Took it in for a 1:30pm appt and left at 3:30 with a new water pump installed and the problem solved. Their service department kept me informed every step of the way. Do not use this dealership, as they will damage your vehicle while assessing it. Took in my 2023 dodge challenger to see about trading it in, while assessing Drew at Pilson Ford drove my vehicle, and parked the vehicle on a parking block, damaging the front bumper, by ripping the front lip off the bumper, and ripping the underguards off the underside of the vehicle. Dealership refuses to help on trade offered 17k for trade when it was booking for 23k. I’m sure because they knew they damaged the vehicle. The “owner” has commented that they wanted an estimate from a body shop, I was denied that by Drew, and told IF I wanted it fixed, I had to take my vehicle back to them. I refused, why would I trust a dealership that’s damaged my vehicle already?

When I got home I checked the oil. It was way overfilled. I took it back ro the dealer and they said they put 4.2 quarts in and everything should be alright. When I just now checked it it was stille overfilled. Will pump it out myself.
