Great experience with everyone at the dealership. Ordered the 2025 Range Rover Autobiography, and it was delivered as promised and with red carpet treatment. I first tried to order the same SUV from other Land Rover dealerships in my area, but JLR Melbourne was very receptive, returned calls, and followed up with my during the whole process. I was treated indifferently by other Range Rover dealerships in the Orlando Area. Even though JLR Melbourne is an hour from where I live, they delivered!

🚨 WARNING: Dishonest Dealership Experience – Buyer Beware 🚨 I want to share my experience with Extreme Motorcars, LLC, located at 615 N. Cocoa Blvd, to help others avoid what I went through. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and the entire process was filled with misleading information, hidden issues, and zero accountability. ➡️ The car was advertised with 160,000 miles, but the actual mileage was over 190,000—a difference of 30,000 miles!
➡️ The listed price online was $5,600, but after a handshake deal and a $1,500 deposit, they increased the price to $5,700 on the paperwork without telling me.
➡️ During the test drive, several warning lights were on, and I was told it was due to "new tires" and would reset. That was false—and the issues still exist.
➡️ The salesperson even claimed that the brake shuddering was from a "lane assist" feature. The car doesn’t even have that feature.
➡️ I was told the vehicle was detailed and ready, but it was filthy, with the previous owner’s belongings still inside.
➡️ I was told the car came from a dealership employee and was well-maintained—another false statement. After the sale, I took it to a certified mechanic who found: TPMS and traction warning lights on, no module communication Inoperable running boards No A/C (blend doors not working) Transmission leak Leaking valve covers ABS unit leaking brake fluid Warped brake rotors I contacted the dealership multiple times asking to return the vehicle and get a refund due to all this fraudulent misrepresentation. I was told the owner would call me back. I never heard from them again. They also never returned my tags. This business is not honest, not transparent, and clearly not interested in doing the right thing. If you value your time, money, and safety—look elsewhere.

Everything about our transaction with Osman Super Center was above board. They were straight-forward, easy to deal with, and did everything they said they would do. The price of the Jeep was on target with the Blue Book value, but could have been priced even higher due to it's excellent condition and other upgrades. We felt that Perry Osman gave us a great deal! The entire staff was super friendly, from the mechanics in the garage, to the office staff. The business manager, Carol, made the paper-signing process enjoyable and fun. On the night we closed on the car, she and Kyle stayed late to accommodate our work schedules. We can give our unequivocal recommendation for this dealership, and will be visiting there again when our younger daughter needs a car!

I never felt pressured nor was I talked into anything besides the car I wanted...not to mention did everything they could to get me in that car that day! Since the purchase I have had a leak and even though they were a buy here pay here lot and the car was as is they even went above and beyond to fix the problem! I would recommend anybody to this place they are great!

This place is a NIGHTMARE I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey With the understanding that the issues I'd pointed out would be fixed (Burning oil, alignment, motor mount) I remember it well it was my sons 9th birthday and he's autistic He was so excited (he called it the mystery machine) The salesman swore all issues would be resolved or my money back! (Big laugh there) the mechanic had it in the back for 20mins. And then said it was ready? No way! All that work would Have to take hours! I drove it around the block and as I suspended NOT FIXED! The mechanic took it for a drive,came in the back door and pulled the lady I'd been dealing with aside Told her something and then came back to me to feel me he was gonna need till tomorrow to fix it so I told the lady I'd just take my money back! She talked to the mechanic and said(he's gonna fix it now like we promised but its gonna take a bit, go get lunch and it'll be done when I get back Well 2 hours later it wasn't finished ad getting late outside I said I'd come back in the morning the salesman again assured me it would be repaired or my money back guaranteed! And as I feared next day only the motor mount was replaced So when I asked for my money back this NEW lady tell's me No REFUNDS AS IS I looked at the salesman and said That's not wat he told me! I left (without the car,) and went directly to my bank to stop payment It took my bank 2 months to deny my fraud claim and Now the vans still at there lot (or so they say) I'm out $3000.00 And every time I'm told the manager will call me they don't! These people will stupe so low as to swindle a needy family with an autistic child! Be warned!!
