We had a pleasant experience at Garavel Jeep. Didn't feel the pressure to buy, make deposits, other people interested and other tactics. We had plenty of time to discuss and make decisions in private. Carlos and Marcial were great, helpful and knowledgeable, they even certified our car that wasn't their make. Even the finance guy was great, as much as it hurt to write that check, thanks Colley. We would recommend and come back to this dealership. Ps. Thanks for the rubber ducks ;).

just wanted to pop in for an update, my jeep is in the process of needing some warranty service, i made the mistake of calling another dealer near where i would be for work, oh what a disaster and how unwelcome can you possibly make someone feel on the phone, i then proceeded to call Jeep Wave Executive Customer Care, John over there immediately helped me out, popped open a case# for me and told me to call Bill Volz which is what I did, they have always taken care of me with this Trailhawk, and also with my previous Liberty, great sales and service departments all around, cant wait to have my jeep fixed to leave another glowing review for the BV team, thanks to all and I will miss having Joe Verde around in service, what a great guy, looking forward to working just as closely with Jim, rumor has it he is just as great as Joe was

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! I don't EVER write a review, but my experience with Generas Jeep Fairfield was so deplorable I had to warn people. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered in my 34 years of owning a car. From not being able to get a hold of someone via phone or text to their don't care attitude. They are completely indifferent to their costumers needs only concerned with the bottomline. Servicing my car for things they admitted didn't necessarily need to be done, but did at my expense. Also, apparently every filter in my car needed to be replaced! I have never replaced a filter in 34 years of a leasing a car. I feel taken and swindled. They are crooks! Just bad people. Jeep isn't the product it used to be and Gengras doesn't stand behind their product. Absurdly, after spending 1k to have it towed and replace the battery and get an unnecessary oil change my jeep still left the dealership with my check engine light on! Can't make it up. We have leased 7 jeeps in the last 5 years from when it was still SCAP, they were amazing and kept us coming back. Rick was amazing! My short experience with Gengras has pushed me out and I CANNOT wait for these leases to be up. I will not give them another dime- and I guarantee they don't care.

Even though I was buying a used truck, I genuinely felt treated with the same care and attention as someone purchasing the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Brianna was incredibly helpful in gathering all the preliminary information and quickly connecting me with the right people. But the real standout was Ethan. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine effort to make everything smooth and worry-free were exceptional. Buying a used car can sometimes feel like a gamble, especially sight unseen, but Ethan went above and beyond to make the process feel comfortable, safe, and fully trustworthy.
