Welcome back to owning a Hyundai. Owned two previously, switched to Nissan briefly (horrible, horrible experience less than two weeks after purchased on recalled parts that weren't replaced - tried to stick me with $5k cost). My Hyundai's never, ever gave me issues. Plus, treated extremely well - by all staff! Highly recommend 👌. Get one before the tarrifs go up! Also, when I bought my last Hyundai, my trade in value was higher than the original purchase price. Talk about value.

He quickly assessed the problem -- we had inadvertently drained our secondary battery -- fixed it for us, and would not take any money for his time and effort. He and his family were very friendly. Before I found out from Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia that I would have to return the Kia Soul that we'd bought, I was having a bit of trouble operating the headrests. I realize that it makes me seem kind of stupid, but these were not the normal headrests that we are all accustomed to. My wife teaches at Motlow College, so after I dropped her off, I went to the Kia dealership in Tullahoma to ask for assistance. The employees were prompt in asking if I needed help. They didn't make fun of me for not knowing how to do something so simple. And they didn't get irritated that I was asking for their help with a car I did not buy from there. Although I will NEVER go back to Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia, if I am ever in the market for a Kia again, I may just come to this dealership again and give them my business.
