I recently purchased a 2026 Highlander Hybrid Platinum. My salesperson was Gary Rogers. He was great!! Gary answered ALL of my many questions from deciding which one I wanted to buy through how do all these new features work! No question or concern was too small to address. Additionally, he returned my calls promptly. There was no pressuring me to buy a certain model. Of course, he presented options and things to think about, but the final decision was mine. After my car arrived, I dealt with Angel, finance manager and Melissa, inventory manager. Both were very friendly and professional. Gary stayed involved answering questions and navigating me through the purchasing process. This is our family’s 3rd purchase from Miller. This 2026 Highlander replaces my 2005 Highlander. We also have a 2016 Highlander. Because they have always treated us with respect and because of their professionalism, we keep coming back when we need to upgrade our cars. We get all our service performed at Miller. Our service adviser, Dimas, is wonderful! We truly appreciate working with him. I would definitely recommend Gary and all of Miller’s supporting staff when buying your next car from Miller.

Looked online for a few weeks for a 2nd gen Honda Pilot with low miles. Auto Trademark had the nicest one I could find. Talked with Farhan a few times before I went up to see it and try it out. I'm about 2 hours away. Tried it out on a Sunday, Didn't tell anyone I was coming up and had a little scare when I passed it on the way to the dealership, but the gentleman trying it out didn't take it. I put down a deposit with Zeshan, (really nice guy), and went back the following week to pick it up. All the guys in the office were great and got things rolling smoothly. Loved the vehicle. Low miles and in great shape. Got it home and parked it in my driveway and when I looked out my second story window the next morning saw a big spot on the roof with missing paint, (Hondas inferior paint jobs!) Neither the shop or myself noticed this during our inspection of it. Called Farhan immediately and sent him some pictures. As soon as he saw the pics he said that this is definately unacceptable and had me bring it back to them. He had the body shop strip it all down and paint the whole roof for me and apologized for not catching it sooner. Had it ready in a few days for me to pick up. If I need or want another car will definately go back to see these guys. They did not have to fix the roof, (bought as is), but they did the right thing. These guys have my vote. Thanks again Farhan!

Almost losing hope I decided to give it one more try and went to guarantee auto maxx. I found the exact year make and model of the car I wanted with over half the mileage less and like new condition. I was approved! Anyone with less than perfect credit give them a try. So happy I did! And do yourself a favor and ask for Eli. He was beyond awesome! Very accomodating without being pushy. He answered every question I had to my satisfaction and I was so impressed by his honest approach, I chose to purchase the vehicle. This was not an easy decision, as they were about 1,000 miles away from my location. I bought a one-way plane ticket and booked a rental car to get me to the dealership, and when I arrived everything was exactly as he had described, he even had it detailed for my arrival! All the necessary paperwork and temporary tags were prepared and ready for me to purchase the vehicle and be completely legal driving it literally across the country back home!
