I had an issue with my Volvo when visiting PA. I live in TX. They could not have been more accommodating. Lisa in Service was very nice, keeping me posted as to when they might get to my car. I figured I'd be there all day, but my car's issue was diagnosed, handled and I was on my way home by noon. My 4th Volvo and I've previously had service in NJ, PA, TX, and GA. But to get "walk-in" service and be handled promptly is a real treat. Thanks to Lisa & Ken Pollock Volvo.

The sales team at Miracle made our experience in purchasing another vehicle a very positive experience! Jordi was great from the start! They let us test drive everything we wanted to try, and then made suggestions after listening to all our pros and cons. His top pick was the winner and we went home with a better deal than we ever imagined! Jordi and Ben were both very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood all the details about the pricing/financing as well as all the driving and technical features of this newer Grand Cherokee hybrid model. A nice bonus was the follow-up phone call from Jordi a few days later to see how things were going and answer any questions. He even offered a follow-up visit to go over any features that needed more explanation for us! Would definitely recommend Miracle in Elverson for a great buying experience!

I am a Salesman and I usually see car buying as a challenge. One that I am up for and kind of enjoy. However, Mike took that challenge away because he made it so EASY. I had the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER with Mike Court at Zimmerman Enterprises. I went in wanting a specific car and Mike answered every question I had about it openly and honestly. He pulled no punches or tried to sell me something else. He asked me what I needed to close the deal. I told him and he went and reviewed it with management and HE, not the Manager came back with their counteroffer which 99% met my request. Well 99% is close enough, so I agreed and we were done. In less than an hour which also included a test drive! My last car buying experience took SIX HOURS !!! So even though I live 2 hours away, it was shorter with Mike.

Friends....I didn't want a car payment! My car, with over 100,00, miles was good for another few years, right? We just pulled in to take a look and browse at the Stuckey Dealership on West College Avenue. Their inventory was amazing! I was looking for a vehicle with the 3rd row seating and with plenty of room. Adam met us in the parking lot and pointed us to several options. He was pleasant and very personable, with no "we have a deal for you" talk! We looked, we walked away and a day later we were back looking for Adam Keller. We sat together and talked about our needs, we drove a few cars from the lot but didn't find the perfect fit. Adam sat down with us and found the car we liked online and had it ready for us to drive the very next day. I know you know how this story ends, we drove away from the lot in a new, used vehicle that was our perfect fit. We have been driving the car for about 8 weeks and absolutely love it! They got me approved quickly over the phone but they didn’t have the vehicle I wanted in stock. Tim worked to source me the exact vehicle and specs I wanted within days and got it delivered that same week. On top of that the paperwork process was a breeze and really quick.
