He made sure I was completely satisfied throughout the process. Even when we encountered an issue with debris in the HVAC fan, he arranged for a rental car and promptly brought my car in for service. He organized a driver to pick up my vehicle and deliver the loaner to my workplace all the way up North at exit 17! The entire service process was seamless and the turnaround was done less than 24 hours! My experience with the dealership was excellent. I worked with Jarred Knotts who was professional, courteous and easy to work with. Jarred listened when I explained why I was returning my lease and what type of vehicle I wanted for my new leased vehicle. Jarred made the entire process easy and pleasant. When I picked up the new vehicle, Jarred, very patiently, pointed out what all the new vehicle options did and how to access them. I will recommend Jarred to anyone I know who is looking to purchase/lease a Kia vehicle.

The physical space is very pretty however it is very echoing and noisy. Travis was very professional and very helpful as well as Ethan. There was some confusion about our tire insurance. We therefore had to pay upfront and we’ll have to deal with them them ourselves. Everything went as well as it could however, I find the 3 1/2% tacked on when you use a credit card pretty horrendous never heard of such a thing at a car dealership.

Felice and James have bent over backwards to assist us in purchasing two used vehicles in the past 6 months. We were urged to go here by a client and were very happy with the experience we had. Felice showed us several cars that my wife was not excited about, so he said he would call us in a couple of days if he found something she might like. He called her and said he was holding a new trade-in that had just come in. My wife was ecstatic about it and Felice worked wit James and made sure the financing met our needs. When I suddenly found myself in need of a vehicle this month, they both worked hard to make us as happy for a second purchase as we were with the first.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience and my car salesman, Kelly P. As a young woman who was buying a car in a mostly male dominant field, I was very nervous and apprehensive. The biggest blessing was Kelly. His patience, his demeanor, and knowledge were all impeccable. I cannot rave enough about him. He was extremely thorough and professional but most of all, kind. I truly cannot emphasize on how amazing he made the whole experience of this process be. He was the complete opposite of an abrasive salesman.
