I had a very disappointing experience working with Mike, the finance manager at Kia, when I leased two vehicles. What should have been an exciting and straightforward process turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable situation. From the start, communication was poor and I felt like I wasn’t being treated with honesty or respect. Important details were either glossed over or not clearly explained, and I had to repeatedly ask for clarification on basic terms. Instead of being helpful, Mike came across as dismissive and more focused on pushing paperwork through than making sure I understood what I was signing. Leasing one vehicle is a big decision—leasing two should come with even more care and professionalism. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I left feeling taken advantage of rather than valued as a customer. I would strongly recommend that anyone working with this dealership double-check everything and consider asking for a different finance manager. This experience definitely left a bad impression.

I cannot recommend Phil Smith Kia in Lighthouse Point enough. After weeks of calls, quotes, and spending hours at other dealerships only to be disappointed with bait and switch tactics, this was finally the experience we had been hoping for. Thomas, the BDC Manager, gave us a realistic quote over the phone and honored it exactly as promised when we arrived. No games, no surprises, just honesty and professionalism from the start. Once we got to the dealership, Syncia showed us the Kia K4 we wanted, and the entire buying process was smooth, easy, and seamless. Al in finance was also a pleasure to work with and made everything simple and stress free. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. From the first phone call to signing the papers and driving off in my new car only took a couple of hours. After such frustrating experiences elsewhere, Phil Smith Kia was a breath of fresh air. I could not be happier with the entire process and highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a new car.

Dominique was such a pleasure to work with. Never in my life did I think dealerships could run this smoothly. We reached out to 4 dealerships in the area, and this one had the best deal. To top it all off, we were in and out of the dealership with a new car in just over an hour. Dominique had everything ready for us when we got there, so everything ran so smoothly. AND she did it while pretty much working out of the parking lot because the building is under construction. It was obvious she took pride in her work and cared about her customers. Amber was also very quick and efficient with the financial paperwork.
