. They will never get my business again.

Took my Honda in for an alignment ... now handles worse - Gail
Truck now has a severe left pull. O'Malley claims it's the new tires, or the tie rods, or the age of the vehicle or this or that. They claim the vehicle was in perfect alignment which is hard to believe since the left pull is a lot worse. Bottom line .... paid a higher price to have a Honda dealer do the alignment. I would have had better results and less expense if I had Fleet Farm do it.
