It was very easy to schedule an appointment via telephone. I arrived on time for my New York State Inspection and was greeted immediately. I was informed that the service would be complementary and I could wait. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable and my service was completed in under an hour. I received a vehicle report card showing that everything was in good order. Overall I had an efficient and comfortable visit to the dealership.

I don't remember the finance and tech guys names, but I do remember how nice they were. Great experience and I love my Maverick.

Not only did he make sure we got everything we were looking for in the Explorer but at a lower payment than our last lease. We highly recommend Tim. I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership and their customer service. They sold me a car with a promised $7,500 tax credit but failed to submit the necessary paperwork to the IRS, despite my accountant's advice and multiple attempts to rectify the situation. The sales staff was rude and dismissive, even arguing with my accountant. After contacting the IRS, I discovered they never filed the paperwork, costing me the tax credit. My complaint to the sales manager was met with a false promise, and he never followed up. Furthermore, the dealership misrepresented an electrical warranty, threatening a $450 inspection fee even for covered issues. They also mark up Ford OEM parts significantly. Avoid this dealership and others in the Empire Ford/Toyota network; their practices are dishonest and unprofessional.

5/31/19 I received a call from Bianca because I’m looking to lease an Explorer. She set up an appointment for me to meet with Matthew Lopez at 5:45pm. I called at 5:44pm to let them know I was running 10 min late. When I arrive no one greets me I’m walking around there are no customers. I had to ask someone where Mr. Lopez was and I was told he left. The gentleman named Frank called him and no answer. Mr. Lopez called him back and he said he left because he wasn’t feeling well. He also never let anyone know I was coming so they could help me. I asked who the manager was so I could complain....the manager is Matthew Lopez. Disgusted
