I wanted to personally thank the service department team at Gustman Honda for getting my wife and I out of a big jam. We had travelled from MIchigan to Wisconsin to attend the EAA air show in Oskosh. On our way to the show out car broke down. We called Guzman and they understood the situation we were in an agreed to take a look at the car in the next couple of days. My wife and I were really hoping to have the car repaired before we had to head back to Michigan on Thursday. When we explained what was happening they agreed to take a quick look to rule out something simple. We were in the shop less than a half hour and they had corrected the problem and got us on our way to the show. A big thank you to the Gustman service team for being so understanding and efficient.

Our salesman Ryan Borchardt was great! He was very attentive and made sure that my son and I found cars that were the right fit for us. All team members work together for the customer. We were initially addressed by one salesman and then passed to Ryan because we had dealt with him before. That 1st salesman circled back to us later to see what we had decided and made sure we had a good experience. They really care that you find what fits your need. We traded in a car and were given a fair price. They have straightforward pricing which is great! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Ken Vance Honda again!

Scheduled a first service appointment for our new Honda Passport. Tried to schedule the appointment online, but never received a confirmation. I called a couple of days later, and they said they had no record of the appointment. Fast-forward to the day of our ‘by phone’ scheduled appointment. My wife was on her way through Stevens Point on other business. She checked in on time. She was told the oil change couldn’t be done because their computers were down. How weak is that excuse? Think outside the box? You couldn’t find one of those outdated multi-copy repair orders? No pens? Does the technician lose the ability to perform an oil change because the computers are ‘down’? We live 30 miles away. Give me a break? not a free car wash.
