She was extremely knowledgeable about every part of the Kia. We decided that a Niro was the car for us, but I wanted a color that was not on the lot. Bad, BAD, BAD experience! Where to start? Long story short.....don't go to Rick Case Kia, Sunrise and most especially their service department! Took our vehicle in last week for some minor recall work and when we picked it up the next day, it turns out they, meaning the service department rocket scientists had broke something that had been working perfectly before hand. It still isn't fixed!! Just a heads up everyone, CHECK OUT OTHER DEALERSHIPS FIRST!!

I was very pleased with this dealership. Oscar was my advisor. He explained all the work that was to be done and why. The waiting room had water, snacks and a nice coffee machine. My car was finished in record time. They even washed and vacuumed it. I will definitely be back.

Worked with Denzel, great person and very accommodating. They did not have the exact vehicle I wanted, but they sourced it from another dealership. Manager was not messing around during negotiating and gave me a price that was great (according to true car live pricing). Another manager stepped in to help me compete the transaction electronically and Denzel offered to deliver the car to our house 45 mins away. Denzel really went above and beyond to make this happen while I was out of town on business. Great communication and no wasted time! A+!

Genuinely If i could give this zero stars, I would. No respect or urgency. Car was in for its 16 thousand mile check up. they found a bunch of stuff wrong with it. they then decided to keep the car for over a month, neglecting to call or keep us updated. When we did call and actually got through to them, they would tell me it would be done by the end of the week. the car was never done by the end of the week and they would keep telling me it would be done by the end of the next week. repairs are very minor so i don’t understand what is taking them this long. if you can avoid buying from them (they upsold me almost 10k for a new car) or getting you car serviced here, DO.

Rountree Moore Kia is great! I just bought a new 2023 Kia Carnival from them. Such a painless and easy buying process: fast, friendly, helpful, and reasonable. My salesman was Peyton Newsome! Peyton is awesome. Peyton worked me a great deal! He was friendly and wonderful cars salesman. He drove 4 hours roundtrip late at night to deliver my car. Buy from Rountree Moore Kia and ask for Peyton Newsome.

That Allen & J Kia are the worst of the worst we had paid to have work done on our car and they said it was finished and we left there only to find out they did absolutely nothing! They didn't do a thing they are so full of EVIL, DISHONESTY and DECEPTION don't trust them!!! The service manager there is useless comes out to me with an attitude even through it knew what it didn't do he is no good! You need to think twice about coming here to this place!

Have been doing business with this dealership for over 6 years now and never had a complaint until this last year. Traded in two cars and was told I wouldn't have to make any payments or pay any fees after trading in and leaving with two new cars, BOTH WITH HIGHER MONTHLY PAYMENTS. And two months later got hit with notices about "late payments" on the car I traded in, and "damage fees" on the second car I traded, which had no apparent damage when I traded it. It has been over 6months now and I am still dealing with both of these cars and stuck having to pay "late payment fees" AFTER I NO LINGER OWNED IT, Because they didn't pay the auto loan company the full payoff. After my new contract is up, I will be taking my money elsewhere.

I knew what I wanted and how much I was comfortable paying and they were able to work it out for me very quickly. Not having to sit for hours of negotiations like I have in other places in the past was such a blessing. I would definitely go back to this dealership again.

Crowne Kia- My salesman Bill told me to bring my car back in for servicing and he would detail & fill it up with gas because it wasn't done when I purchased the vehicle. I called him twice to remind him of my service appointment that he promised me he would give me a loaner for. On the day of my appointment when I called him to let him know that I was here, he acted like he had never spoken to me before. I guess after he sold me the car, he didn't care anymore. I didn't ask for him to do this but he offered it when I purchased the vehicle. Very disappointing when people tell you but don't follow through.

My car under warranty had ac problems.I was suspicious it had a freon leak. they "tested" the system and found no leaks and refill it with freon. A few months later had same problem . They refill the system again.Now my car is out of warranty and another shop told me the evaporator is being leaking freon for a while.Also previously had alternator problems. My car had to be towed twice to the shop and only the alternator was replaced the second time. My original battery had to be replaced and I was given another after paying a pro-rating fee. The second battery lasted less than a year. I am sure I was given a used one. The shop staff is more concentrated in listening to the radio and horseplaying on the job than doing their work.One of the shop employees said to me they don't have all the necessary tools to do the job the right way.I had my timing belt replaced at another KIA dealer for $ 399.00. They wanted $ 599.00 !!. I believe Maybe Kia has the policy of avoiding repairs or the dealer is very unproffesional.Don't recommend this place to anyone. I believe Kia make good vehicles; but this place sucks !!!
