DeShawn, Bobby, and Keilan were all great to work with, but I especially want to recognize Keilan Gilmore. He truly went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. I dealt with 3 other dealerships while trying to purchase my vehicle. I was on a very tight timeline and the other dealers were stringing me along and were being quite dishonest about arrival/delivery dates. Speedway Ford was up front, willing to negotiate, and had my vehicle ready with the requested add on within 3 days. The whole process could not have gone any better, especially during these low inventory times. I highly recommend the Speedway Team! My only complaint is the sticker price, but that is across the board with every brand. Speedway was willing to negotiate and I’m ultimately comfortable with what we paid based on the market.
