I have never had a more positive experience buying a car! Jack Forsythe was absolutely incredible to work with. He connected with me through an initial phone call after I put in an inquiry and a finance application. On the call he found out what I had to put down, if I had a trade in, and what I was looking to keep payments at. After that, he handled everything else though text, which is ideal for me! He sent over my approval for the car I originally inquired about. Then as he was arranging transport from another store, he found out the car had just been sold. He was very encouraging and helped me find another car. I found another one that was more expensive, but he was able to get me approved, and even worked with me to get it into my price range without extending the life of the loan. Once I had approval, we arranged a test drive. Due to the timing, my husband was unable to come with me, and I had to take our two kids with me. As a woman, it can be very intimidating walking into a dealership by yourself, especially with kids in tow. Jack was incredibly accommodating and kind. From the moment I walked in and met Jack to the moment I walked out with my keys, I felt at ease. I HIGHLY recommend connecting with Jack and getting the car you need! He is incredible to work with.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! The only thing worse then their sales staff, is the service department!!! They will be nice when you are buying from them, but if you have a problem, forget it!! Their service department continually missed diagnosed, an engine coolant intrusion into the cylinders for about 6 to 8 months, which is a common problem on Ecoboost engines. WAKE UP LIBERTY!! They are only interested in selling you a car, NOTHING ELSE!! I'm sure they would have been perfectly fine misleading me, until my warranty was up, and I would have to pay out of pocket. The salesman I bought the car from was only interested in selling me something else, and didn't care about the 40k problem he already sold me. I'm so glad I decided to go somewhere else. DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN TO LIBERTY!!

6/25/26 Sadly, after 30+ years of giving this dealership (Mullinax & Auto Nation) five stars, I need to reduce my review. Since becoming Nick Mayer, I've noticed a change. During my last few visits, I feel I've been talked into things I don't need and/or overcharged. Recently , I was going out of town and took my truck somewhere else for a quick inspection. During the inspection it was found that the back rear rotors and brakes needed to be replaced. After service, I arrived home and while filing my receipt, I noticed the brake pads and rotors were just replaced by Nick Mayer 5,000 miles ago. I saved the brakes to return for the warranty and they refused to honor it because I had the work done somewhere else. I feel that the brake pads are what's under warranty not the labor. The warranty on the physical breaks themselves should be covered no matter where you take your vehicle, especially when the breaks were saved as proof of failure. Because the brakes only lasted 5,000 miles, they were either installed improperly, or a bad product. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I have been a loyal customer, purchasing my vehicles here and having them serviced here for 30+ years. Doing what's right would have saved me from changing this review. I guess it's time to broaden the horizon, and purchase my next vehicle elsewhere
